Every time I’ve been in since re-opening, its been way too crowded with a lack of available equipment. I’ve had to reschedule several of my workouts since I could not get them done in time while waiting for any vacant machine I’ve planned on using. Building is too small for how congested it gets during the pandemic. Few people have respect for personal space while several don’t wear a mask even while in between sets. Plus, there are definitely not enough Smith machines for how popular they are. Staff seem friendly at least.

My wife and I really like the staff at Planet Fitness Mill Creek. They always make us feel welcome. Two things outside of the people that keep us there are the awesome membership fee and the ability to tackle any fitness level. We just encountered our daughter to join with us :-)

I love the whole everyone is welcome, no gymtimidation environment. It really helped me feel comfortable when I was brand new there. I also love the whole vibe, very positive and encouraging and lively. It is also clean and roomy, with a well-organized floor plan and a wide variety of equipment and machines.

With our local Planet Fitness under remodel they have allowed us to visit a couple of other locations. This location in Mill Creek is really clean, and the staff was exceptionally kind. There was a good vibe among everybody who was working out and even though it was almost 10:30 at night the place was pretty hopping. I will definitely come back and try this gym again while I can!

The mill creek location is a RIP OFF!!! Most of the machines do not work and are unavailable to use. DO NOT pay to come here! It’s a waste of your money MOST say Temporarily out of order. They have been out of order for weeks.

They dont have enough free weights but its cheap and better than nothing. No pool. Great deals if youre a black card member though.

It a good gym but it seems that every time I go to work out cleaning station are empty of paper towels to clean the machines and some people leave there use paper towels on the machines or on the floor. Also during peak hours some people working out with dumbbells in the middle of the walk way. That can dangerous if someone doesnt see the small dumbbells on the floor and trip over them. Over all its a good place to work out but could be better.

I just joined, but the gym was spotless and I cant wait to get going.

Hot water in the shower didnt work. I let it run for five minutes. I didnt restart my gym membership to take a cold shower. I canceled it originally, because I couldnt shower before work. This needs to get fixed, or I will cancel and go with another gym that has working plumbing.

Staff was amazingly understanding when my wife had a really bad blood sugar low. With out question they provided Gatorade and fruit snacks, and didnt ask for payment. They CONTINUE to do this, and are just so sweet. Great gym, amazing staff.

The team at the mill creek location is awesome! Incredibly friendly, informative, understanding and they all seem happy to be there. Even before COVID this has been the cleanest gym I’ve ever attended. The members themselves seem to be respectful of each other as well. Thanks guys, you’re killing it!

Busy place at almost all times of the day. Makes it a little tough accessing the equipment you want to use every now and then. But the team does a good job regulating COVID-19 safety protocols.

It is fine. The spa room is relaxing. The gym has a large floor with stuffs. The staff are welcoming.

Staff was courteous and friendly; helped me get my account set up again. Facility was clean and appropriate social distancing protocols are in place to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Looking forward to meeting with the trainer to establish a fitness plan that will work for me and getting back to the gym to CRUSH GOALS!

The Mill Creek facility is super clean and well maintained, the staff are always friendly and extremely welcoming. Always greeting members and smiling upon check in. When I was there yesterday they were constantly cleaning the equipment. Love this place!

The gym is super clean, with cleaning stations everywhere. Everyone is wearing a mask and is social distancing. The staff is friendly and helpful. All the equipment works. I really like that we can use the lockers now.

Good gym but poor customer service. Was charged during covid for membership -Emailed which only goes to corporate,Called, facebooked numerous times etc. finally talkedTo a couple people after months and was told it would be resolved - never happened. Constant staff change, too. Hydro beds broken a fair amount of time. On a positive note - better than most gyms. Great space and majority of the timeClean.

It is quick and easy to park and access the club. People are friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. I also like the Life Fitness equipment and see that it is being well maintained.

I come here to work out and waste time after work before I go catch the first ferry in the mornings a couple times a week, and its always clean and the staff are nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish the showers were allowed to be used. Im a diesel mechanic so a lot of the time I dont even want to be seen in public because of how dirty I get at work. I know its not all Planet Fitness fault (its because of COVID), but still...nobody likes smelly people.

Please consider quitting this place. I have seen SEVERAL people not cleaning the equipment. Upon letting them know, they asked next person who is going to use the machine can wipe it. They are not responsible if they havent seen a person NOT wiping it. They have cameras. But they dont want to check...Health department should take notice of these folks or else there is going emerge a legit Covid case here. PERIOD...

Nice place. I wish it had more barbells but it’s more fitness oriented so it’s ok.

