Terrible, do not use their services. I had one piece of clothe damage and because I was not fast enough to tell them that they did something wrong (let it pass over 30 days)I got nothing. Not even an apology. Do yourself a favor and find another reliable and understanding place that respect people’s property!

They charged $40 for one piece and didnt tell me until I picked it up. They thought it needed special treatment, but lady behind the counter couldnt explain how special treatment is different from regular treatment. Poor communication before, during, and after service. Never have had the piece cost so much for a dry cleaning. Yikes.

Isabel and her crew are always nice and if you need heavy starch and a rush job on your clothes they do it with a smile. I love that location. Best one in Midland Texas.

Zero stars an option? I know it’s a franchise that makes a lot of money but do they care about customer service? Obviously not. Any complaint is met with aggression and a defensive statement.It was like that. We didn’t do that. We don’t know where your clothes are. No refunds.

Lost my clothes and told me I couldn’t prove they lost it. Not returning my clothes is proof enough
