First time customer here for a routine service after moving to CT from NJ on my 16 Mazda3 hatch. Boy am I impressed. Impeccable customer service, immaculate dealership and waiting area, and convenient location. Service department is superb, and even offered a complimentary car wash which I desperately needed. And that car wash was even better than the ones I pay for! Cleaned the crusty bug splatters all over the front. Will definetely be back again. Appears to be a great place for sales as well.

Place is clean and quiet! Only 3 customers while I was there. Very low key approach. But they offered Starbucks coffee and the one person I spoke with, at service desk was very helpful and friendly.

I have leased cars from Mazda Milford and Jorge for many years. This was a particularly easy lease, and Jorge was helpful in getting me a price that matched my budget. New showroom looks great too!

Another great experience with Mazda of Milford, Jorge is always great to work with, trustworthy and has your best interest in mind. We used to be a Honda family but Mazda was a nice surprise and no looking back, great vehicles!

I recently brought my 2018 CX5 in for service. I was cheerfully and promptly greeted by Gary who directed me to the service dept. The service process has always been quick and responsive. Before i knew it Mike L had me on my way. It’s great not having to sit around forever waiting for normal maintenance service to be completed. Tho the new waiting area makes it comfortable. Julian was just fabulous to work with. He did not make us feel any pressure at all, was honest and realistic and let us decide what worked best for us. Staff at Mazda of Milford was exceptionally nice especially Mark. He is very relatable, advocates for the client, and has a great sense of humor. If I had to critique the establishment, the only draw back is not being able to drive the car same day of purchase. This happened when I went to them in 2018, but because I was in such desperate need of a car pretty much same day due to a car accident and needing to get back to work, I went with another dealer. I truly love Mazda’s and overall this is a great place to purchase a vehicle with no hassle!

I bought my first Mazda from them in January. It was used but still in great shape. I brought it in now, in June, for the first oil change and tire rotation. The service was very friendly. They got me in quickly. I got a beautiful, brand new CX-5 to drive as a loaner car, which I quite enjoyed. I got a complementary exterior car wash. And the whole time they had proper PPE for their employees and had people wiping down the doors and frequently touched surfaces.

Always a low key pleasant experience dealing with the guys in sales. Turned in a lease and started a new one. No pain no fuss no pressure. Folks would dread shopping for cars less if every dealer operated like this one!

Salesman stalked me from car to car, even after I told him I was just browsing. When I sat in a Mazda 3 to test head room, and found it much too low, he told me I was wrong and there was plenty of head room, and I just needed to lower the seat. Duhhh.

I brought my Mazda in for the first time to be serviced at this location. I have to say that the service department was very nice, great at communicating the issue with my vehicle and very helpful. I will make sure to bring back my car to be serviced here.

Julian Gangemi is an absolute lifesaver and an angel. The first time I spoke to him, the end date for my previous lease was four days later. Julian had me in a brand new vehicle (with a much better deal than my previous lease) the day before my old lease was up. He is the most patient, diligent, kind sales rep and person I have ever met, and Ive already started recommending him to people I know. He made the stressful process of returning my lease in a time-crunch period (and in another state) into a breeze. Regardless of the sparse nature of vehicles due to the Covid-19 pandemic, he was diligent and firm in offering to find me a vehicle with the paint color I wanted (I leased a vehicle they had in the lot, but the thought and effort were extremely appreciated). I want to start by saying, Alls well that ends well. I chose Mazda of Milford for two reasons: I am originally from the area and know others that have partnered with them, and their online reviews are stellar. Without going into details, I will say we hit a few bumps in the road (no pun intended, because I love my new Mazda3 Premium) with negotiations. I chalked this up to the strange times we are in, trying to conduct normal business during this pandemic. I will also say that everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful, starting with my first call with Big Smitty, to my finance work with Marilyn, my brief exchanges with the Internet Sales Manager Julian and finally, with the Sales Manager, Rich. As I said, I will spare the details about the rough road to get there, but the final result was beyond my expectations. This team made good on their promises and went above and beyond to welcome me as a new Mazda owner.

It took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. I was quoted $59.99 for the oil change and was quite surprised to be charged an additional $20.00 for the oil!The complimentary car wash was dismal. Looked like someone just hosed down the exterior.

I took my mom car shopping on 8/24/20. Mazda was not our first option to buy but it was the first and only store we stopped in. We were helped by a young man Rashid (sorry if I spelled it wrong). He was professional, kind, respectful and paid attention. The first option CX5 was not the right fit for my mom as we test drove. I wasnt thrilled about the option of a CX3. But, he said come out and try this other option. It was the CX30. Mom and I fell in love with that crossover immediately. Needless to say we didnt go anywhere else and didnt have to spend days and hours test driving other vehicles and dealing with other car salespeople. Great job Rashid.

I dealt with Mark Wade. He was great and really helpful. It took me from 10 am to 5:30 pm to finally get the car but nothing to do with Mark. It was due to the bank. The car wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be but it was a same day purchase so I guess they didn’t have much time to clean it up. I would recommend the dealership and Mark.
