I was traveling to Ohio for a grappling tournament these guys put on and decided to train with them while I was there. The grapplers and instructors here are really top notch. If you are looking for a competitive nogi training environment you then look no further.They have a locker room and shower facility attached which is a real novelty too

The best grappling coach hands down. He will make you feel welcome, no matter what skill level you are at. They offer both Gi and No Go, as well as wrestling and striking classes. You can easily find something to suit your interests or needs. They also offer classes for kids. I look forward to bringing my girls to class when they get old enough. Mark, Ivory, Ramone, Jared, and Juan are also great coaches, and will go out of their way to help you. I cannot recommend this school highly enough. Come out and try, and you will see for yourself.

My teenage son never liked competitive sports. The teacher got his interest during a self defense class and hes been going every week since. Hes gotten in shape, gotten stronger, has better coordination, and Im just happy hes found something here loves.

Great place to go to learn jiu jitsu. My boyfriend and I just started going here (he’s being doing jiu jitsu for 7 years, I have never). I had my first ever class Monday and they made me feel so welcome and were so patient with me having absolutely no prior experience. I love the atmosphere and how welcoming they were as I was nervous going in to this. 10/10 recommend.

I first met Ruben when he came to visit our open mat at Stout PGH/ Team Renzo Gracie. Got in some super fun rounds with him. Nice guy, super smooth technique, awesome to train with. Since then hes come out to compete on our super fight cards and generally stayed in touch. Id recommend him, his school, or anything hes undertaking without reservation.
