Putting apprentice to cut peoples hair, are you kidding me ? Went there yesterday to do a simple fading, the girl barely could handle the machine, I thought was ok when i left, but when i got home, got in front of the mirror...jesus christ, i had to fix it myself with my machine, i will never get back there !

Mates its been a lonnng time since Ive gotten the old haircut but it was getting long and with this heat we had to part our ways. Went here, set an appointment easily, they are doing the right things to keep their clients safe, and I walked out with a real handsome haircut. Place is top notch.

I came here today for the first time and I am still smiling. The first thing that I found above and beyond was how Immaculate it is and its very visible that they are thoroughly following Covid19 protocol and more. The prices are amazing and my cut and conditioning treatment were above amazing.i love my hair again. But even more than my hair care, I felt like a person ..not just a number. My stylist took my disability sooo kindly and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. I felt very welcome and I will never go anywhere but here. She also gave me excellent home hair care advice and cut my hair just as I requested. Thank you so very much 💖. See you again next month .Kimberly lessard

Don’t recommend this place, had someone cutting my hair with no knowledge. The lady had to ask for help to finish it. Scary

I wish I knew the ladys name who cut my hair. She has red hair. She was super nice with a great personality.Anyway she gave me a perfect cut and I love it.I went from long hair to shoulder length. Ill be keeping it this way from now on.

Have you ever had someone cut your hair with a buzzer? They only cut in one direction. Maybe this Cutter was trained at Walmart!! She just kept moving the buzzer back and forth thinking that it cut in bother direction. Thought she was building a Crop Circle. When I sat down, I asked her to make sure that m neck line was straight and my neck was cleaned. Did not even cut behind my ears. So, I went to a real barber and paid the extra $20 to have it fixed. He laughed so hard when he saw the mess, he only charged my $10. Never again. There is a reason these people work at Super Cuts, and its not because they are Super. Trust me.

Without a doubt this place has the nicest most professional staff Ive seen, quick and thorough asked questions and it looked as if they were under staffed at the time, 5+ stars.

The place is clean and the stylists are very friendly to work with. My 5 year old has be diagnosed with adhd. He can be a tough one to handle. I must have apologized 50 times. She always had a smile and told me it was okay. We worked together to get get it done. I was very happy because i have had others tell me they cant do it and send me away before even trying.

I always ask please cut off an inch. Length and layers. This happens every time. I questioned her, your cutting an inch right? yup. 2 more times questioned her 1 inch right? yes. well I know what an inch is, she took off about 1/4 inch. It dosent even look like its cut. This happens every time. So yea Im done, Ill go elsewhere!

I ususally go to the North Smithfield location but qas in Milford for work and desprately needed a haircut. Went in and told the first person i wanted a cut style and blow dry...dame thing i tell them every time. i go.to sit down and she thinks i just want her to style my hair...like braid it or something. After explaining again that i wanted a haircut, she sprayed my hair with a spray bottle and cut it and dried it...which was fine..until i gor a $60 bill....she didnt even wash my hair! normal haircut for me is $40 plus tip...wont go back there again...i dont pay $60 at a full service salon!

It was ok, my moms color didnt take, you can barely tell that I got highlights,and my daughters hair was just cut straight across the back which I probably could of done here