There’s a reason the dues are so low. It’s a poorly run, gerbil wheel based, faux fitness center that makes things more difficult than all the simple robots who “work” there need to. Do yourself a favor and sign up at 425 Fitness down the road like I did. You’ll spend more, but sometimes the value versus cost is just something you can’t ignore. Try not to sound the lunk alarm on me after reading this.

So I had to sadly transfer clubs because moved and the manager was very friendly and quick to help. The staff at the specific location has always been 100% amazing and helpful and the best out of all the clubs Ive ever visited. When I was transferring the membership she was also extremely helpful with explaining things about billing due to covid and to be honest probably one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. I will miss this location but will always visit if I am in that area again.

No muscle steroid grunting lifters. Never saw it crowded before the virus hit.Compared to other gym facilities Planet Finess its just nice.When you need help theres always someone there to help you. Plus you will know they care about you the member not the dollar sign.

Plenty of equipment, so no waiting for the machines I want. Lots of room - easy to socially distance. Everything is clean and well cared for. And the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and easy to find if I have questions.

Incredibly hard to get through on the phone. They dont answer half the time & was forced to come into the store. Manager is always out as well, took weeks to be able to talk to them about something that needed doing day-of.

I arrived at 4am and with only a few other members there, it was a very enjoyable experience . The person working there was friendly and continually cleaning things. Very large facility with new equipment, great music, and lots of monitors. Quite nice!!

Charged me fees during Covid and wouldn’t refund me, they told me they reopened in Nov. 2020 and sent me an email. I did not receive an email and it’s not safe to go in durning Covid on my opinion. Not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend it. You have to cancel in person or by snail mail. I also saw people not wearing mask even though they have a policy around wearing mask.

People are struggling during the pandemic. Try to cancel your membership! They literally make it impossible. Poor management!!!!After coming in to sign to the cancellation and getting the certified letter sent, account was still charged!!!

The best and bigger PF

I give this location 3 stars because it is open 24 hours and does allow me to get all my work outs in as I choose.I take two stars away for the employees. Though they are kind in general you get the impression it’s been taken over by friends and even when some aren’t working they come in all the time to either hang out at the counter or work out themselves, to wich a couple of female employees have this habit of literally sitting behind the counter doing nothing but look at their phones all while I often see the cleaning stations empty of paper towels when I’m seeking to clean equipment I just used. It seems to be something that should be regularly checked and not just when a one of these “friend” employees come in to work out you start to hear giggling and loud talking and see one of the females working is now over talking with the “friend”One example recently I witness a male employee was in the lockerroom (men’s) cleaning the shower, while that entire hour the femal behind the counter is on her phone doing nothing. Eventually the male was done and came out and then you see the female leave the counter to go chat with the other employee (not working this day) leaving the male doing counter duties.It feels like this group of “friends” really run this place and seems like zero management is around as I’ve yet to determine who exactly is in charge.

This was my first time working out at a Planet Fitness and if this location is like the others I will totally be back. We were traveling and my wife and I were able to drop in, no hassle or sales pitch. The team let us get our work out in and didnt interfere with our experience. The equipment was in great shape, change rooms were clean and it wasnt crazy busy. Highly recommend this location.

Super friendly staff. Laid back (yet productive and motivating) atmosphere. I finally upgraded to the Black Card and I am in heaven. The Total Body Enhancement is my favorite and worth the membership alone. Literally the best gym Ive ever worked out at.

The gym is next to my work. It is super nice. The machines are new and the staffs are friendly. They even have Bangle Tue and Pizza on Mon for the first week of the month. That’s so awesome. I come almost every day :)

Thank you for always remembering my name and making me feel special! Everyone wants to feel acknowledged and like they have someone to listen and talk to. I look forward to the days I get to see you. Changing my rating back to 5 stars!!! Any issues that they were having have seem to be resolved. The gym is warm and inviting. The equipment is clean and works great and the bathrooms have been maintained regularly.

Jose is the best manager and went above and beyond in helping out with my membership. Also, the Seahawks are the best in the NFL!

Personally prefer this one over the everett or monroe locations. Open 24 hours and always well kept. Can get busy and really full sometimes so machines can often be unavailable for extended periods, and if you are concerned about covid I might avoid this one, but I wont blame them for externalities, so 5 stars for this one. Staff usually friendly as well.

Apparently the only way you can cancel is in person or by mail. I know theres a pandemic but I didnt realize its 1901 again?

Very unsafe, the lack of cleaning between users or crowd control is scary. I wouldnt trust bringing my mother here during this pandemic.

