The service has been exceptional! I wish I could say I had received the same level of service from the local dealer. Plus, I honestly just didnt follow through on maintenance over this crazy past year. I had a check-engine light and serious issues turn up when I started traveling again. John was very helpful and a straight-shooter. He diagnosed an issue with my Honda, determined what was wrong, and set out immediately to get the necessary parts, working around my schedule so that I could get back on the road. Very knowledge and will definitely be using again.

After driving 6 hours of an 8 hour drive thru several states....having a serpentine belt come off track (on a Ford Expedition) and breaking down less than 2 hours away from home was the last thing on my mind.
