Manual aka Mr. Flaco is passionate about teaching children the value of self defense as well as disciple control and respect. Our son truly enjoys it and has a great time learning! Highly recommended

I started training here about 6 months ago and in that time I have lost over 20 pounds, become significantly more flexible, and increased my self confidence a great deal. Ive had the opportunity to train with and be a part of a great team led by a phenomenal instructor. Mr Flaco is very patient and will explain things thoroughly with alot of detail and is eager to see you improve and grow. 10/10 I would highly recommend this school to anyone seeking to learn karate whether their goal is functional self defense knowledge or just a good workout because you will find both here.

The training here is awesome!They really take the time to make sure everyone is doing everything correctly, they push you harder, they give you advice, the place and the people is a comfortable environment. Definitely recommend it 💪🏼

The instructors build confidence, structure and discipline in the kids. Mine stated at the age of 4 and 5. They are devoted to their training and friends

My daughter and I both attend classes with Mr. Obregon. I do the kickboxing and she does karate and I cant express how much this place and Mr. Obregon mean to us. He not only teaches but connects with the students at such a deeper level and thats something I look for in a teacher/ mentor. We have attended other studios and have never felt so at home as we do here. Mr. Obregon has taught self discipline and respect for self and others. Ive seen my daughter bloom here and do things she never thought possible. The positive changes in myself and daughter are so apparent and we owe this to Sidekick. For the teaching and awareness it has brought to our lives!WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! :)
