Ive been a Karateka at Cromwell Martial Arts since February 2021, and I have nothing but the highest of praise for it. From the moment you walk into the Dojo, you will automatically feel the positive energy as it presents itself as it gently grazes upon the soul. Everything about this Dojo is filled with strong positive energy, and taught by true at heart certified professional Instructors.Whats so great about Cromwell Martial Arts is that every Karateka is equally trained without any pressure, and that everyone works at their own comfortable speed, and level. From under such teachings and a welcoming environment you will see, feel and understand true meanings of what it provides : a balanced mind, body and spirit.Myself; being under trainings by/with Sensei Frank Shekosky is a true Godsend. This ever-so knowledgable and skilled gentleman knows the work, and carries a proven history with true passion for the Martial Arts. Either be a Karateka, or spectator at Cromwell Martial Arts you can see it as you can feel it. Its real, and you can feel such sensation become a part of you as if youre entering or exiting the Dojo around such positive surroundings - they tend to follow.The location is very very clean, and held up nicely. Its extremely comfortable, and quite welcoming. The cost is very decent, and they take their time to work along with you to make sure that you are comfortable, and not feeling rushed depending on your situation.Not only will one be learning or growing with Cromwell Martial Arts, but along gaining stronger confidence, and actually seeing things differently with a much clearer yet focused mind.Cromwell Martial Arts deserves so much praise. Even if you are already training with a different martial arts school, reach out to Cromwell Martial Arts to learn more about Sensei Franks seminars and the training DVDs offered by his school.

We have known and worked with Sensei Frank Shekosky for more than a decade now. He is one of the very few martial arts instructors with a lifetime of experience traveling the all over to both learn from and teach others. Just like any Black Belt would instinctively, in March 2020 he adapted his program to allow for families to continue their training from the comfort of their own homes through Zoom. This not only kept all of his students motivated and making progress towards their own goals, It has also provided a platform for him to teach students anywhere using technology.If you are a potential student, this is a great place to go to get a quality martial arts education from someone who has information worth learning and a heart to help his students succeed.If you run a martial arts school and want to bring him in to teach digital classes either through zoom so your students can train from home, or with a projector to a full room of students. I’ve been training with Sensei for a collective 6 years. Having completed my Black Belt in Kobujutsu, I can say Sensei Frank Shekosky trains with outstanding professionalism. Cromwell Martial Arts has a fantastic program led by some truly talented athletes.
