08/14/2020: After a late start,* I am very pleased with the result. Samuel worked fast and did a great job to clean my mothers 5 rooms, stairways, and hall. I also got the rugs sanitized and deodorized, which added extra cost to the coupon deal, but it was worth it. *Late start: I was told upon booking 1-3 pm arrival, but actual was ~3:45 after I called after 3. Samuel said the arrival time was 2-4 pm. Ok, whatever. It would be good business, however, to be consistent in expected time(s) communicated to customer. I would give a slight reduction in rating (to 4.8) due to timeliness, but overall, very satisfied with work and staff. The work got done and results are clean, smells good, all good!

We had our carpets cleaned in April. I waited awhile to write this review to ensure none of the small stains we had reappeared as some mentioned in reviews. They did not. We have light beige carpets and Samuel did a fantastic job cleaning them, and removing stains (which did NOT return). Very professional service and I loved the dry cleaning service instead of the typical drag your hose through the house and soak your carpet service. Carpets were dry in less than 2 hours. We will definitely use Family Comfort for future carpet cleaning. Thank you Samuel for the fantastic, professional service you provide!

I had a 5 Star experience from the first time I contacted Samuel to clean my carpet. He responded immediately to my inquiry for pricing and the services. I was able to schedule on the day and time that was convenient for me. Samuel was very professional, courteous and a very thorough guy.He even helped me move the furniture and disinfected, deodorized and made all the areas of my home look nice and clean. He had a game plan to clean the problem areas with extra care, and made sure they were cleaned properly. In fact he even came out to treat two small spots on two different occasions. He truly believes in caring for his Customers!I couldnt ask for a more detailed and professional service beginning to end. We received a flyer in the mail for Family Comfort and I decided to give them a call considering we purchased a used couch and I just wanted it freshened up. Samuel gave me a courtesy call to let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time. He did a beautiful job cleaning our couch and it looks brand new and smells fresh and clean. The price was unbeatable compared to other places I called for quotes. We will definitely be using him again for any of our other cleaning needs! Samuel was professional and friendly! Easy to reach for scheduling, and received a confirmation call the day before the appointment. They arrived on time and allowed me to add on a few extra area rugs.Samuel and Carl worked efficiently and thoroughly to clean & sanitize carpeting, and were both very personable. Price was reasonable. Our carpets took longer than the two hours advertised to dry, but we could safely walk on them the same day. We had a number of pet stains and thought they might resurface when dried, but they did not. The carpets look beautiful! Will definitely call them again in the future.

Samuel showed up on time and cleaned our family room carpet and our dryer vent. He moved the furniture to clean underneath and also moved the dryer. He did a great job and the carpet looks great. He spent extra time on the dark spots in front of the closet and couch and I’m so glad he did. The results were worth it! We will be calling him again in the future.

Samuel just did my 4 bedrooms, living room and 30 stairs and my carpets look AMAZING! For having 3 teenagers, I would have never expected them to look so good! On time, priced reasonably (and he confirmed the price with me when he got here so NO HIDDEN COSTS). Highly recommended!

I would recommend family comfort carpet dry cleaning to my family & friends. The gentleman (samuah) was very nice & professional and the carpets look amazing.I need to change this review. This company does not stand behind the work they do. Our carpets looked great for 2 weeks and the stains are now coming back onto the carpet & the guy will not come back out to look at the carpet unless we pay to have it cleaned again.

Samuel just did my 4 bedrooms, living room, hallway and 14 stairs and my carpets look AMAZING. He is very friendly, double check with us about the quality of every room once completed and before he started next room, it is very impressive. Absolutely amazing. Everything was priced as he quoted, my entire house smelled amazing and my carpets and sofas looked brand new. I would totally recommend and I will use again. Arrived when he said he would and even waited for me as I was running late.

First they were not on time. I never got a call saying they would be late. Second they came in and told me they could not move funtine. Then they clean the room and didnt get the spot off the floor at all. I even asked if they were going to try again over it and they said no. Dont waste your time with them. They waste my time !!!

I am very impressed with the job that Samuel did today on our carpets, sofa and recliner!! They look new again! I scheduled a cleaning in York for Monday March 9 and Dave called me to confirm on the Friday before. I moved my furniture and was ready to go on Monday. 10 minutes before the end of the 2 hour time limit I called Dave and he told me he “didn’t know how that happened” he was in Mechanicsburg and would try to come when he was done.I had other plans and told him to forget it. I called the company and the receptionist told me she would put my complaint in my file???? What file? They were never at my home before. Totally unprofessional. I called a local company and they came out the next morning, did a great job and charged less than FC advertised

Referred thru the Next door app and I was quick to hire due to the positive responses.I was confident and comfortable calling to scheduleService.I had a quote given to me over the phone after explaining exactly what I wanted done. 20 VERY DIRTYSteps—precious occupant was here 8yrs with 2 kids, a dog and a cat. As wellAs our living room area.When the man showed up he then said he had to charge me $60 more for xtra steps and supplies. I agreed. Not happy but agreed. He explained dyne high traffic areas needed specialSoaps. He said they won’t be perfect but they will be better. Ok-I was sold.I asked him if he worked for the company awhile and he said yes (Never divulging he was the owner) I explained I was sensitive to smells and do not use perfume products. I am Extremely asthmatic.My carpets were very dirty in the entrance area-I did not expect a miracle. We discussed this. What I did not expect was the amount of products used, the chemical smell and the soaking wet carpet for DAYS!! We stillSmell the disinfectant used.I called Samuel (apparently the only cleaner they have?!) several times veryConcerned about this and he toldMe he had to use more water due to the high traffic stains (steps) I understand this-however after 3days and 4 fans blowing I expected the areas to dry. We had windows open-fans on and the steps were soaked. Our Concern now is mold.
