Damage to car- Paint Removed! If I could give zero stars I would. On Tuesday I ran my SUV through the Middletown location’s car wash. I made a brief stop home before getting back into my car to leave again. As soon as I looked at the front of my car my eyes were drawn to the area that was missing paint. I immediately called Panache and told the employee that I would be coming back around 4:30 to speak to the manager. When I arrived the manager looked at my car and asked why I didn’t immediately say something after exiting the car wash. I explained that where the paint was removed was on the down curve of the hood and not in my line of vision while seated in the car. He told me that the paint on my car is old and should be replaced (it’s a 2013). I questioned him and he said this is what happens on Hondas (I have a Nissan which I pointed out to him). He pointed to the minuscule dings from rocks hitting my car from driving on the highway and said that it’s common for a car wash to remove paint on little dings like that. Then he said there was no way to prove that the car wash did it. I replied that I had been running errands all day and got in and out of my car several times. There is no way that could’ve been there and I didn’t notice. He finally agreed to take my name and number and have the owner call me Wednesday. When I didn’t receive a call by 3:00 pm, I called and left a voicemail. No return call. Today (Friday) my husband called and the manager was incredibly rude to him. I am not one to leave negative reviews but my hope is this will impact their business in a way that force them to take accountability when damage is caused.

The worst car wash I have ever been to. I wasted $20 getting the best carwash option they had. Im fairly certain their pressure washer took paint off my car, it looks my 3 year washed the exterior of my car as best as she could, but left suds and dirt residue. The vacuums had very little suction... In fact Im sure a person snorting cocaine has more suction with their nose than those vacuums did. I will never go back. Dont waste your money.

Worse car wash in middletown. Do not spend your money here, I paid $20 and the top scrubs didnt even spin, so the front top and back of car were left dirty, terrible

Not the same since they changed over to brushless. I have lost my back windshield wiper 3 times. They used to tape them down but now the only person you see when you enter is the guy pre-soaking/spraying your car. The dryer does not dry your car entirely. You will need to stop and dry it off yourself. The sign states you have 5 minutes at the free vacuum but the suction is at a low so it takes longer to vacuum.

Pretty good for what has to be done. Dont like the armor all shine for tires you literally cant tell the difference.

BEWARE!!!!! UNLIMITED is not UNLIMITED! Went to get a second car wash in a day because my car got dirty! NOPE! Staff told me i can only use my “unlimited” car wash once a day. The owner was contacted via phone and advised me the unlimited policy has changed as 1 car wash even though he has advertised all over the place....yup u got it...”unlimited car washes”.

Its a rip off and false advertisment. Its no longer unlimited. Had the unlimited membership for a while and my car was still dirty after a wash today. Tried to go again and they said only one wash a day now. No notices were given and does not state anywhere of the changes. Cancelled right away.

Its a decent car wash with free vacuums. It doesnt get the rear top window of my car clean ever, but thats just my car. Probably not all cars Im sure.

I signed up for the monthly wash service and explained I only wanted one month.They assured me it would only be for one month. I just checked my credit card statement and they have now billed me for 3 months!Edit: 5 messages later and they still have not returned my call and have billed me for another month now.

Its not the best car wash around, but for $7, what do you expect. They close earlier than what is posted, and the wash doesnt clean the car fully. Once again, for $7 what do you expect in a automated car wash. No one wipes off the car for you, and you have to vacuum the inside of the car yourself. The best feature this car wash has is an unlimited wash for $21 a month. Go everyday if you like. Get your money worth. Its not like you are getting full service like in the city, but the key word is $7.

If you are looking for a quick wash and a place to vacuum your car for free. Panache is the place to go. There never really have long lines and the car wash cleans the cars well. The vacuums arent the best but they get the job done.

The machine only works on one side I paid 18 bucks hardly any soap. No tire shine and there were still bugs on my front bumper the dryer sucks had water Marks all over. Save your money

Good wash, power wash before entering but nobody to dry once out of machine.

