Taylor was super sweet, she took her time and explained the steps before she did them. She was extremely professional. Taylor did an amazing job on my coloring and blow out. I didnt have any face stains, so I was able to go right out and run errands! I highly suggest that you book with her!

1 Star. Just like the lack of flexibility at the very unprofessional Great clips. Assembly line haircuts. Every time I go, there’s a wait even when showing up on time at a scheduled appointment. Today was running late and they said don’t bother coming. Not even okay see you when you get here but there may be a small wait. Nope. Said the run cuts every 20 minutes. Like I said, assembly line cuts. She did reschedule for later, which was the only positive part of this. (Hence even the 1 star) Huge potential for another hair cutting business for Milford DE. Next time it’s Sports Clips in Dover for me.

So the door states they close at 8 pm Monday through Friday it is 5:48 pm and I walked in to see if I could get a quick trim and two girls standing behind the counter said “excuse me we are done for the day while laughing”. They probably would have messed the trim up anyways so maybe I should be grateful.

I had stringy dead hair down to almost my butt and Rachel cut and layered my hair. I absolutely love it, she was awesome and friendly. Definitely go to her if youre a women! Also my 6 year old got her hair highlighted, cut, layered by another employee, Gina and the cut turned out beautiful but the highlights didnt come out as bright but they are still awesome. We are definitely going back!

Since the pandemic Ive only visited one time and that was in April! Theyre decent!

This place isnt just one of those knock off places. It might not be the best brand place but the woman cutting there are professional and do a great job. Specifically the woman Rachael. She is the manager and cuts my hair and it will stay that way as long as I can. Make it happen. She is the best I have ever seen and she is only 21 . Went in at 6pm to get a haircut and one hairdresser said shed be with me shortly. A half hour later a gentleman walked in to check in and another hairdresser yelled to the girl in the front that she was done for the night and she thought I was waiting with the customer getting his hair cut - she didnt even ask if I needed help or if I was just hanging out, but the first girl tells me that we should come back tomorrow. Im so confused, as their hours state they close at 8pm. I dont know about the gentleman, but Im definitely not coming back if they have to be done at 6:30pm for an 8pm close time.

Had a friend go there with long beautiful hair. They cut off 10 inches and left huge chunks of bald spots on her head. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! She had a helll of a time reaching the manager and was basically told oh well. Save your money and heartache!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I paid $80+ to dye my hair and I asked the hair stylist to dye it a color other than black so I wouldnt have to keep dying my hair because of the blond I had before. She told me that the color she picked I wouldn’t have to dye it multiple times *LIES* When it was finished they never styled it they just blow dryer my hair n had me walk out worse then I walked in. On top of all that the first time I washed my hair after dying it from the salon all of the hair dye came right out of my hair and it looks exactly the way it was before. I will never come back to this place ever I rather drive all the way to my hair salon back in New York 💯

Lupe and Rachel are great! Lupe takes her time with me and does my hair the way I want it. Grandson 9 yrs old loves the way Rachel cuts his hair! I go here all the time!

Had gone to another local salon approximately 3 weeks ago and my hair/layers were cut horribly uneven. I came in today praying for a fix without inches being taken off and Gina fixed it and I still have most of the length. My heart and hair are so relieved ❤️

I have been getting my haircut here since the doors were first opened. I have been very pleased with the service and concern for doing the job right without mistakes. I highly recommend Rachel as she has done my hair the last few times but all are quality stylists and very committed to your satisfaction.

Cut a chunk out of my hair and also cut my hair to short. Did not even look like the picture I showed her. Very disrespectful by not telling me she was not able to do the hair cut. Should have been honest with me instead of worrying about a buck.The girl told me that she was from the younger generation well I might be in my forties but I want my hair done right.

Went when they were slow. I had super long hair and I wantedto go collar length with choppy layers. Gina did my hair. She seemed miswramis the whole time. I showed her pics of what I wanted. I ended up walking out of there with one of the worst cuts ever. Nothing like the pic. I look like a 60 year old now and Im 28 :( I guess Ill have to cut it myself again. Waste of money. The closing time is 8pm. I got there at 7:15 and the person person there was closing shop. I asked her if they are done for the day. She replied saying “yeah”. And I said thank you, she didn’t care to respond, locked the door and walked away

Long wait, only one employee during a busy time and the haircut was not well done at all. Had to go to Great Clips the next day to make myself look presentable for a wedding I was in. Will not be returning.

I stopped in about an hour before close, and Rachel was absolutely amazing. While she allowed the conditioner to sit in my hair a few minutes she gave me a scalp massage (amazing), and did not rush at all even when people showed up about half an hour before closing. She was so sweet and fixed what years of hairdressers did to butcher my hair. I came in with choppy layers and dead ends like you wouldnt believe, and I left with gorgeous, natural looking layers and a full head of hair I can actually run my fingers through again. Plus shes super adorable and friendly!! Im seriously so happy with her service and will definitely return and request her. My hair and I thank you, Rachel!

Very nice place to go to get your haircut. I finally found someone who knows what I want. The staff there are really great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Every Friday ive tried to come here they only have 2 people working. So there is a huge wait and I end up going up the road to great clips. Wish they would hire people or staff correctly for a Friday evening. The very few times ive been able to actually get in was fine.

Do not go there, the guy there butchered my daughters hair. Asked for a short trim, 1 1/2 inches and angle the bangs, he took off at least 4-5 inches in over all length and layers even shorter than that. She’s devastated 😔. When I told him about how he had gone so much shorter than we asked he replied it had dead ends. (The cover all statement to hide pushing his own will) Who does that to someone else’s head on their own volition! Like Dude, it’s not your head to decide how short😤

My hair was long I ask for 2 taken off he cut my hair to 1 it was not even on the sides and the back was down past collar. I went to a regular barber to get it straighten out. Im know almost bald.
