One of the washers was not working with hot water. I wash my white towels with hot water all the time. Attendant came and said “there’s nothing I can do” and proceeded to change the water setting. First and last time here. Bad quality washers. You can’t even see what you’re pressing. Bad customer service. She could have cancelled it and moved my clothes to another washer. Worst experience in this place. Don’t waste your money here.

The out side was dirty some one had spilled something by the door and they put a towel on top what ever was spilled ...I keeped asking the lady how much time it was going to give me with a dollar and she didnt now so to find out it gives u 10min with a dollar its a repoff...never again will I go there ...

This laundromats prices are a bit cheaper compared to the one in Illinois st. The dryers do a better job my experience was very good

I am here right now the lady is eating and on her tablet the guy is on his phone I asked if they could check a machine neither one of them helped both seem annoyed. Then I went to ask for change to put more money on my card and the lady said she didn’t have any change she did the same to another customer no change. Worst experience ever I called to get a manager none available.

They are always clean and I love that the employees who work here always make sure that the visitors have everything they need. This is the only laundromat will come to because I have tried others and have been really disappointed.

Clean, 90% of everything is in great and working condition, and the workers (or at least the one I encountered) was so, so helpful as this was new to me and so was the area. She also kept kids off equipment and kindly talked to parents asking to keep them from running around and/or being too loud and was just beyond friendly and would engage in conversation. I definitely will come here every time and I definitely recommend it to others.

Very Clean But The Washing Machines Do NOT Have HOT Water, Only COLD Water. I have Been There Several Times in The Past Months. I Asked WHY they dont have any hot water & Always Give Me The Same Answer THEY ARE WORKING ON IT.

The washing machine had a sour smell to them and the cost is high to wash clothes. The breakers tipped so I had to start my clothes over frustration!!!

Nice laundry it is very good to go wash and slash dry you beutiful laundry and keep it looking elegant. Very nice family love it so o go, but I have washer, so I just use that. I also prefer doing at home, unless you need to wash big sheets and bedding. The price is okay, I like it. It is in good location for me. Not the cleanest but what can you do.

My go to place for laundry service whether I am doing it myself or dropping off for their great wash and fold service. The staff here are very friendly and attentive to the patrons and the business. My only con is that there is almost always someone creeping the place begging for money.

Good place, close to where Im staying. Like everything else in this town it was over inflated in price. But, the place was clean and they have plenty of washers and dryers in various sizes. Plenty of baskets and folding tables. The worker was nice and face and helped with all my questions (they have cards that you buy and load money onto). Other than the price this place was good. Also it seems that you can drop laundry off too. I will be back if I need to do another wash.

Clean and good staff, very helpful. Quality working machines in every size. You have to buy a laundry card to use their machines but you can put as little or as much on the card as you want. The prices of the machines are also posted next to the card machine so you can get the right amount. They take credit and debit cards which is a huge plus in my book. They also have a drop off and pickup three days service. Over all one of the better laundrymats I have ever been to.

Love coming here I’ve used their machines and even when they are busy they always have machines available. I’ve used their drop off service and the clothes are folded and smell amazing

Best laundromat in Midland. Cheapest laundromat in Midland. Dude that works here help me get my card, showed me which machine to use and gave me some laundry detergent because I left mine at home.👍👍

It is usually clean. The people that are taking care of the place are on their toes for all needs. Wiping down machines and helping customers with any issues. I would completely recommend this place!

Some machines do not work and if u tell the staff they try to ignore ur problem. U have to bring it to there attention again and again so they can change the machine but u have to add soap again they dont provide that. Other then this there are a lot of machines and different load size. Area is clean. They have sitting space and tv to keep u company.

The ladies keep it clean and are personable. It has its moments when it is crowded, but there are many machines so that no one seems to wait too long, if at all. Also, the have certain machines designated for work clothes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Like the really large washing machines. When I first got there it was packed and I thought it was going to take forever but I practically had no wait time for my 20 loads. Only downfall is you are likely to have money stuck on the card.

