I had been battling Bob Moore for over a year regarding my transmission. DO NOT GO TO BOB MOORE! Hudiburg has earned not just my business for life but my respect as well. I have to set the record straight! Had a manager call me up, first of all to apologize for what I had experienced with the service department. (Which I will not mention again). But they really made up for that hiccup! Secondly he ask me what would it take to make me happy, I just needed for my truck to get detailed and that they did. That thing looks absolutely amazing. They said other customers were asking is this truck for sale. Sadly no its my baby! But most importantly they made everything right with me, and I appreciate it! Thanks Hudiburg Chevrolet MWC.👍🏾👌🏾💯

Not here to advise anyone not use their services but I will NEVER take my vehicle back for any more services ever again. I knew something wasnt right with my 2016 Sierra after an oil change back in Aug 2019. I knew deep down someone tampered with my truck but I continued to use their services. In July 2020 something else. Almost immediately right after taking it in for an oil change. Well I found out what it was, and it was obvious someone had tampered with something causing my truck to act like there was something seriously wrong. My Intuition was right! Be Aware!! Shady mess going on at Hudiburg service center. Granted they are nice, great service skills but Id say there are some shady mechanics who only wants your money.
Took 3 months and still didnt get it fixed right. Dont know how to call back. I Will never return.

Very displeased with the service I have received the last 2 times I have used Hudiburg service! Time before last, I posted a review on Facebook and had an immediate call from the service manager. This time it would not allow me to do a Facebook review and I called twice for a service manager to discuss the issue. 6 days later no return call! I went in at 730 am to get a routine oil change and a tire leak fixed. 2 hours and 45 mins later, I left with only my oil changed. The service rep never came into the waiting room to talk to me like all the others and only called me to tell me my tire leak was in the side wall and for $140 they had a tire to replace it with. I proceeded to tell him I had road hazard and had previously bought my tires from them. Well that seemed to change the story. They no longer had a tire and would have to order it. Would be about 2 hours and did I have someone that could come pick me up so I didn’t have to wait!! I asked about the $140 tire and apparently it wasn’t the same as the set I already have...so I asked why he would tell me that because I dang sure didn’t request a mis-matched set of tires! I asked him to get my vehicle ready because I had an appt.to be at. I called back 3 hours later to check on my replacement tire and the gentleman couldn’t even see where it had been ordered! Furious at this point, I ask for a manager and he was unavailable. They took a message which I later found in my service reps bag. 10 minutes later I get a text from my service rep that my tire had arrived! I was there in less than 5 mins and had my tire changed and gone in 20 mins. I called the next day and left a message on the service managers voicemail asking for him to return my call so I can make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else and to date, I still have not talked to a manager! They are obviously not concerned so I would not recommend them!
I went in to have my Camaro serviced and the service center went over and beyond my expectations. All the way from me getting a courtesy car to drive for 4 day to the professionalism from the man who was helping me, Devon. I really appreciate it and can trust my vehicle with Hudiburg.
My wife and I had a great experience here! I will say though that it was in large part to working with Will Jackson. He was incredibly helpful and willing to work with us. I like working with salesman who don’t just read the sticker options to me but actually have an idea of what the vehicle is capable of and is enthusiastic about the features. He kept me in the loop when we were haggling over the numbers and went to bat for me as the buyer. He went the extra mile for us when needed. He was also very considerate of the fact that I had my wife and kids with me and that we needed to speed the process along. Loved getting to know him and working with him. I will 100% be working with him for our future vehicle purchases.
Went in for an oil change a few days ago and other issues were found. Chad Richardson handled everything quickly and efficiently. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend.
DO NOT BEING YOUR CAR HERE!I was forced to let my 17 Cruze come to this “dealership” for repair in the collision center after hitting a deer.The guys were friendly sure, until they got paid and then they were rude to me, my fiancé, and my mother. They did not walk us over to the vehicle to tell us what they did, they literally threw the keys at us and pointed to the left side of the building and said “your vehicle is over there somewhere”.We pointed out a section of the repair that was popped out of place (when we bought the car it was flush and not noticeable at all) Paul was very argumentative with us about it.An hour into driving the car home the check engine light came on and when we called collision with the codes they suspiciously got defensive and told us they hadn’t touched the turbo (which is what was throwing the light).Now in daylight we have discovered where they missed parts in the paint department, which I now have to fix out of pocket before it causes a rust issue. There is an entire part missing behind the headlight assembly which is listed as being replaced.And the actuator for the turbo is bent when it wasn’t before the accident.I will NEVER be back and I WILL be issuing a complaint with the BBB AND GM.

