This was my second visit and it went well.The Office Administrators, Hygienists / Assistants and Dr. Are welcoming and kind.Im pretty sure I found my new dentist.Just informational....anyone who cannot climb stairs, there is a flight of about 15 stairs to get to the office.

I will let my abcess and facial cellulitis reach my eye, lymph nodes, and neck before I set foot in there again. And so will they.

I did go for my denture . Staff was very nice . Dr. Kaur was very gentle . She explained me all the options and helped me to decide the right option for me . I have a very good experience . Looking forward for my wife appointment.

The best dentist I’ve ever been too

My 4 year olds first time at a dentist and they were great with her wish i went here sooner and i also went the same time for myself and its been awhile for me and they were great compared to other dentists ive been to id recommend this dentist everytime they were very nice and they do lots of other work then cleaning and its convenient location

I was very impressed by the warm reception right from the start till my visit was over. Dr. Kaur did an excellent job, explaining what the problem could be. Gave me best options on how to deal with my problem. Its been 4 days and so far so good.Upon leaving from my appointment, I was pleased with my experiences at Gentle Dental .

I usually dont get around to writing a review for an establishment, but for Gentle Dental I had to let them know how awesome they are. I was bit weary of trying this place in the beginning but my original dentist decided to retire and decided to give Middletown Dentistry a shot. It was a great overall experience from the minute I entered the doors, reception staff was very friendly and prompt. Dr. Kaur took the time to hear the history, and very clearly outlined the procedure before getting to it. Whole experience was very pleasant! I highly recommend this place for general dental needs.

I had one of good experience on my last visit. I had broken my tooth and had to be numbed in order to fill it. Dr. Kaur was so good that it was virtually painless . Awesome staff ! and its the best dental care, I had ever received ! .

Terrible. Gave my son antibiotics, then told him to come back to have the tooth pulled. When he came back, she said that she could not pull it and sent him to a surgeon, no more anti biotic, no pain meds. While waiting for the surgeon appt, the tooth became reinfected because he was not receiving anymore antibiotics. It got much worse and this doctor wanted to schedule another appt to get new meds.I feel this doctor is milking his insurance and not providing the proper care.Stay away. Look harder for reviews as there are many bad ones out there complaining of the same issues that I have...

I was always worried when going to the dentist. The same was true before my first visit at Gentel Dental. I had a filling that needed to be done. Dr. Kaur was very delicate and attentive and explained to me what is happening at all times. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed especially given the fact that I never felt any pain. I was very happy with my first visit. In fact just recently I had to go in again and this time, for the first time in my life, I didnt feel anxious or afraid going to the dentist!!! The staff at the clinic is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Gentel Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist in Middletown!

I have experienced many dentists in the past, but Dr. Kaur is a keeper. I have had nothing but great experiences with all the staff.The hygenists have all been friendly, courteous and informative. Dr. Kaur is very thorough and takes the time to let me speak in to my own treatment plan. She has been very gentle during procedures. She is superb with kids and my Children like her very much.
