Usually I rate very well! Andrew is a good salesman but very rude when things become an inconvenience for him! My car was in the shop for 3 weeks, I was told it would be done the week it went into the shop. I consistently checked up on my car and to no avail... NOTHING! When I finally did get my car out the shop, he told me “never to come back” due to him having other people that he was dealing with as well. Not a very good way to do business! Will never go here again and you shouldn’t either. The cars are 50% okay... don’t expect much. You’ll be fixing your car within a month dealing with him.

Furgie made my sons first car purchase smooth. He was easy to talk to and transparent about everything. Answer all our questions and made the entire experience enjoyable. Great selection of vehicles to choose from. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

April 5 2021, I went to this dealership to check out some trucks, first of all no one came to my aid, then I went inside the office a salesman approach me very pushy with lots of questions right away, felt most uncomfortable! Didnt feel like he really wanted to help, veteran owned they say, btw Im a veteran as well, last time Ill be coming here, bad experience!

Service was good, and they absorbed the cost to fix a few things that we wanted, even some that we brought up after the deal was done. They worked with the loan enough to drop our initial rate by 0.5% which is much appreciated.

Andrew & Brad had earned my business in the past when they ran a detailing & repair shop beside the car-lot, and I got to know them, as well as Andrews talented and lovely wife Stephanie, and the dealerships clever and pretty accountant, Sarah. For a long time, despite knowing how great these folks were, I still thought that Used Cars = TROUBLE. I heard the horror stories from other used car dealers. Id been hustled elsewhere. But I trusted these folks, so I gave it a chance.I made the right choice! They set me up in a car I LOVED and gave me a better deal than I thought was possible. They negotiated on my behalf, they were aggressive & competitive with pricing, they helped me out more than I can say. Its two years on and the car they sold me hasnt had a hiccup yet. I am beyond pleased that I went with them, they really are the best deal in town, and their honesty and genuineness shines through in all they do. Give them a try, they might surprise you.

I honestly only leave reviews for two types of experiences. The great ones and the worst ones. Brad (General Manager) and Andrew (Owner) are leading a great used auto company. Their care and attention to the needs (and desires) of the customer are top notch. I have bought somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 cars, new and used, in the last 20 years, and hands down, these guys have been one of the best experiences. I deal with the big Brand Name dealers often. And Im not even going to say for a small dealership, Im saying for a great private dealership their desire to meet the customer needs are above many of the big box stores. We were cared for very well. And their drive to meet my expectations was front and center to their operation. I am often scared of these individually owned dealerships (thanks Fort Hood and Killeen), but having bought my last car at a private dealer, and now this car from Midwest City Auto, my faith is restored! If I found even the smallest thing of concern with the used vehicle I was interested in purchasing, they didnt make some future promise, THEY FIXED IT RIGHT THERE! Andrew and Brad (and co.) made my buying experience enjoyable. I have at least 2 more vehicles to buy in the next 2 years. And even though we have specific tastes in vehicles, Midwest City Auto will be one of the first dealerships I call. Thank you for helping me fill one of my dream car goals with a V-series Cadillac. Andrew and his team at Midwest City Auto Sales are great! I took my 2012 Ford Expedition in for service and detail at the Auto Spa. I asked him if he could take me to the rental place and he took it one step further by having a rental car waiting for me when I arrived...that was wonderful. They did a great job trouble shooting on why it didnt run very well. Runs great after I got it back. The detail job was the best I have ever received. You can trust that Andrew and his team will treat you right and do a great job! Highly recommend them.

I received a call just minutes after posting my star rating (odd but understandable).So i will expand on my review.The people at midwest were kind. Polite. Accommodating and willing to talk. All good qualities. No complaints at all on the actual person to person experience.My issue was the actual quality of the vehicles offered which in my opinion was below average.When the dealership asks me what i thought was the issue with each vehicle i looked at i got the feeling (true or not) that if i found an issue they would address it. Otherwise i was on my own. (A you didnt find it its not our problem vibe).Disclaimer..i did not buy a vehicle from midwest city auto.I cannot say if they would address the issues found on the vehicles or not.My issue was on the initial quality of the vehicles offered.So my final impression...nice people...below average (in my opinion) product.I do hope this helps.

