I spent $14 on a car wash and they have no brushes to clean my rims. Wish I would have known this before purchasing the wash. Maybe the two people who stand around should be explaining this. What a rip off! They also do not towel dry your car even though the dryers are not working right.. Ive seen 4cusomters already towel drying their cars. I would expect the workers to give some level of service for these high prices.

If you would actually like your car cleaned I would not go here.I did the best one you could do and my car is still as dirty as it was prior.

Unlimited vacuum use with car wash. Monthly rates are 25 or 30 bucks for the month for unlimited use. Also is setup for autopay. They have a room to wash your pet and also for a buck can run your floor mats thru a machine that cleans and dries them.

The car wash is pretty decent, definitely recommend having a chamois to wipe your vehicle off with. The facility is definitely a go back to, nice and well maintained.

This place is great to get your car washed. They have free strong vacuums with purchase of a wash. In addition, they have a matt wash machine, and also a pet wash station. The car wash itself does an excellent job on your car and leaves it sparkling clean. Highly recommend for your cars next bath!

For the subscription price this service is pretty good. The only downfall is that it doesnt dry the cars off enough.When they first opened, everything from beginning to end was fabulous. Lately, I leave there with a more than average wet car and I spend more than average time drying it off manually.Staff is super friendly and they have a good sense of humor.For the price, the service is very good.

Bought a car wash. The wheels on the passenger side did not come clean. Second time this has happened. Talked to the attendant who offered me a rag. They said they dont have a spray gun to hit these bad areas. Went thru a second time and still had to wipe the wheels as only the outer rim edge was clean the rest was streaked. Drivers side was clean so maybe it is just a misalignment on the passenger side both front and rear. The attendant had the attitude of oh well.

Brusters car The Works is a great cost for the vehicle for the car wash. I prefer this wash to others offered. Staff very courteous and efficient. Love the $5 off coupon I got to use today. Definitely will go back again.

It does a pretty good job on washing your car cant say that I was totally satisfied but I wasnt unhappy either there was just a couple spots that I had to get off when I got home but all in all it was worth the money.

Its faster than Elliot, and slightly less cost, but they dont vacuum or do inside windows. Also, doesnt totally dry the car so tiny water spots remain. Still, a nice wash/wax.

Got the ultimate wash car $11.00 car came out as dirty as it went in. Front bumper still covered in cicadas. Didnt even get them off the windshield. Very disappointed.

The business is great, only one employee gave me the wrong instructions. I have never had to hold my foot on the break for long. I believe he tried to rush me through, which shut the carwash down. Lucky someone else scanned the barcode and I was able to get a second chance of the top wash that I paid for.

I cringe every time Ive been here the past couple months. Had wash shut down in middle three times. Always something not operating as it should. Vacuums are fantastic. Get monthly service at youre own risk.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the 2nd time Ive had horrible service from the Middletown car wash. They say that they cant spray your rims, because they cant touch your car. After a phone call to corporate office they are allowed to spray your vehicle, just not touch it. On top of it their attitude is completely negative, no customer service skills. Save your money and choose another car wash.

We just used the dog bath with this visit. Very nice! Reasonable price! We were able to bathe two noxious-smelling mutts for les than 10 dollars! The employee sanitizes everything between each k9. It’s like a little car wash for your dog. So much easier than trying to jam Hershey into your walk in shower. Very nice experience.

I got the cheapest car wash just to try this place out and it was actually really decent after you wash your car you get to sweep it out for free or just pay $2 this place is a steal

BEWARE this place will scratch your car all up and the manager wont do anything about it!! While getting a car wash at their other location I heard grinding and beating noise and immediately went to check my 2020 car out after it was done, and it was scratched in numerous places with swirl marks and deep scratches that were not there before. The mgr tried say my car was all scratched up before and showed me pictures of areas that werent scratched and was glare from their camera and salt from the roads. If you want to ruin your cars finish then this is the place to come!!

Raised their prices during a time of hardship for a lot of people, maybe not the best idea. $6 for a base wash was good, they’ve moved it up to $8 which makes it less desirable. Especially considering all the other options in the area. Employees who guide you through the start of the wash don’t seem like they even pay attention or care half the time. Still a nice facility, worth going if you can justify the prices

Pretty good car wash over all. I have 4 vehicles on the monthly plan. It’s frustrating that they have employees standing around and yet 9 out of 10 times I go the vacuums are clogged. It would be nice if someone walked the vacuum line every 20 minutes to clear the junk out of the nozzles. I end up having to go inside to find someone with the long pliers. This is a hassle and something I shouldn’t have to do.

Go for the top end package. You will be pleased with the results. My car sits outside. For our current season, I want some wax protection. Top package includes.in part, a hot wax protection. Weather conditions varying, it can last up to a month

We have been to this car wash many time but today may be the last. The young man that helped us pay for the wash was very pleasant, but as we were pulling into the car wash we did not see anyone so we pulled up like you normally would in a car wash.This young man standing behind one of the signs and gives us a really angry look and holds up on finger for us to stop. My husband couldnt see him because he was still behind the sign, so he forcefully waves one finger at us as he walks angrily from behind the sign. He blows off some bubbles with his leaf blower. He walks over and motions us to pull forward as he is still looking at us with anger on his face. Seriously if you hate your job that much, please find a job you like.

Trying getting my propane refilled they told me to pull around and the would get it but no one came to help me after 10 minutes I left very disappointed!

We went there to get the reverse osmosis water from their machine. Tastes just like tap water. This is at the Middletown location. went to the one in Centerville and it was reverse osmosis water and tasted fine. You need to be consistent and up your game if youre going to sell reverse osmosis water and advertise it as such. You need to do this at every location. we will not return to the one in Middletown to get our water.

Brusters is the best car wash ever. It actually washes and dries your car completely! The people there are super friendly and helpful. Inexpensive propane too. I would rate them at 6 if it went that high.

Amazing car wash. Best in town easily. I went in for a quick wash just to clean off some light dirt so I chose the least expensive one for $6. Cool experience that drives the car through for you. For the next few days I kept admiring how amazing my car still looks after that wash, astounded that even the snow we had hasnt affected it. Here it is the fifth day after the wash, I come out this morning and notice the rain we had all beaded up all over my car, indicating they used some type of wax to protect the car, even days after the initial wash. To include something subtle like this even on the lowest priced wash is awesome. They have definitely earned my business and Ill be back. Recommending to all of my friends as well!

Best car wash Ive been to and I LOVE the doggy wash station. My dog hates being washed so taking him there is the only way I can get him clean without having to pay for a groomer and its way more cost effective than buying all the soap and conditioner myself!

Used the dog wash. Seems like it worked well. Just not as sudsy as you get at home. Go straight to the flea shampoo and dont wet them down first. It will save you a few bucks.
