I personally havent been to a barber/hairdresser in 30 years. I needed a cut and made an online reservation with Jess. She was very personable and did a fantastic job. She did exactly what I asked for only better. I highly recommend this place.

My son has been going here for well over a year now. They are personable, take their time, and always give a great cut. They seem to specialize in artwork, and do a great job whether you want a character or a number shaved in hour head. Just make sure you tell them ahead of time so they book you the extra time!

Been going to the Chop Shop for about 4 years. Walked in on their busiest day of the year, and they took care of me. Have had my haircuts by several different barbers there, but my regular is Jake. They all give exceptional cuts! It is a comfortable atmosphere, but very professional. They have grown very fast, if that is any indication of how great they are. What I really like, is that I can book an appointment online, get there on time, and they take care of me right away.

Went there for my first time and got a cut from John. He gave me a great fade and one of the best hair cuts that Ive had. Definitely the best place in the area that I have ever been to. $20 is also a very fair price given the quality of the cut and the great environment.

The best barber shop in and around the Milford area and it’s really not even a close competition. Friendly environment that welcomes everyone, kid safe, good selection of barbers. The barber shop chains around here are all the same (not very good) and some of the other local shops have either unwelcoming atmospheres or just mediocre to bad barbers. Jake (the owner) cuts my hair and his attention to detail and work ethic are shared by his team of barbers. Book ahead online to avoid a wait because this place gets busy even with their recent expansion. Plenty of seating, free WiFi and other things like tv’s to keep you busy. Fair prices, in line with what other places charge you, and you get much better service at the Chop Shop.

Ive been coming here for about 4 years and alternate between Brandon and Nic. Both guys are wonderful and the whole shop has a great atmosphere.

Best hair cut Ive ever had and its the 2nd time going to Chop Shop, thankyou Steven my haircut is dope!I never know what hairstyle/look to describe to barbers so I usually go with something basic like shorter on the sides than topBut I said I had no preferences, and I let him cut it how he wanted. I figure they know style more since its their art so why not.My hair cut is exactly how I envision it, the edging, the fade on the side, the lengh, im wicked impressed and if youre thinking about getting your hair cut you need to go to Chop Shop.

First time here and left with a bad haircut since I did not get what I asked for. The top was cut very short (less than an inch) and uneven! My barber ignore my several requests (had a picture too showing what I wanted) to leave the comb over fade LONG on top as I like to comb my hair back. The length on top was very short and uneven leaving me very disappointed with my first haircut at the Chop Shop. The place seem like a 5 star place so I thought I would leave with a 5 star haircut that was similar to the picture I brought in for the barber. Plus I said several times before and during my haircut I want the top left long, but the barber ignore my request and cut the top the way he wanted it not the way I wanted it.Noted the barber did a nice job with the fade on the side and back and asked me before going to short, but the most important part of the haircut for me was the top and he ignore  my request for leaving it long despite me saying to him as he was cutting it ...... not too short on top!  Why did he not show the same attention to getting the top cut right as he did the sides especially since the customer did not want the top short????? A bad haircut for my first visit to the Chop Shop is not what I expected from a 5 star place!