Tired of overpriced subpar service. I was charged $800 to replace a radiator fan when the real issue was a blown fuse that cost $6. Bought 2 cars here and have been taking them here for over 6 years. Not anymore.
I purchased a used Chevrolet Volt in May 2019. I have loved the car, and got a great deal as there were several similar vehicles in the area with more miles and a higher price. The used car salesman we really liked, Taylor and Mario. Needed an extra fob for the car and was given a discount and got my windows tinted. Very satisfied with all interactions with the sales department. I didn’t feel pressured, everyone was helpful and that made for a great experience.My only complaint, on the financing side of things. A lot of time was spent up selling the extended used warranty to the point of being painful, I did purchase a portion of this warranty and am glad I did. The warranty has separate pricing for wheels and tires, windshields, road side assistance, and bumper to bumper coverage. Bumper to bumper coverage was 2 grand which I purchased. I did not purchase the others as this added atleast another 2 grand into the price.Despite having excellent credit the financing and warranty part of this took over 3 hours, not including the 45 minute wait while these guys attended to other customers. For comparison purposes, when we purchased my wife’s Lincoln from Joe Cooper, the financing portion took about 45 minutes.Bottom line, would buy from hudiberg again. If you are the type of person that wants the best price and don’t mind an all day sales experience then you will be fine.
Avoid using PAUL MAXWELL as a service advisor. Came in for 30min remote start add and took 2 hours to complete once sitting in the waiting area i asked about price machining the Chevrolet websites pricing for parts and install and he declined stating it should be more than the $500.02 originally quoted for the extra labor his tech had spent but he will take care of his pay on the back end?? This was my go to dealer but now its time to take my business else where!

So I went to Hudiburg because I’m from Midwest City. I bought a 2015 Silverado. Never wanted anything else. Always Chevy. My Condensing coil is leaking Refrigerant. I found this out because the AC stopped blowing cold. I was told by my mechanic that it needed a new one. That these trucks are bad about leaking. So I called Hudiburg’s service department to see about them taking care of it. I bought the extended warranty so something like this should be covered. The guy who checked me in acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He said that if I got the extended warranty and that if the coil IS leaking then it would be covered. But if it turned out to be something else that I would be on the hook for the Diagnostic fees. I said fine. A day later he calls and said I am 1000 miles out of my warranty and that it would be 1500$ to replace it. Since I’m not made of money I told him that it would have to wait. Then he tells me that I would be charged the Diagnostic fees since I didn’t want to pay them to have it fixed. This is where my problem is. Why didn’t they check the warranty first? Why do I get to pay them when I’m the one that told them what’s wrong with it??
Potential car buyers, if you bring in a vehicle to trade, low miles and excellent condition, Hudiburg only gives FAIR market value per KBB. It was a struggle to get to the top end of the fair value. I should have sold my vehicle to CARMAX and then had cash in hand to potentially get a better deal. Dont do trades with Hudiburg, do yourself a favor and sell it yourself.
Had 2 recalls fixed and some maintenance. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and the truck runs great.
Takes over an hour for a SCHEDULED oil change. Ridiculous!
ZERO STARS! My husband called this place to get a quote for an oil change for our Chevy truck. Well, took the truck, got the oil change and when it was time to pay, it ended up being double than what he was told. Checked out their website and can’t even post a review there. Can tell the 6 reviews there aren’t even legit. Bunch of scam artists!!!

Waste of time. No idea why they scheduled me at 7am in the morning for an oil change and still not have it ready at 6pm. Im not asking for much here just an oil change. Taking my business else where to people who actually want to do my oil change and not waste a day on someone who isnt bothering you do anything at all. Wouldnt go back ever again. Dont recommend this place. And no they didnt offer us anything for wasting our time.

I’ve taken two different vehicles of mine (both chevy) in on seperate occasions to get fixed. Within 24 hours the problems came back both times. Ended up taking them somewhere else to get fixed right. Sadly I’ll never get my $400 back but at least I’ll save time and money by never going here again.Also side note: when I first arrived in Oklahoma was looking at buying a vehicle from them. First vehicle they brought out had coffee stains on center console but they assured me it had been cleaned already. I assured them it hadn’t since I could easily wipe the stain off with my sleeve.Three chances, each time disappointing...But at least they’re friendly, which is probably why I kept going back.

0 Stars. On Tuesday, I scheduled a sales appointment for Friday. On the day of the appointment, the salesman sent me a text message to tell me the car was not available to be seen because it was being detailed. Not sure why they could not detail the car sooner, they had 3 days to do that. Needless to say, I did not buy from this dealership.
