Always nice experience when I come here. The ladies are generally busy but still polite & understanding. So many balloon options, shapes, colors, styles. Really a great party decoration stop.

Great little shop, although overpriced for party/paper supplies but convenient in a pinch. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent variety of party supplies in different styles and colors.

Buyers beware!!! Never saw the no refund sign hanging up at the CHECK OUT counter. And of course NO ONE tells you at the time of your purchase that this is a final sale. However..... the sales receipt clearly states “refund within 30 days”. Very poor way of doing business. According to the salesclerk, this is the “owners” policy because of Covid. To me, this is just an excuse not to refund your money. Never would have purchased coffee cups if I knew there might have been a return issue. We are talking about $12.00.

Sherry was so helpful with my sons wedding. I explained that I was doing a cupcake display and that I had drove up from Tennessee without mine. She was so sweet and allowed me to borrow her own! She took a load off of my shoulders and made my day! Thank you so much Sherry!!!

Service was friendly, but I had to wait for a long time before anyone offered to help me. A gentleman who came in after me left before he could order anything. Also, be aware that the 10% off coupon you get for signing up on the email list cannot be used for balloon orders. And Im surprised at the range in customer experience. Not accusing, just really hope it isnt for a reason because I do like this store.

Went in to get 2 large balloons numbers for a birthday, My order was messed up (wrong number) so I went back to get to get the correct one. The employees were disrespectful, rude, laughed in my face, and when I asked for a refund for my inconvenience ( because I had to drive back and forth 3 times) they said NO and argued with me. Awful Experience.

My first time there. They had everything I was looking for. I even got the inside scoop about a place across the street that has the most excellent crab cakes! Win-Win!!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Staff very very friendly. I purchased balloons for my 1yr old bday party and lets say the #1 balloon and 1st bday balloon is still floating around the house. My 1yr old LOVES IT and so do I😁!

Staff was very helpful and special ordered an item for me. It came the next week. Very pleasant despite being very busy, making sure everyone was being helped.

Such a big fan of Fulton Paper Middletown! I have been a customer for over 8 years and can always count on them. There staff is amazing and so helpful. I have lost track of how many times they have gone above and beyond to rush and get me what I need to run my business. And if its out of stock, they will order from the Wilmington store which saves me so much time. Highly recommend this business.

Im a hobby Baker so I visit this location frequently. During this latest visit I was there to get a round cake display and noticed they had balloons that would be perfect for an event Im having soon not only were they pleasant when taking my order but they also suggested other items that brought everything together

Order 3 balloons over the phone, wasnt given a price but had to pay ahead of time .Didnt think anything of it until I checked my account...$32 😳 never again.

I ordered two dozen balloons from Fulton Paper & Party Supplies days in advance. I called to cancel a dozen of balloons and as I spoke to a woman on the phone, she informed me that I would be able to receive a refund for the dozen of balloons that I no longer wanted.As I went to the shop to pick up the balloons, I was told that I couldnt receive a refund and that it was against store policy. Two associates insisted that I was wrong in this situation even though the woman I spoke to on the phone told me I could receive a refund and admitted she didnt check with store policy before speaking to me. I attempted to work with the staff at the Fulton Party Supplies by asking for store credit instead, and even then I was treated with disrespect as if I was not a customer.Instead of Fulton Paper & Party Supplies assisting me in the issue they caused, I was left offended and dissatisfied. The company broke their verbal agreement to me as a customer and in result I will never return to any Fulton Paper & Party Supplies.