I bought a Chevy HHR from them a little over a year ago. Havent had any problems beyond normal. It is always a gamble to buy a used car with a lot of miles, however I would buy from them again.Before buying a vehicle from MWCAuto, I went to the major dodge/chrysler dealer down the street who were very rude and had me spinning my wheels. I was so frustrated that day and happened to find this dealer while driving around into late afternoon. There was a problem with a headlight and they fixed it free of charge. They stood behind their word.Thank you and will definitely do business again.

So, I really wanted to buy a car they had in stock. I looked at it and agreed to buy it. Due to a bit of a mix up someone else bought it out from under me. I was pretty angry with the whole situation, but Im here to tell you that Andrew really stepped up to the plate to try to take care of me. Within hours he located several cars that fit my criteria and even offered to drive down to Dallas in the morning to acquire one for me. He didnt have to do that, but he did. Thats excellent service.

Traveled from north of Springfield missouri to buy a 2011 dodge nitro. I came after hours so had lots of questions for the lot. Couple of missing parts but figured they would fix it. The reason for the 3 stars is because they DID meet me in Tulsa for delivery. Bought this in November but was told all components were in working order. Lo and behold...Ive had this thing in the shop 4 times now and still not fixed. Engine light comes on so that preventsthe remote start from working. And in this heat...that is brutal. AC never worked and the dodge dealer told me there was NO freon in it and NO leaks. But was told by dealer it did work....So I had to pay for a leak ck and freon since no leaks were found. Warranty didnt apply. Andrew is very nice but business practice to me is a little bit sketchy. I know a used vehicle is just that...but major components should be checked thoroughly. They were not. Dont know if tech just didnt do his job and said he did...dont know. Car was NOT ready for delivery...just wasnt. I was in the auto business for over 25 years...I know the drill...this was a very disappointing purchase. Sorry Andrew...gotta call it like I see it. You did fo out of your way to meet us and Im very grateful but just feel like we were deceived a bit

This place deserves your business! They go above and beyond to make the deal happen! They gave us the most for our very good trade in than any big name dealership had offered! Our car did not have the tire lock so they ordered us one. Tje only negative thing I have to say is they did an interior detail and I specifically mentioned there was gross stuff in the seat pockets but was still not cleaned out! But dont let that steer you from this dealership! They are honest and super friendly! They dont hassle you when you drive up on the lot!

First I had a great experience, but then my brakes were squeaking. Asked dealership to fix the brakes and the owner stated he would have the shop fix them for free. The shop didnt even know I was coming. Then finally when they fixed them they tried to charge me 100 dollars to get the breaks fixed on a car I just bought. They took me to court for $100. Pathetic

Fast and easy. came in thinking i wasnt going home with a car, ended up being approved with dentless payments. david even went out of his way to try to get lower payments on the car. i do recommend this place for everyone.

I about passed out hearing the prices. Ive stopped by a few times. The last time I checked out a F150 almost identical to the current one we have. Same year, color, condition, and close to the same mileage. I bought mine from the Ford Dealer 4 yrs ago and paid 5k less then they were asking for theirs. I would think that a vehicle 4 yrs older would sell for less and according to the nada I was right. The nada on the truck was well under what they were asking and Tinker Credit Union would not loan on it because of its age/price. I gave mine to my teenage son to drive since it was paid off and I wanted another one. I had accessorized ours just like the one they had straight through the dealer. A lift, custom wheels and tires, tint, stereo system, flares, custom hood. MWC Auto said the accessories added to the retail. Again, I paid less 4yrs ago for the same thing and mine had 40k less miles when purchased. The salesmen I use at the Ford Dealer said he can put me in a newer one, different body and less miles, for less then what MWC Auto was asking. Not sure if they paid too much for the truck or just trying to jack up the price. Other then that, I was treated well and they have a wide variety of vehicles.

They are unrepentant liars. Do not trust anything that they say. I saw an internet ad for a Volkswagen Golf. I asked for the carfax and they were evasive but said, one local owner and no rentals, clean title. I went for a test drive and refused to proceed until they showed me the carfax information. I knew something was up because a 3 year old car had a ton of rust. It was a rental sold at auction from New York. They blatantly lied to me and wasted my time. They tried to claim that a private party would have had an equally vague maintenance history but again that was a lie. A golf sold that year has a 3 year care free maintenance agreement included. That means that any golf from that year would have maintenance documented on carfax. A least two employees lied to my face.