All was well until I attempted to suspend my membership for the Winter months! They took the money from my account again anyway, and since Dec. 5th, it still has not been refunded! I have e-mailed them twice as they suggested, called them countless times, only once did anyone answer the phone! I have left numerous voice messages with no returned calls, and no response to my e-mails. I have stopped in three times and spoken to the managers or owners, and was given several excuses and promises it would be taken care of soon. Still nothing! I even got an eye roll from the female manager, she thought I didnt see it, but I did! Never again! I highly recommend against their memberships unless you intend to be a lifetime member! Cancellation should not be this big of a hassle! Next step for me is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Enough is enough!

Quality car wash at a reasonable price. Employees that care. No problems and Im a frequent customer.

Today was my first visit to Panache; the middletown location, and I was disappointed. I purchased the Gold Glitz wash for $13.87 ($15.00 total w/tax). I purchased this Gold Glitz wash because it specifically states the this wash includes rim cleaning & the tire shine. Now I did receive the rim wash & the tire shine and this is where my disappointment really comes from. The rims were only pressure washed prior to machine cleaning, visible dirt was still on my wheels after the wash. Other full service car washes have a worker pre clean your wheels with high pressure and a wheel wash brush to ensure theyre clean, not so here. And the tire shine; well that is sprayed on by a machine; the results are subpar. My tires had hardly any shine and were mainly just streaked with the shine. Again, other full service washes the worker manually wipe tire shine on with an applicator; ensuring the shine you pay for. I paid 15$ for basically a fully automatic car wash. There was only one gentleman worker on the wash line. If I knew all of this I would have just purchased the basic wash for the $7. I will be spending my car wash money elsewhere in the future.

So not impressed. From the guy not lining up my wheel in the track. To the drying section not even touching my car on the passenger side or the front and rear of my car. SUVs might be ok in that section. Vacuum use at no extra fee is a nice touch though. But seemed like people wanted to use them and it was bottle necking.

I gotta say, I was surprised at the job they did. Its one of few automatic car washes where the drying wheres actually worked

When u fix the touch screen then I will be back. You have to beat on the screen to get it to do anything. I was ready to leave and someone beat on it for me.

Much better now that you dont have to get out of the car during the wash. Past employees had Sticky Fingers and liked to steal spare change from your ashtrays and cup holders. The monthly pass is a great deal but dont go beyond the $20 package, its simply not worth it. In order to cancel the subscription, you have to give them 3 months in advance. After that, watch your credit card statement to verify they actually did that otherwise dispute the charge.

Not bad for an automated car wash. I get the $7 basic and it does the job. Great price. There is usually no wait, except for some weekends. They also offer free vacuums after the wash.

Whats the difference between rain and this car wash...? If I pay 20$ for a car wash I would expect interior cleaned and someone else to clean it too ! Surprise Is that u have to vacuum your own car, no interior wash at all. Also the car was still dirty after the wash, particular the back door and outsized perimeter of the windows . Tire shine non-existant. Very disappointed.

I did the $15 wash which came with free self-serve vacuum. While vacuuming I noticed spots that still were dirty they said come through again and it came out awesome!

Unlimited is a great deal but you usually have to go through twice to get a real good clean.

Went to the car wash yesterday and asked for my mats to be cleaned (they were not) and for them to vaccum the back of the car (also not done). The wash I chose was supposed to armor all the interior and gloss the tires - also not done. In short, Im not sure why I chose a more expensive wash service when all I really got was a decent exterior wash - which I can get anywhere. Definitely wont be a repeat customer.

Do not expect them to be open the hours they post. The business hours relate open until 6pm but theyre closed 10-15 minutes prior to that. Also, they seem to always have an issue with the pay computers and individuals monthly tags which hold up the line. The car wash itself is ok if they do a good pre wash prior which is not always the case.

Doesn’t clean completely, leaves lots of dirty spots. Last roller always folds my mirrors, they should rotate in the other direction. Vacuums are great.

