If you own a black car, you need to call High Definition.I’ve had them work on several of my cars now and couldn’t be happier. The paint correction he did on my black truck was absolutely incredible. All the swirls and scrapes that I tried to wax out myself were magically gone when they were done!

With my first call, Owner Jimmy was helpful, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to schedule service. I had my Tesla Model 3 windows tinted today, and was extremely impressed with the quality, speed, and amazing customer service from Jimmy and his Shop Manager (Ryan I believe), and scheduled a vinyl body wrap for a few weeks from now as well. The shop was full of awesome vehicles with flawless tint, and they offer a wide variety of selections for color schemes and options to customize your vehicle. I highly recommend this shop, and was very impressed with their professionalism and genuine interest in my ideas and vision for alterations on my vehicle.

Set up an appointment for tinting and some vinyl lettering. When I showed up, I was informed that tinter was unavailable and it couldnt be done. They didnt bother to let me know. Also they didnt order lettering because they couldnt tint too. I asked them to go forward with letters, so they ordered. Three weeks pass and no call back to me so I call. They had to check to see if in and would call back. 3 hrs, no call so I called back. Oh yeah, the letters are here and here is a note that says we cant get you in for two, maybe three weeks. I cancelled the order & work since they had now wasted over 2 months of my time waiting. They wouldnt have called me if I didnt call. Not sure how you can run a business this way but the end result was piss poor customer service.

They did good work missed a couple spots but thats okay. The biggest point that I emailed them with a question they never responded so Im sorry but they lost a point for that. Following up with a customers one of the most important things in business.

Service done was window tint. I scheduled the appointment and drove 1.5 hours to the place (live in Lansing) for them to tell me when i got there they over booked and didn’t think they could get me in. After spending 15 min discussing they agreed to take my car in. Once i had the car there was several bubbles all over the windows. Went back after a week and they told me they should work themselves out(never did) i then tried to reschedule an apt for the fix as well as putting a decal on my car and when i showed up for my appointment they again told me they were not informed of my appointment and to come back next time I’m in town. Didn’t even bother to shake my hand after wasting my time and money. I would not take your vehicle here.

SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! I cant say enough great things about HD Detailing. I took my 2020 Supra to get Ceramic Pro paint protection and red wrapping of various panels and Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job! The attention to detail on the car is astounding and he worked many late nights to get my car done on time. My car is turning heads everywhere I drive it! I will definitely be back with future cars and will recommend him to anyone looking for auto detailing.

First, Low definition detailing should be the name of this place. I took my vehicle in for an interior detail only to have it returned with dirt and grime still underneath the seats and in the cup holders.Second, I was overcharged for having third row seating (in which my car doesnt have). When I inquired about a refund, I was laughed at and called ridiculous. Although I still received my refund, their guy Jimmy was incredibly unprofessional about it.Lastly, when the original appointment was made, I was told to show up first thing in the morning. Their website and door both say 8a.m., but they do not open until 9.I mention all of this to warn anyone considering to get an interior detail here. Do not do it! Or at least be aware of what you are dealing with.

Jimmy did a lousy job detailing my mom’s CR-V and it was returned with a dent in the hood. The rear seat areas look like they were not cleaned at all. Also detailing cars in a garage with a dirt parking lot is not a sustainable business model.

I cant say enough positive about my experience here! My car was looking pretty rough, as it hadnt had a deep-cleaning since Ive owned it. I took it to Jimmy and he was able to get stains out (from my dog who loves to run through the mud right before jumping in my car) that I figured were permanently embedded in my seats. He also got rid of the cigar smell from the previous owner as well as some obnoxious spots on the headliner! On top of this, I had some dents in the door taken out and youd never even know they were ever there. My car looks better than ever. Im definitely a happy customer and will be back!
