Place was helpful to my dear friend but by mid spring all the decent staff left. There is a young girl with plastic nails who does most of the sessions. The place must be going out of business.

My experience with the Reynolds Clinic has been exceptional. The family oriented atmosphere and individualized approach to my treatment is what has kept me going back for 15 years. My experience with neurofeedback showed improvement in focus in school and my career later in life. I’m always impressed with the staff and how kind and helpful they are. I will continue to use Dr. Reynolds and his clinic for life.

Every single staff member at the Reynolds Clinic that I had met, are first class, top notch people. Not only do they help your child get back on track, but they also pay attention to the parents and try to help lower your stress level. My daughter is the happiest Ive seen her in Ten years and that makes me happy. She does need a little extra guidance, but with Dr. Reynolds help, now I feel like I can do that. I definitely see a positive result from the treatment.I plan to bring a close friend down to the next seminar so he can learn about NFT for his son.

Dr. Reynolds neurofeedback program afforded my child the ability to reconnect to her emotions and daily living in a positive way. While the program may seem intense and timely, the end result is priceless. This program gave my child a new outlook and positive tools to be a productive and happy person.

I highly recommend NFT to anyone who has a diagnosis of ADHD/ADD, anxiety, ODD or ABI. My son had completed NFT a year ago at 13yrs. Our lives are night and day, compared to what life was like prior to NFT. His grades were Ds, and now As & Bs, we went from 78 tardies to 5 this year. He no longer begs me to stay home from school. We went from meltdowns to do his homework, me constantly checking in with his teachers, to this year he independently did all his school work and I never had to contact his teachers. Previously, he was impulsive and would hit the other two children, almost appear as though there was no remorse. He so hyper-focused on certain things, it almost seemed as though delayed gratification was impossible. Today he is still eager to get what he wants in a short period of time, but he is able to hear others now and have the ability to wait or hear no. Middletown is a hour one way from us, but it was absolutely worth investing our time in. To see the confidence my son has now, and to hear him say I am so glad I did NFT and dont have to take meds anymore makes the investment of time and resources so minimal in the larger scheme of his life.Every team member at the Reynolds clinic is great, always welcoming, all strongly passionate about the work they do and always accommodating. Truly grateful!!!

We had and hour drive each way, and it was well worth it. My son is going on 13, we started him on Adderall in the third grade, we did not like the effects and he hated it. My son had a hard time with focusing and processing information which cause alot of frustration.A friend of ours told us about Dr. Reynolds Clinic, my husband and I went to the seminar, we liked what we heard and thought it was too good to be true. I showed my son the video on the website, once he saw how it helped other kids around his age, just like him, he was all for it. My son went into treatments with a positive attitude and I think that helped alot.Matt started noticing slight improvements at about four visit, he said Mom I feel I can focus better . Hearing this was wonderful and seeing him happy was great. I did not mention the treatments to the teachers, I wanted to see if they noticed a difference and they did, his math teacher came up to me and said Matt is doing leaps, the beginning of the year he was failing and now has a B, also his ELA teacher said he was improving, he was more consistent with his work, he now has a B in her class. Matts reading teacher said he noticed that he is able to sit still compared to the beginning of the year.Everyone at the Reynolds Clinic was such a pleasure, the staff was amazing, always smiling making my son feel welcome. All of you have made a difference for my son, he is so positive, social and best of all feels good about himself. Thank You!

My son was diagnosed with ADHD over 9 years ago. He is 16 years old now and in his sophomore year of high school. Weve always been able to manage his ADHD with a lot of reminders and help with home work, and IEP plan in place at school, and an attentive staff giving him all the help he needed. His first year of high school was a very different story. He spent the majority of last year struggling, unable to focus or remember homework assignments. With the teachers taking a step back and providing much less help, my son had a very difficult time keeping up with his assignments. We tried everything to help him. He had been taking medications for years, first Aderall, now Concerta, to help with his symptoms. The medications took the edge off, but were not as effective as we would have liked.A coworker had mentioned that she was taking her son to the Reynolds Clinic to help with her sons ADHD. I had looked them up online and I was impressed with what I saw, they seemed to have a good success rate and the science seemed solid. My husband and I decided to give it a try. At this point it was our last resort to helping our son manage his symptoms. We decided to start at the end of the school year, starting with the evaluation and brain scan. After that there are 30 Neurofeedback training sessions. We finished our 30 session last week and we couldnt be happier. Our son is able to focus in class, keep up with his assignments and remember to do things on his own. Its absolutely amazing the difference from last year to this year. He also seems much more confident in himself, making friends and hanging out after school, something he never did before. The Reynolds Clinic has made such a huge difference for our family, I would recommend them to anyone who struggles with ADHD.