Fighting with corporate, I canceled our contract in march when the state was shut down. Now they want to charge us money. The manager fixed the fees, but today corporate just sent us both emails saying we owe again. So we went back down there in person because calling goes no where with Planet fitness. They need to change there policy to help stop the spread of covid 19. Requing us to be their in person is just wrong.

Edit: while I gave this gym five stars previously, I must take away two stars. So much of the equipment has gone missing that I must now bring my own in a gym bag when I work out (something I didnt want to do.)This includes: bands, barbell pads, and weight belt.For $10 / mo you cant beat this. The equipment is nice, clean and plentiful and the staff is absolutely amazing. Whatever they make, its not enough.Thanks for all the gains PF.

The location is great, the facility is nice & clean, and I feel so much healthier ever since joining!

Poor communication with COVID reopening and charging $10 more a month for the same membership. Wouldn’t reimburse what they charged me even though I am unable to use their facility. Will never sign up for their membership again.

The Mill Creek location is nice! The manager, Elyse, is doing a great job. The crew members seem happy and motivated. The gym is clean, never smells funky. Its nice to show up at the gym and walk in to a good vibe.

LOVE this location! Staff is always nice but the actual location is the nicest one I’ve been too. It’s clean, spacious and doesn’t feel over crowded or muggy like the marrysville location. When I moved I drove the extra 20 minutes just to come to the mill creek one.

Great place, Ive been a member for over a year.Just please dont re-open early (covid caution).I miss coming here though!

Always clean, except the restroom needs better cleaning. Particularly the Urinals. Staff is friendly most the time. Some members leave personal items on machines so that they can hog 2-3 machines at a time. That has to stop.Overall, Planet fitness is a good gym. I like the NO EGO signs. Were just trying to get fit, not compete.

Convenient, affordable, and easy going.

The staff here are very friendly and always greeting and saying bye with a smile! It is very large, clean, and well lit. The locker rooms astounded me as they were much cleaner than I am used to seeing in gyms! Plenty of lockers in and out of the locker rooms, curtained showers, and a pretty decent seeming set up for the spa.I have not used the spa, as I personally am not interested, but it looks very nice and well maintained and I can see it being worth an extra $10 a month.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean bathroom/locker areas, equipment and floors. Little or no wait time to use equipment and nice variety. Plenty of cleaning stations so easily able to disinfect equipment after use and Ive noticed that most people do. I really like the red light therapy for those folks who have a year round tan lol. ; )

Ive been a member for over 3 yrs now and love working out @ PF. Great staff and equipment and love the diversity of hiring. Have met some wonderful people there too that have become my friends! Highly recommend PF. Also they have a fitness trainer at no extra cost for individual or group sessions that target specific areas like abs, etc.

Not the best customer service, unprofessional staff.The attitude and the policy of Mill Creek gym more like entering Federal building than walking to a gym to workout!!Every time there is an issue.

I love this location and the staff. Ive been a member here since October 2018 and go in almost daily. Great gym for beginners and fitness buffs alike. Its open 24 hours which is super convenient because my schedule changes from day to day.

Combines independent workouts with half hour group sessions in a pleasant, well equipped environment. Do your own thing works for me. Need help? Its available. But overall, the concept of exercising when and how I want is the way I like it. And the place is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff is a great bonus. Ive been exercising in gyms since 1968 and never had one that meets my needs better.

I went to many gyms to review the pros and cons and felt like this gym had the best well rounded option. I have had a membership here for a month now and am happy with the discussion. Lots of equipment to go around and the gym equipment seems to be clean. The worst part about going to a gym is when you dont get to use the equipment you want but I have had no issues here. Staff is very friendly. The only bad thing is the showers always seem dirty every time. Its not super bad to where I wont use them but it seems like they dont get deep cleaned.

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly and very personable. All the machines are super clean as well as the locker rooms. 10/10 would recommend!

I appreciate that they are 24 /7, allows for my workout to not suffer because my schedule changes. Freindly and supportive staff... even members seem to be to one another. The facilities and environment is very clean and consistently be checked on. I also appreciate the variety of music they play.

I enjoy the gym for general machine workouts. But what I really like, and use the most, are the personal trainer classes. Because of these classes, she pushes you to do more than you would likely do on your own, especially if you arent familiar with certain machines or exercises. Stevie (the trainer) is very nice and will push you to test your limits, but will respect any injuries or limitations you may have as well. I also enjoy the black card member benefits like the hydro massage chairs after a hard workout. I only wish there were more early morning classes, maybe someday!

The staff are so friendly!
