I entered without an appointment. Ann was able to attend to me quickly, probably do to the fact that I arrived before a bunch other people. Ann was friendly and professional! I loved having her cut my hair, because she did a great job! She pulled out some styling scissors too. I eventually got very impressed when Ann pulled out a straight edge to trim the edges! After the the straight edge trim she offered some after shave as well. At the end of the haircut, she turned the chair around so I can see myself in the mirror and I naturally said, “ohhhhhh”. A few hours later at a family get-together, an aunt said, “Andrew you are good-looking, but wow that haircut makes you more good-looking!” And later I recommended the barbershop to my father-in-law and he also got a haircut from Ann, and he was equally impressed!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a locally owned place. This place was clean and Diego was able to get me in. Diego is the best, he is passionate about it and does an excellent job. I went their for second time and received the same service as the first time. Diego is consistent with his work and I will always go back to him for my haircuts.

I am really picky with my haircut and I do not trust a lot of barbershops due to some bad experiences but I needed a haircut asap. I was quoted a 30 min wait but it ended up being 20 min. Kim is the one who cut my hair. I showed her what I wanted and she got to work. One of the best haircuts I have ever received and she was very gentle! Most barbers I am used to try to buzz my scalp off, but Kim didnt knick or scratch me once. I 100% recommend this barbershop. Theyre quick and friendly. Anytime I come back to Utah, I am getting my haircut here! Thanks again, Kim!

Ive been coming to this barber shop since the place first opened back when I was still playing Little League Baseball back in the 90s. Mr. Beesley found a wonderful location that serves the community directly across the street from Hillcrest High & shares the parking lot with The Belgium Waffle. Walk-in & by appointment.

My absolute favorite place to get a fresh clean cut with a perfectly trimmed beard! Kims the one I recommend, but shes also the only one there who has cut my hair - Im sure the other Barbers are excellent as well! I always see not only new faces, but plenty of regulars like myself going in there too!

Was visiting from out of town. My dad recommend this place. Got a hair cut and a straight razor shave. The lady who took care of me was definitely focused on perfection. My haircut was good (I dont ask for anything special so its hard to give a great review), but my shave may have been the best Ive ever gotten. She didnt miss a dinner hair. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lee cuts my hair at Beesleys. She a nice Vietnamese (?) lady who goes the extra mile with a nice haircut, a straight razor finish, a towel wipe down, some facial cream and a mustache/goatee trim. All this for $20 ($12 haircut + $8 tip). When I go there, Lee makes me feel comfortable, as if weve known each other for years. She is very engaging and likes to chat, which makes the experience fun and enjoyable. Her fellow barbers/stylists keep the shop buzzing (pun intended) with talk about the weather, vacations, upcoming plans, or whatever! I love the way I look and feel after visiting with Lee at Beesleys!

Lee was my barberI came in for a haircut and a beard trim. Point of note my beard was crazy long. I sat down and she got to work. She did a fantastic job she used The straight razor on my neck, made sure my eyebrows were trimmed and my ears too. She missed nothing. I was so impressed and my tip to her reflected that.She is my girl nowIf you want an old school shop this is your place. Prices are fantastic. Very reasonable not all jacked up.Lee rocked it.

I used to go in when Ron Beesley owned the place, good old fashioned red and white striped pole. Old fashioned service and and feel. I would go in and see Hong. She always did a great job. We moved away, and It was out of my way. I hadnt been there for years. We moved back, and I decided to try them again. To my amazement, Hong remembered me from years ago. Ron is gone now, but the ladies continue to do a fantastic job. Always a great hair cut.

I have been a regular customer for some time now and tried all the Barbers here. I stopped by today to get a much needed haircut. I noticed all available chairs were occupied and only 1 other gentleman waiting. There was also a new Barber there that I had not seen before. I decided to pop a squat and wait for the next chair to open. As I sat there reviewing work e-mails, the chair opened with the new Barber and the waiting gentleman hopped in for a cut. As I continued to review e-mails and wait, another gentlemen walked in and the new Barber new the gentleman and mentioned that he was next. I figured he had an appointment. Mind you I came in with only 1 other gentleman waiting and no one asked if I had an appointment or preference in Barber. I typically do not hence why I have tried them all. So I continued to wait. A third gentleman came and he was greeted by the Barbers. I continued to wait when a chair opened up. As the gentleman paid, I proceeded to get up to hang up my jackets and hat. I then sat back down because I noticed the gentleman was talking to the Barber. Once he proceed to leave then I went up to sit down in the chair. That is when the Barber mentioned that she has some one coming in for a cut in a few minutes. I then grabbed my jackets and hat and leave. To think I sat there for over 15 minutes and not 1 person said anything to me or mentioned that they had appointments. For all I know the 1st gentleman had an appointment with the new Barber but that was not clear and I was not going to wait around to find out. I was not sure about the other Barber but for all I know the 3rd gentleman had an appointment as well. Of course, no one mentioned anything to me as I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a haircut. If you have appoints please let those walk-ins know so that we are not wasting our afternoons waiting when it clearly appeared that I was next. And then to say you sure you dont want to wait as I am leaving. To that I say, Im good. I have given this place an opportunity to redeem itself after having a Barber mess up a haircut as well as miss shape a beard trim but this may be the opportunity to seek a Barber close to home.

