Bad customer service, the manager was really rude. But how bad, than we pay for our service and they mean and disrespectful to de customer.

First time in this facility, very filthy, attendant wouldn’t come from behind counter to do anything to try to keep the place at least semi clean.Small front load washers were $3.00 for 25 minutes, which is pricey, dryers were .25 for 5 minutes and that’s absolutely ridiculous considering the dryer filters are more then likely not cleaned throughout the day of business, and customers are spending more then they need to spend to get their clothes dried.Do not recommend this facility.....

It got the job done eventually. Ive never had bad experiences with wash em up. Matter fact I go to different wash em ups every once in a while until today I went to this one. In any other I kindly ask for them to clean out the filter from the dryer for me since it makes it easier to dry all my clothes. When i asked for this assistance the lady at front desk told me somebody already cleaned them out but two of the dryers I was using didnt need the key so i cleaned them out and were full to the top, but my other two had to stayed like that because after a couple of times of asking she kept telling me the same thing somebody already changed them so I walked away. I had to spend $2 more on those dryers while I only use $.75¢ for my other two that I cleaned out.

Ive been there twice & will never return again. The employees have a So what attitude if you have an issue. Both times Ive had items stolen right before my eyes, complained to your employees & they could care less.Im handicap & the last time I was there I was walking in front of the dryers & lost my balance and my walker chair flipped over & I hit the concrete floor. Now keep in mind your establishment was packed. NOT 1 PERSON ATTEMPTED TO HELP ME UP UNTIL A TEENAGE GIRL CAME AROUND THE CORNER BY THE CHANGE MACHINE & RAN TO MY AID.Is the clientele you want in your establishment or are you just worried about your wallet instead of your reputation as a business man???

Nice Neat & Clean Plenty of washes and dryers of all sizes.

I just dont like the fact that you have to use a card to wash clothes in here, other than that the equipment is clean and is well maintained, place is also clean

Ive been here twice. Staff not concerned about the place being used as a play area. It was like an obstacle course going around the children. I am busy. I have time limits to get things done. Kids running around bumping into carts baskets. Parent not concerned nor staff. There is a time and Place for play this in not one of them. Will not be back.

If you put your money in the wrong machine by mistake, dont expect to get it back out, this machine ate a bunch of my quarters and management basically shrugged their shoulders and said too bad so sad. Very annoying.

Expensive place to wash clothes, oily clothes washed on any washer, so your nice clothes might come out the washer worse then when you put them in

You can never use hot water, Ive been told by a staff person to use just warm water, the washers never load hot water, the plumbing installations are not well planned, I dont recommend to go to this place, disappointing.

Strict and excessive no leave policy on coin-op machines. Bring a book, game or something and maybe your snacks. May try to charge a $5 fee if they have to clear your load from a machine.Did not encounter this issue personally, but signs are posted all over in English/Spanish.