If I need a laundry matt this is the one I go to they have different size machines even 80 lb. ones they are clean and the employees are very nice and helpful

Ive been coming to this laundromat every week for 2 years now. I like the fact that I dont have to carry $20 in quarters with me every time as you put your money on a card. Besides the normal ignorance of people hoarding the baskets, which I absolutely can not stand, its generally a good experience... when is not packed. My biggest complaint would be that the machines understandably break down, however, it seems like they never get repaired! One of the entrance doors has had abroken sign on it for weeks, maybe more. Please fix these things and I would give it 5 stars. Thanks

Screaming kids. Many people doing laundry there hording rolling baskets with personal items which caused a shortage of baskets to take wet cloths from washer to dryer. Nearly useless employees. So many broken washers seemed like more broken than usable. End result I bought a washer and dryer to avoid the out of control environment at super wash

Well I go and wash every now and then mostly at night and a few times in the morning but I had the worst time in the morning this big white lady that smokes that pen!! is flat out disrespectful she cusses the older lady out ..that works there also when I came to counter for help I heard loud music I yelled hello a few times and she stayed there and I tapped the bell once and she exploded on me ... and then she just sit back there and do nothing and I fell bad for her coworkers shes not fit to work in a environment like that ... and then the times I come at night its peace full the Hispanic lady and black boy is always moving but they make sure your helped and keep the store mighty clean I add the Hispanic lady do the customer clothes so nice i sat and watched for I could do mine like that lol and the young teenage boy he is a happy sprit he smiles and helps everyone and take care of the store as if he is at home he works like he get the biggest checks in the whole wide world but If anything I recommend you all to go at night time and not in the morning with the rude lady!!!! I HOPE MY COMMENT HELPED YOU ALL.....

Ive been coming to this laundromat for about 6 months. Theres an older Mexican lady and a heavy set white lady with glasses that are flat out Rude and Disrespectful!! So unprofessional the Mexican lady began to argue with me when I asked her why my clothes were still soaking wet when the cycle finished. She cussed at me and refused to give me the managers name or number, she basically said its her word against mine. I dont understand how she still has a job. Ill NEVER return

Came in on a Wednesday morning had alot of laundry and i had a horrible experience this store was filthy including the floor the people that work in the mornings are rude and disrespectful what sad is one claimed to be the manager a guy walked around with a rag but all he did was smoke and eat they curse out loud about the other workers and bosses i dont think the parents of the small childern appreciated it either i watched a mechanic fix several machines and as soon as he left they put some of the same machines he fixed out of service again for no apparent reason... i will not be returning to this establishment and will be telling my friends not to use as well

I have used this laundromat many times but I went in last week to do my laundry and it will definitely be my last. Very, very unprofessional staff besides being loud and very rude, I had to wait over 30 min for a washing machine. I sat and watched the repair man fix 4 machines and remove out of service signs, as soon as he left the parking lot the male employee that was standing around smoking rushed to put the signs back on before customers could even load their clothes into them. I was surprised as the manager proceeded to load each freshly fixed washer full of clothes from a car outside and proceed to tie up 6 washers while paying customers stood around and waited. A man asked if she was in line because he had been waiting and she replied oh no Im the manager I dont have to wait in line. needless to say I took my business else where and I think everyone else should too. this couple has worked there along time and are allowed to act and treat customers anyway they wish. Too bad the owner doesnt care as much about this store as he does the one on Illinois Ave that place is always so clean and friendly. not even worth the one star rating I had to use to make this reveiw

I have been using superwash for over a year and today I have been treated the worst ever. I asked a lady for help and not once but twice she brushed me off and sent a 16 year old to help me. If this is how superwash does stuff it needs to stop

Place is clean. Too many kids screaming, running around and crying. Worker (didnt get her name) really rude and not friendly.

Clothes went into washing machine dirty and came out wet and dirty. Doubt they got any cleaner than when they went in. Waste of time and money.