I’ve had my haircut done here twice by two different barbers. I can’t remember their names, but I do remember they were very friendly and did a good job. The price is unbeatable for the Sandy/Midvale area (10$). I highly recommend Beesley’s if you are looking for a good haircut that won’t empty your wallet.

If I could give zero I would. Similar experience as other reviews I see now. The male shouldn’t be cutting hair. Zero experience and highly doubt he is licensed barber. I asked twice to fix but didn’t know how. Literally drove away from there to another barber shop! Waste of money and totally screwed up that you ruin people’s hair for a living as seen from other reviews.Get licensed and learn before accepting people. Pretty screwed up man.

Kim is the BEST. Taking Edison and myself there now. Found some great barbers here in the Salt Lake area, but Kim has won our business. I literally can text and get an appointment, and guess what... she is there! She is amazing with a straight razor, and she make is super comfortable.

Ive been coming to Beesleys since I was a small child. Perhaps they dont have the most up - to - date stylists (I honestly wouldnt know, my haircut is fairly simple). But these guys seem to be the only ones who can get my cut right each time. Just as important as the cuts, you may find it easy to be personable with the veteran staff. They take a personal interest in your day to day events and, care or not, they seem to care a lot. There have been several new staff added though, who seem to changing the face of this old - timey barber shop. I can say I prefer to cut my hair here because of the staff today. Hopefully it will remain, in the future, this way.

Holy cow!!! In love with this place and Kelly (sp?). Set out this morning looking for a high and tight. Girl at Great Clips insisted she knew what it was and could do it. Wrong. Fortunately she left it long enough for Kelly to take me straight in and fix it. It looks phenomenal and at a great price. Never going anywhere else.

Good prices, little to no wait, and extremely friendly employees. Very good haircuts- one of the only places in Utah Ive found that knows how to do a good high fade. Only complaint is that I occasionally find stray long hairs, but there arent many and it doesnt happen often.This is definitely my new barber shop.

I have been going to this shop for 12 years and I can tell you I will go there no matter what the drive is. I love this place. They cut your hair like pros, Trim your brows and will even touch up your beard usually at no extra cost. Not to mention the little shoulder rub at the end. I always walk out of there happy and feeling like a million bucks. Those fancy places cant do high and tight to save their lives. All of them are friendly and chat with me when I go in. Usually I never have to wait. I give them like $4 to $5 tip everytime cause they are awesome and take care of me. I highly recommend this place.

Best haircut Ive had in a long time

I love this place. They always remember to trim your eyebrows and ears, as well as using a straight edge with warm cream on your neck. Plus, to top it off, they end with a brief shoulder massage.

This barbershop is a good price and they do a great job. They are friendly and you feel like an old time barbershop. They cut hair and that is what I go there for.I dont want to pay more to watch a little bit of the sports channel on a big screen by a girl hired only because she is young and female and cant give a haircut without the leveled clipper attachments.There are a few newer faces at this barbershop. There are a few Asian ladies who have an accent and might be hard to understand but I we get our ideas across to each other and they are happy. I would much rather support this locally owned business and get a haircut, rather than spending more at a place where I might have to go home and fix the haircut.

Seemed like a well liked place, I had a really new Barber and it was like he didnt know what he was doing....then asked if I wanted a complimentary neck shave....i go to a barber for the shave and if its complimentary just do it.

I live just near the shop. Decided to go there and try it! Maybe will like it but honestly it was the worst haircut I ever had! The guy was new I dont blame him but I really dont know if he should be let alone to cut hair without an experience berber. Even with me mentioning couple spots that he should fix he tried but he just didnt know how to fix it. Now I have to wear my hat till next hair cut 😶
