I was kind of disappointed in the haircut that I got because it does not look like it should after I left a location and after I washed my hair. Unfortunately Ive only been able to find one location that seems to be 100% competent and cutting the hair in the proper way and in the way that I want it.

Nic did a great job. She down to earth. She laughed at my jokes. And no one laughs at my jokes. Clean, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend place to get your haircut. Thanks again.

I’ve been to the sports clips many times and they’ve always been great. Today I checked in (app) to get a haircut, showed up at the store entered my phone number and sat in a chair for over 20 minutes with no one else in the store waiting. Not one of the 3 people there acknowledge me, welcomed me, or said anything to me. As I walked up to the front counter to find out what was going on I was told they were having technical difficulties and asked for my number again. They entered it in and then magically I was behind (on deck) some person who showed up 2 mins ago.I understand technical issues happen, but how about showing some common decency and acknowledging somebody shows up and sit in your waiting room for 20 minutes. Plenty of other sports clips around and I’ll go to one of those.

Sport clips has been cutting my hair for a few years but this was my first visit to this location. Aspen took such pride in the job she was doing and was very friendly. I will be having Aspen cut my hair from now on. Thanks Aspen.

I’m from Arkansas and was passing through and decided to get my haircut. The 2 ladies there were super nice and my haircut was great! If I’m ever back through that area I will definitely use this location again.

Quick and easy to make an appointment online. The stylist was able to trim and cut my hair to my desired length. I also really enjoyed the massage chair while getting my hair rinsed..

The ladies are very nice but arent as as good as the previous team. My last two hair cuts have not been good at all. Taleena and her team were awesome. They always did a great job.

I really enjoyed my haircut and the experience that I had at a different Sports Clips that I have never been too. It was bigger than the one I am accustomed too which was nice since it didnt feel too bunched up.Jeanie was amazing and awesome as always; very good listener, hair stylist and person, I would highly recommend her.The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because the MVP goes by too damn quickly! Lol but in reality its a 4 for me.

Check in online with a zero minute wait and had no one else in store. Waited 5-10 minutes and still seemed there was no staff and definitely no customers. Usually great customer service but for no customers or employees and a slow snowy Sunday, terrible service.

Nobody knows how to cut a flattop. Waited 20 minutes to be told they didnt know how to cut that style. Lame.....a sports clips that doesnt do flattops. 🤔

The stylist was very nice and knew how to cut curly hair. I was on vacation and was a little nervous going to someone that hasnt cut my hair before but it was one of the best haircuts Ive had in a while.Ive found that Sports Clips usually has stylists that are not only good at what they do but are professional and happy to be there. Most other places like this, the stylists seem miserable and upset that youre there. Its good to know that whichever Sports Clips you go to you have a great chance of getting a good cut.

I usually take my kids to one of the many hipster barbers but it was Monday so I gave Sports clips a try based on a recommendation from my brother. Rachael did an awesome job with my boys and their hair. Now they are looking fresh for the summer! Thanks!

This was my first visit to Sports Clips. The service was top-notch! I went for the MVP cut and it was fantastic! The scalp massage was most luxurious. I will be back and I highly recommend the Midvale outlet! Way to go, ladies!

Its hard to find a a barber that works for you. I spent years growing comfortable with a place in St. George but had to finally move away. I tried stylist after barber trying to find work Im satisfied with before landing at Sport Clips. Ive gone back half a dozen times since and have been very satisfied with the work. Always get compliments.

They now have an app to allow you to skip the line and check in on your way. Every time I have come the service and quality is fantastic. Tons of parking near by and places to grab a bite to eat after. Definitely would recommend this location.

This shop is under new management. I had to read the comments to understand what I was not told. How their transactions work? Processed or not processed, tips, etc..it has been a total nightmare, scheduling etc, to boot, communication, then on top of it to be accused of not showing up for work when the schedule was jacked upped & calling me a liar,

All the girls that work here are awesome. My 6 yr old has been going here for about a year now and we love the service. I just had my 2 yr old Get his first hair cut and the girls were so willing to do it and work with him. We come in and they know our boys by name and everything. Thanks for being such a great salon and keeping the customer service a priority.

