Few weeks back I was on business trip coming home from Athens, and my back rear tire on my 2016 dodge dart shredded. It was brand new tire and it shredded I got stranded at gas station. I called Iveys tire and they were great. I got there 5 minutes before close yes they were busy too, but they hooked me up with only tire they had in stock for my car. Yes it was used tire but looked brand new and they gave me really great deal on it. Got me in and out and I was on my way. So I really do appreciate the great work they do here and how they take care theyre customers. Thank you guys so much keep up the awesome work and customer service :).

College students do not use this shop. Here is my experience. I had two power steering repairs and two AC repairs don’t at this shop while I went to Georgia college. The reason I had two done of each is because each repair lasted for about 2 months. Each time they did a repair I had a second opinion look at the repair and told me the parts were used and in poor shape.The AC repair is the worst of it. The repaired it, worked fine for two months, died out. Took it to a trusted repair shop back in North Atlanta, they told me the parts looked used. Took the truck back to the shop with this information then they proceeded to repair it free of charge.... except they did not. AC worked fine for two months again. Then it went out. Just had my trusted repair shop back in North Atlanta look at the repair and they said the shop rewired the AC switch to have it come on but did not replace the condenser or the compressor, a repair I paid $1600. Swindled once again.Long story short, this shop took advantage of me as a college student, which shows a lack of character in their administration and their technicians repair capabilities are clearly sub par considering they were unable to fix either repair.

Friendly and professional service for reasonable price.

A little pricey but they fixed my car so I was satisfied just not sure if my current problem is related so not too quick to run back especially after almost 1000 bucks for a radiator

First, they tried to drastically overcharge me on the labor, claiming that this hour and a half job is actually a three hour job. Fortunately, I was well informed and knew better. Then they tried to keep the old alternator, which I need to return for the core charge. I don’t know if they do this to male customers, but I highly advise females to either have your information solid so you know what they should be doing and what they should be charging for it, and to be aware if you need the old bad part returned to you when the work is done.

I wish to amend my review of this business. Over a year ago I had given this business a two-star rating for the job preformed on a repair for my vehicle. In recent months, I have had even more complicated services performed, mainly out of convenience and availability, and I must admit that I am pleased. The staff is always polite, but this time I feel that quality service was also performed on my vehicle. I feel confident in returning to Iveys for future routine maintenance that I hope extends the life of my vehicle.

Great guys and quality work. Got 4 tires and alignment and oil change. Going back Monday to get transmission flushed. Highly recommended

I bought a full set of tires from them back in November, and I am so glad I did! I had to drive my mother to her surgery in Virginia, and I didnt realize how bad my tires were until the day we needed to leave. But these guys went out of their way to help me get special order tires on the same day, so we would be able to make it to the hospital in time. Then, on the way to the hospital, a tractor trailer ran us off the road! We were able to keep control of the car, but it haunts me to think what would have happened without new tires. In a way, I owe these guys my life.

Very nice! Had a flat tire.they took tire off checked it and found nothing wrong with it. They put it back on...no charge! Been fine ever since. Strange but true! Best part was they were so nice and didnt charge me! I will go back!

They havent been in business this long by accident. Top-notch management and crew. Their prices are fair, and Ive always been pleased with their service. Went and got 2 new tired put on my car. Specifically asked them to put the old ones on the back because the back driver side had a hole in the wall. They did not rotate either of the better front tires to the back back.

Only place Ill go to get my tires fixed, changed, balanced, or rotated. The Ivey boys will always take care of you and your vehicle. Theyve been around this long for a reason!

They mounted and balanced my tires on my jeep perfect. Great people to deal with!! Another tire deal dealer in milledgeville I went to didnt know anything about balancing tire with weights that mounted on the inside of my rim ( more up to date method). Iveys has my business from now on

Went in and asked them to check brakes and rotate tires. When I came back, they had rotated tires and said brakes were fine. They did not charge me anything for the work done. Great customer service.

Brought my sons truck in to repair a flat tire. Eric pulled my truck straight into a bay, repaired the tire (nail), tested and cleaned the battery post and even changed the oil for me. Couldnt have taken more than 45 minutes. Great service!

Live in Monroe but have a weekend home on Sinclair. Stopped by today with screw in tire. They removed screw and checked and found it had not penetrated. Did not charge me a cent. Love small town businesses!!

I give this place NO STARS (I could not post my experience unless I gave them ONE STAR). I took my car to have the tire patched and the tire went flat the same day. Took to another establishment and found out that the nail was still in my tire and I had two stripped/broken lug nuts. Had to have lug nuts and hub replaced. I was very sadden by this, because I do a lot of traveling - My daughter and I could have been hurt. Iveys Tire gets NO STARS FROM ME!!!

Pleased with the service and value Iveys Tire offered. They had an uncommon tire size in stock, two I might add, and was quick to complete the job. I barely had to wait any amount of time. They even rotated the new tires to the front for no charge.
