It was a minor issue for gas door. Lenny took care of it and I was out in 10 minutes.

Once again very happy with colonial, second time using their service dept. A few weeks ago, i had bought a used corolla from them. The maintenance light came on. I was a little annoyed, thought youd think theyd change the oil before selling it but figured, thats one of the risks you take buying used. Checked the oil, didnt look too bad, but brought it in for an oil change anyway, as well as a wheel balancing from when I hit a pot hole. Lenny(whose great!) and i were discussing things when i arrived. He seemed surprised i needed an oil change already. he opened the history from before i bought it, and it turns out they did change the oil before they sold it, and the technician must have just forgotten to reset the maintenance light timer. Ive seen other dealership service depts use situations like this to easily make extra money. Lenny could have easily played me, and put a few extra bucks in his pocket, but he didnt. Under his suggestion, he told me to wait another 4k until I get the oil changed. Saved me 100 bucks. Moments of honesty like this are the reason i chose colonial over A1 toyota. Colonial is a further drive, but 100% worth the drive, knowing i dont have to be on my toes every second, expecting to be conned into paying more than i need too. Both service and sales at colonial have been great for me, and i gladly keep my business with them, knowing that they run their company honorably, and the employees are trustworthy.If getting service done, ask for Lenny Pue, and if looking to buy, ask for Romario Daley. Theyre both good people, who are looking to make some money selling and fixing cars, without taking advantage of their customers. Lenny shoots straight, and you can trust what he says. Romario really listened to what i wanted, and had the patience of a god when i was missing all the forms i needed to sell him my old car(when i bought the new one)Colonial is the best toyota dealership Ive dealt with, and does a great job breaking that stereotype of dealerships being filled with shady con men. 10/10
I came in for a service visit. Staff was courteous and professional. The facility and waiting are was clean. The service was fast and was done before I knew it.
Service was quick and did only what was needed. Didn’t add unnecessary repairs just to make money.

Great customer service. Always a quick process and I never have any issues. They dont seem to change as much as other places and they sometimes throw in a car wash which is a nice perk. Ill definitely be giving them my business more often.

Bad customer service..I booked an appointment and when I came to it the receptionist said you’re supposed to wait two hours because we mistakenly made this appointment. I feel disappointed of what happened.

Attitude of the staff was really bad today, not sure if all customers service is the same, unsure if service that is supposed to get done gets done, seemed as if the only interest to sell you more services than what you go in for. I am considering going somewhere else after today, very sad this my 3rd car I brought in for service more than 10 years.