I thought Dr. Reynolds had an incredible ability to make distinctions among various issues that kids and adults face because of actual conditions that affect the brain as well as ones that are look alikes, misdiagnosed and then medicated for treatment of symptoms that may not be indicative of the right condition. I would head here for an evaluation before medicating any child. Very smart man and in my opinion, the first line of treatment for anything that resembles ADHD, ADD, ODD, depression, anxiety...etc.

My 11 year old has recently been diagnosed with ADHD. After years of struggling in school and many alterations to his 504 plan I felt as if I was never going to be able to help me. I felt discouraged. He was put on medication and saw a phycologist regularly. The medicine helped a little however it did in fact change his personality. He became a zombie and wasn’t eating. I was losing my son. One morning I saw a commercial for The Reynolds clinic in Middletown. The next seminar was the following week. I figured I had nothing to lose so I went. During the seminar a mom in audience was telling a story about how her son was labeled as “the bad kid”. I felt like she was stalking about my son. I knew I was exactly where I need to be. I signed him up that day. I met with Dr. Reynolds a few times and he really helped me to understand how my son’s brains works. He’s not a “bad” kid, he just learns differently. Dr. Reynolds gave me tools I needed to help my son. He recently completed his 30 sessions and I have absolutely noticed a significant difference in his behavior. He is now able to focus more and stay on task. He started the school year with mostly d’s and F’s and by the end of year he was A’s and B’s. In additional I also noticed that his tantrums or melt downs became far and few between. He still may have one occasionally however they are much shorter and less explosive. I would like to thank Dr. Reynolds, and the entire staff for helping me get my son back. I will forever be grateful for all of their hard work.

Our 12 year old son had been diagnosed with ADHD at age 8. We resisted putting him on any meds, but after repeated issues early on in 7th grade, we relented and started him on Focalin. We noticed immediate benefits, but they wouldnt last longer than 1-2 months and by the end of the school year, we had upped his dosage three times and were considering a fourth dosage bump. We felt like we were chasing own our tails. We shared our frustrations with a friend from church. She recommended that we look into The Reynolds Clinic. My wife did some research and said shed like to try them. A cynic at heart, I was much more skeptical but absent any other reasonable options, I reluctantly agreed that we should give it a shot.It is now eight months later. My son completed his neurofeedback therapy over the summer and has not taken any ADHD medicaton in five months. So far this school year, he has not received a detention, suspension or even been called down to the disciplinary officer for a discussion -- I no longer cringe when my phone rings during the school day.My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Reynolds and his staff for what theyve done to change the trajectory of my sons life.

Shifty. First, pay close attention at his seminar, and take notes. It is riddled with inconsistencies, and implications that undermine trust. During the seminar you may find yourself believing that he is masterfully in understanding of what your going through, or that he understands the symptoms of your Childs condition to a detail that you may feel none else has to date. That in it self is cause of conflict because he understands these conditions so well that he will use them to your weakness. Being desperate to find a case and not finding any solutions of the years past you begin to develop a sense of comfort that he can deliver results. However beware, because you will find conflict in statements he makes, outright lies in how services may be paid, and you will not receive the attention you deserve. When meeting post seminar you will here him run through his boilerplate speech that instils understanding of what your going though, but if you press him with hard questions you will get a defensive response and he will take the position of the all-knowing superior and attempt to make you feel inadequate by acting confused by your question. He will reiterate your question as if it did not make sense, and try to rephrase it to focus on undermining your point rather than straight up answer it. Then before you get into your second question 15 minutes has passed because he spent 12 going through his speech (which is al he really wants you to hear) and someone outside the office will knock lightly on the door, signaling the prospective patients that your time is up. You will not get an opportunity to ask more then 2-3 questions because he will then lie about the staff leaving, or some other excuse and will stand up non-verbally phrasing the section is over.Heres what you need to know:Neurofeedback program MAY offer some benefit to some people, but I wont do business with someone I cant trust. The insurance wont cover it, no matter what they imply. The success rate of the program is non-documented scientifically. The program is suggested at 30 sessions but if you do your research it may take 100 to see results ($$$$).The program can be preformed with no experience, you dont need a highly experienced dr.The school system will not pay for it.He will not promise ANY rate of success. His staff will say conflicting statements to his (often more truthful).Bottom line, Dont fall into the trap of trusting him because he relates. Conduct your own research before you commit. Even if the program may help your child, you cant risk dealing with a snake oil salesmen and risk anything that may affect your childs progress.
