So I got a mani pedi today and and they came out all messed up and I told her I wanted slack and she did nail polish then she didn’t even put the clear coat over the top of the color on my toes and the nail polish is very sticky nails and my nails the blue ones r good but the pink is all lumpy and not dry the face waxing was good that was the only thing that was good…so now what do I do

Okay so Pros: The older woman that did my nails was VERY sweet, talkative and just an all around good time. She did a good job on my length and nail style I wanted. Its been over two weeks and my nails have yet to look like they need to be redone; well of course the fact they need to be refilled but other than that, they arent falling off, lifting or anything.Cons: The color design was nowhere near what I wanted. I was looking for a ombre look from black to white (black at the base and fading into white till its pure white at the tip) instead it looks like white and black. Half and half. Or even black and gray. Also after she did the glitter and went to put the final clear coat on the glitter came off and some for the color. Instead of actually going back and fixing it she went and got a normal nail color of glitter and went over it and over it and over it until it matched everything else; it ended up being lumpy and bubbly where she did that at.A pictures attached of what they look like currently.

They are amazing came in at 7:50 pm they close at 7 and still took me in wonderful people and businessI highly recommend them

Slow service, uneven nail polish on toes. Crooked acrylic nails. Slow nail technician. Appeared not intrested in her work. Previous experience was awesome with different technician.

I came to Midland to get my daughters’ nails done. I’m not from this area & had no idea where to go. I’m visiting from out of state, went to the mall & decided to checkout tip to toe. I went into the nail salon & asked the lady how much to get my daughters’ nails done (3yr old & 5yr old) told the lady I wanted regular polish on one & gel (shellac) on the other. I was told $7 each. I Only wanted shellac on one because my 3yr old can’t sit still long but they really wanted to get their nails done together. Went around the mall a little then decided to go back to get the nails done. I was charged $7 for my 5yr olds nails & $20 for my 3 year olds nails. I definitely will never take my business back here seeing as they definitely screwed me over when all I wanted was my daughters to enjoy time together since we don’t live near my 5yr old. Couldn’t believe it when she said the price, but literally couldn’t do anything about it. Pretty POed about it. Sorry not sorry.

Went in with my wife as she had her eyebrows waxed. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I plan on going back to have a service provided for me next week.

Great with pedicure but not manicures

This is the best nail salon in Midland...truly a hidden gem! The salon professionals are really friendly and also give a great service!!!! I love this place!!!

My daughter went and got nails done all they did was add dip to her nails on top the one she already had. Then charged her 40$ what a new set would cost with new dip powder. Sad to say that some people are just out to take advantage of people. Never again nor would I recommend anyone.....

Even though I got a late start on my pedicure, the employees were very kind, accommodating and made my whole experience here relaxing.

I went for the first time with my daughter and it was ok. The nail techs weren’t very inviting nor talkative. They place was clean and they did a decent job on my solar nails. My daughter had hers painted with painted decorative accents. For $95 I definitely wouldn’t go back as i feel it was a bit over priced.

So... 45 (10$ surcharge for shaping) for ACRYLIC? That’s funny. They tried to overcharge us for everything they asked. The older woman with the tattood eyebrows harassed my friend and I trying to get us to pay for gel.. which with shaping & gel would’ve been 65.. save your time and do not go to either to the nail places in the midland mall!

Never had a ledisi done be Use I was extremely self conscious about my feet but they did a great job.

I went in for an eyebrow wax, and she was just going to start waxing without even asking what shape I wanted and told me “I don’t have time for you I have other customers I need to get to” so does that mean I’m not a customer or important? They grabbed me without my consent for me to wait for another 10 minutes for someone else to attend me after I had already gone 20 minutes before and was told to come back 15 minutes later because they had 4 people waiting DON’T GO HERE.

Took my daughter here to get her her first pedicure and the lady told me we are so busy try the one down by Verizon. Went down to the one by Verizon and there wasn’t a single person in there for a pedicure and she rolled her eyes scratched her neck and didn’t say a word I said you know what we’ll take our business elsewhere she said yes ok good. Must be because we were white. Redic so both places turned down our business. I will not be returning. Awful customer service at both

Never going here again! They werent rude or anything but they arent worth the money that they charge! Every other salon charges just as much for better quality! Ive had my nails 3 days and 2 already came off! Ruined my nail bed for nothing! Super mad!

First off i decided i wanted to change the color and they wanted to charge me more to do that after i had just paid.. Then i notice the girl didnt who did it originally didnt even paint the whole nails to begin with.. Then some guy comes and trys to triple paint over the toes.. So i say well since yall have to redo them anyways you might as well just do the other color for.. But no they wanna try to charge me .. I could have done all this myself for free.. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

The nail salon by the front door of the mall RUSHED my nails FRIDAY so I went back MONDAY cause one hand was so thin and I broke a nail the SAME DAY I got them done ! so he redid the top layer just to break another nail the NEXT DAY I wont be going back never again to waste $50 on a set just so they can break off the same week HELLLLL NO !! I ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT GO TO THEM AT ALLLLLLLLLLLLL.....better off going to the other one Im the middle of the mall.

This salon really sucks . Its dirty and the service absolutely sucks! If you can avoid going here. Please do.. the polish was all over my fingers. I had to ask them to clean it... never again..

They have terrible customer service, simply told one of the ladies i just got my nails done and one already broke 2 days after and she started yelling at me and charged me 5 dollars for a fix. Would NEVER go there again. And definitely would NEVER recommend anyone to go there.

Seriously the worst experience Ive ever had! They dont do a good job unless you get the most expensive pedicure. I asked for the basic $35 one simply bc I do not like the wax or hot towels. I asked the woman to remove the callus and dead skin around my toes and she didnt bother. They charged $20 for my 4 year old son. Which is fine, if they would have Atleast cut his toenails right. $20 to soak his feet in water and trim his nails wrong. I also got my eyebrows waxed; you cant even tell they were done. I still tipped her $20 for the worst job. I went back and asked them to fix my toes, needless to say it wasnt done. I went back to have every employee there start talking about me in another language and all stare at me.I will NEVER go there again!

Worst job ever!!!! I went to get a nail that broke fixed and they left the nail really bumpy and thick then they got mad because i complained about there awful work! This salon has really bad service! After that a lady was going to get a pedi with her dauther and had to leave because the tub was really dirty!
