I came into the Middlesex hospital ER after a long and scary day of sitting with my therapist and making phone calls to crisis lines to try to find somewhere for me to go. Immediately the staff was kind and caring. Everyone, from the ER nurses to the nurses, OTs, psychiatrists, and techs on the inpatient psych ward were amazing. I felt safe and cared for and like I was surrounded by people who were actually there to help me. Though no one likes to have to go to the psych hospital and stay there, I can honestly say that this was a great experience and I was glad to have been there to receive the care I needed.

The worst i will never go back personally rued lack of personality ☝️😡🙄