Recently found out that this store is under new management/ownership. The hours & prices have changed, plus I was informed that there is no longer a home run/punch card which I really enjoyed. I dont know how much longer I may patronize this business? I really like the stylists, Rachel & Sydnie are great, thats why I cant give one star. Hopefully things will go back but with the changes I already mentioned I noticed I may be looking to patronize another location. ☹️

The haircut itself ended up looking pretty good, though I felt like I had to walk her through every step of how to get it that way. Additionally, for a place that specializes in mens hair, she seemed very unconfident about trimming my beard so I ended up not having her do it. Generally, I was just disappointed that I was expecting a mens barbershop and it felt like any other hair salon— skilled stylists who arent used to cutting mens hair.

I recently moved to Utah and I needed a place to get my hair cut.. I tried several other places along with Sport Clips, Midvale. I continue to go back to Sport Clips, Midvale due to the overall service. The cut is consistent, they know what I like and the stylists always provide excellent service. Only knock is the reservation system.. You can reserve a spot on-line (it puts you in the line up) but you can not reserve a time slot.. Only once in a year have I had to leave and come back another day. If I could reserve a spot I would have rated this place a 5. I would have rated a 4.5 but it was not an option.

I called at 7:54 pm today on Friday and the sports clips is supposed to be open until 8:00 pm today on Friday. Italy shows this on Google maps. I got no response. i just wanted to know when a good time would be to come in and use the free haircut coupon I have for sports clips.

I enjoy coming back to this location because my favorite thing is the mvp. The service is very friendly and amazing. I like getting my haircuts from here a lot. I highly recommend you get yourself a haircut from sport clips too.

I stopped by this location while I was here on a trip. The team member who cut my hair was very friendly, professional, and best of all great at what she does. I mentioned it was my first time in Salt Lake City and she gave me the names of a few local places to check out. I really wish I could remember her name as she deserves recognition from the owner.

Have been coming here for the past two years. All the stylists are very friendly and remember your name. The great thing is they dont seem to have a lot of turn over. I have two favorite stylists, Sydnie and Rachel, and they have both been here since I started visiting. I always hate having someone new cut my hair. Its been great knowing that I will get a great haircut every time I visit from someone I trust. Their online check-in is great. I can get in line before showing up or if they are too busy pick a different day.

I take one star off just because of the default tip amount options set when you pay with card. Im not trying to sound like a miser, but the lowest default tip amount you can choose is set to 5 dollars of a 20 dollar haircut. I find 20 bucks a bit pricey, but so far Ive been satisfied with my cuts and the atmosphere is chill enough that Im okay with it. However, asking for 5 bucks as the default feels a bit like a bee sting; I mean, thats a 25% tip. Dont get me wrong, tip what you want, Im not saying people shouldnt tip that much, thats their call. I just dont like when the options presented to you start so high, and to change it to anything lower requires you to hit the other button and enter a new (lower) tip. It feels like a cheap way of guilt tripping customers into paying more by making it feel more difficult to change the tip amount. Personally, Id change the three options from 5, 10, 15 dollars, to 3, 5, 7. Or something like that.Again, the service and cut were just fine. I dont like ending an otherwise good experience with the moral dilemma of do I select what I find to be too high of a tip, or stand here awkwardly while I change it in front of the person who cut my hair?.

Pros: no appointments, walk ins only, sports on TV, MVP treatment is pretty good. Cons: can be long wait times, stylists are generally less experienced, about the same price as a mens cut in professional salon. As a side note, they offer a small discount to employees of neighboring businesses.

When I went to Sport Clips it was the best experience as I got my haircut. The employee there, Leigh, was the most nicest lady and she made me feel right at home. Our whole family got our haircuts from her and she did such a wonderful job Im in love with my hair and the kind of customer service that Leigh provided, not only towards me but my whole family too.
