Good news, they fixed the problem. Bad news, it took 4 days. Good News, they had a loaner car. Bad news, it was expensive. Based on my online research of expected costs for repairs, each service and part was at or above the high end of estimates. It may be that they are primarily a commercial truck repair shop. My car was the only car amongst 5 or 6 trucks being worked on, when I went to fetch some items form my vehicle. My car runs great now and Im glad they were close to where I work when I needed them but my regular repair shop would have done it quicker for less, but they also dont have a loaner car.

They were very helpful atleast by giving me numbers of who could be available to fix my truck

So Ive been going to not your average joes for a long time and their numerous locations. Their pizza is top notch. In fact their Buffalo chicken is easily in my top three buffalo chicken pizzas. Pro tip use the olive oil dipping sauce and dip your Buffalo chicken pizza in it.

The staff is super kind and they are willing to work with you on your schedule. They do some service on non-commericak vehicles and they do non-commerical inspections as well. Highly recommend, very accommodating

My car needed to get fixed after a car accident. I have a brand new 2017 and it was very hard to find all of my car parts considering they were all brand new. They kept me posted very well on where the car parts were coming from and how long they would take to get in. They estimated it would be 2 weeks to get all the parts and fix the car and it actually took 13 days so a very close estimate and of course I was pumped to get my car back a day early. One of the nicest parts was they gave me a loner car to use so I could still get to work.They fixed my car perfectly its been 3 months and still havent had any problems at all. I will 100% return to this location.

Recently brought my truck here for a lighting issue.After several hours of diagnosis I was told that the fuse box needed to be replaced. Was quoted $3500 for the Fuse box.I had them button the truck up, paid $200 for their diagnosis and drove my truck to my repair shop in Peabody.My mechanic inspected the truck and found a bad wire on the trailer.
