Please please listen to me and never go here!! It seriously looks like I gave my 11 year old daughter some scissors and said here you go.. It was one of the worst haircuts of my life..

Great with hair but DO NOT trust them with your beard... They will claim they know how to trim and style your beard but they never get it right. This last time i went in she accidentally shaved off the right side, and my only option was to shave the rest with it. 8 months of work down the drain.

I get a very basic haircut, never takes more than 15 min, so I figured a chain salon in Midland mall would be quick. Was told it would be a 25 min wait so I waited, 25 min later I was told there were still 2 people ahead of me. I figured 2 people was no big deal so I continued to wait. Watched more than 2 people get called before me. An hour and 15 min after I was told 25 min I was still waiting so I got fed up and left. Terrible customer service. Dont lie to customers about how long of a wait it will be and waste their time. If its going to be a long wait, tell them so they can decide if they want to wait or not. Its common sense. So now Ive wasted over an hour of my Sunday and still in need of a haircut. Needless to say I wont be wasting my time there again waiting around for nothing.

Megan at the Midland Mall MasterCuts is the best. She has been cutting the hair of my whole family for a few years now. We have never gotten a bad cut from Megan (and believe me, weve gotten bad haircuts in our lives) I highly recommend her for any hair type or style. She listens to what you need/want and talks with you about what is best for your hair.

Love this place. Person that cut hair sure had a good personality.

We were out of town at a subway in Kalkaska I ordered a seafood saladI asked for double the seafood I would pay the extra that I didnt get it they didnt chop it and it was a mess tasted terrible it wasnt even mixed

They always handle my sons haircuts so well. He gets fidgety and wiggly with the clippers but they make it fun for him and work through it

Went in for a quick eyebrow wax and walked out with three small cuts on my face from the skin peeling off under my eyebrow. Still healing a week later. This hasnt happened anywhere else Ive gone in the past 9 years. Was very disappointed.

I took my son for his first haircut and the guy there rushed his haircut and didn’t even cut his hair straight! I would give it 0 stars if I could!!! Very very disappointed

The haircut was uneven. The lady was rude, gossiped with her coworkers the entire time and didnt offer to wash my hair after. When I tipped her, she didnt even say thank you. She just took the money and resumed gossiping. I wouldnt go back, waste of money.

Worst hair cut ever. went in to have over 10 cut of to lay straight at the shoulder and Taylor layered it very short all over. And she giggled when we re showed her the picture and said O, i thought it had layers Horrible, Horrible experience. I can not express my anger enough!Kim Gagne

It’s now alway a 1 hour wait with only 2 people working and the jacked the price to $18.50 a cut .... go to the man cave it better faster and only $12 bucks and super nice girls work there .. thanks for jacking up the price so I could find this gem