Theres never gonna be a car wash like down in the city. You need to have guys scrubbing your car with a brush and a gigantic bucket of soap water before it enters the car wash. The car wash itself will only take off so much.

I have a car wash pass, this company states their hours are 8-6 Monday-Friday, I have gone their all this week and they have closed early every time. This company is not worth the time, they were closed by 5:40 all this week. Not worth the aggravation! I have called to complain but no one answers the phone or returns my messages they obviously dont care about customer service!

The manager and the other employees turn themselves out to make your experience seamless.

They are amazing! Their service is excellent! And their car wash is very good, it scrubs the tires clean. The car is very clean everytime we leave.

First time using this carwash. First time go through dirt all over windows roof and bumper. They send me in for a second wash. Again, dirt on roof bumper and windows. The water doesnt dry with the blowers leaving water spots all over the car. I politely asked for a refund and the guy gave me a hard time.

Scratched the hell out of the sides of my new BMW. The first set of brushes are stiff and even though the material may be non abrasive, the rate at which they push cars through this wash doesnt give the dirt from the first vehicle time to come off thus turning it into wet sand paper when it contacts yours. Just the sound of these things contacting your car sounds like a belt sander. The water was dirty and left a film on my car which Ill have to hand wash off. Horrible and costly experience. Manager tried to school me on how I need to use good wax on a black car. Why? So it will cover up the damage done by the car wash? NEVER AGAIN! Refund promised but obviously will not cover the damage to my paint. Wouldnt offer a fix either.

Always the best place for a quick car wash. Got the silver pass, in and out in the minutes or less, even with vacuuming.

Pay one price and you can get your car washed as many times as you like. Wish they did the interior too but they provide ample vacuum stations and its not that difficult.

Terrible place, they used to be good, but it appears to have new owners. the wash pulled a piece of trim off of my truck. 3 people had complaints at the same time. The staff was completely indifferent, and smug. I will not return, and I dont recommend it.

The automated payment machine is kinda bad. I had to place my order about 4 times since the no thanks bitton doesnt always work so I pressed over and over and then the go back button appears in its place when it finally goes through...so i ended up having to start over amd over. The the car wash itself is completely automated. So rims, windows and body are only kinda clean and mostly still dirty. No hand dry so spotty finish. Then the free vacuums are absolute junk. Hardly any suction at all! So I passed and left with a dirty car inside and out less $15 in my pocket.

Car was perfect upon pick up. Angel was pleasant and helpful.

The scrubbing wheels destroyed the hood of my car. Left scratches all the way from the front to the back of the hood. When I showed the manager he claimed it wasnt from his wash. I am a frequent washer on average about twice a week. I always hand dry my car after the wash to get rid of water spots. This as the first time I have seen these scratches so there is no other explanation. I will have to have my insurance company duke it out with them as they werent helpful at all.

Shame on me for going to Panache. EVERYTIME I go I leave with my cup holders dirty, looks like they didnt vacuum my car and Greasy seats. Shame on me for giving them my buisness time and time again. I however am done. The other day I went through and they took my antenea off and NEVER put it back. I called and they dont know what I am talking about. Now I have a one year old car with no radio signal. That is the LAST time I come to you. Shame on Me and Shame on You.

They broke my rear view mirror and told me to suck it. Warning! If you care for your car, dont go there. My Mercedes-Benzs rear view mirror costs about $600.00 to be replaced.

Incompetent sums this place up. The service is spotty, some days they spray your car well but most others they are just going through the motions because they are lazy. Far to often they just sit in that side office and have the one worker busting his butt. The old man and lady are full of excuses when it comes to the company. I had purchased the highest package, and when I went to cancel I was charged the following two months. I have calmly contacted them 5 times over two months, (until today lol )The first I was informed it was an error they will ensure the cancelation and refund me my $43.20Well that never happened, I then contacted them again, was told give them a couple days and I will have my money. Side note the lady mentioned how the owner does not like to give refunds, I wanted to lose it on her because its not a refund you took $ without authorization.I now have to cancel my card and file a dispute, because of a shady & dishonest company..
