I called on a Friday, I needed my suit for Sunday. On the phone I was told I could maybe get it freshened up, but when I got there, the lady told me that she would go ahead and do a full cleaning because the machine was still going.Thank you for your time and effort. You made my Sunday that much better!!

Great little laundromat! The building and equipment is clean and well-maintained. There is a variety of washer and dryer sizes to fit various loads. You can even run big comforters and rugs. Good place.

I was very pleased with two aspects of doing business with this dry cleaning business. 1. they did a great cleaning job on my old suit and the ladies I dealt with were straight forward and courteous to match. 2. I was in line waiting to pick up my suit and the customer being waited on was being very unreasonable with the employee yet the employee displayed almost unending tolerance and patience with the totally rude customer

After explaining what I needed I dropped off my uniforms confidently expecting my request would be met. Upon picking up my uniforms not only was I disappointed, I had to come home and press my pants and my trousers that were mediocre at best. It was a complete waste of my money, I needed and paid for heavy starch...not even close.

Very clean laundry mat. Someone is always there to get change or to help. They do dry cleaning & will do you laundry for you if you wish. If you want that wedding dress dry cleaned & put in a keepsake box, this is the place for you.

I always had a good experience coming here until today. They have a very strict cut off for coming in to wash clothes. I walked in with my 2 loads of laundry and my 3 year old daughter at 7:39pm and was informed that I could not wash and dry my clothes. I could only dry my clothes because I was quote 15 minutes late after their cut off for washing clothes. The usual time for washing, drying, and folding my clothes there takes me an hour. I informed the worker of this and she still denied my business even though I would have been out the door a happy customer 20 minutes before closing time. I understand cut off times due to closing hour but ignoring the fact that I was a usual customer and communicated that I understood time constraints was very unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere due to the circumstances and found a business that was willing to let me wash my clothes even though I was the only customer and only reason they stayed open after 8pm. That is courtesy and professionalism. I will not be using Totally Clean Coin Laundry again even though it is the closest to my home.

The previous review complaining about their cut off time is out of line. I own a business. I have rules, and they get followed or you dont get to do business with me. They are called rules, not guidelines or suggestions! This place is clean. The employees are polite and helpful. And they follow the posted rules to keep their jobs and to best serve their customers. A place should not get a bad rating because the customer does not like the well posted rules.
