I always get good service here, but today was exceptional. They were short handed and had a steady flow of customers. But Charles was able to get me in for an express detail so I left with a gleaming interior and exterior. I’ve used them fir a variety of cleaning and detailing services and they e always been top notch.

I love Greenhill! I have a monthly membership (and OCD) and love going there for a quick wash. They are super thorough and leave my car looking brand new every single time. The office is nice and everyone that works there do great work!! 10/10 recommended if you just need a great wash & don’t feel like doing it!

I would like to recommend Greenhill Carwash. I have been using this car wash for about 4 years. I bring my van in each Labor Day weekend for a wash and detail. This year I especially needed our seats shampooed because of my young children and because the mineral sunscreen we used this year was all over my cloth seats. I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness and the affordability of this service. Keep up the good work!

I used them for almost a year due to birds target my car daily and they where the only ones with a monthly subscription. Unfortunately I was never really happy. The wash was very inconsistent. A very good portion of my washes left my car covered in soap after leaving. Sometimes with bird mess still on my car as well. But my biggest problem was always the left over soap.

Absolutely horrible 5 vacuums later and I need to go somewhere else... 1st & 2nd vac couldnt accept $ bills, 3rd came on but didnt have any suction (and yes the setting was on vac on the ones you had an option), 3rd & 5th vacuums had suction but didnt pick any of the sand and dirt up!!! HORRIBLE!!

A little pricey, but really nice people. Did a decent job. I got the car wash (you stay in your vehicle) then paid $15 extra for the detail to clean the inside (vacuum, dust, windows)

I paid for the $20 car wash. Never happened because the car wash broke. Staff rinsed off the residual soap; gave me a refund, apologized and offered a free car wash on return. It was the best outcome and service I could have asked for given the situation. Definitely recommending and kudos to the staff. 👍👍👍👍👍

Car wash used to be nice. Recently its horrible, the manager is just flat out rude. They are never open when theyre supposed to be. I just watched a line of people have their time wasted. See it on a regular basis. Dont go there when they say theyre going to open, youll be wasting your time. Dont ask them to do what they say they can, they wont. The place is horrible.

Disappointed with interior cleaning. Could have done a better job.

Could not wash vehicle. Card machines at self service would not work. Tried 3 cards, machines would not read. Used all 3 bays with same results. Would not recommend unless you live in a time where cash is all you carry.

10/10 service and results from them for an exterior wax on my car. Looks brand new. Their pricing is very reasonable. Really nice facilities as well.

I had a great experience, I tried to get $8 wash but I had some issues with the machine I called and they sent me to a very near by location and gave me $20 wash. They have a very clean environment also, a great place to get a car wash.

Sub-subpar experience day before Labor Day. Monthly club member, paid extra for basic interior detail. Didnt expect a miracle, mainly wanted my glass cleaned, all surfaces. Given holiday, tipped $10 to the worker up front. Hes finished less than ten minute later; all he did was vacuum. Glass still smeared, dust on dashboard.Left a message, received a return call from an apologetic manager. Assuring me that standards will be reviewed, etc.My father just went there yesterday. Again, he tipped the employee an inordinate amount up front. Glass half done.There seems to be a supervision problem; a services versus $$$$ problem.Will no longer be a monthly member. Will no longer waste time/$$$$ on details.

I had travelled to Maine and my car was covered in salt from the recent snow storm. It has been raining for days since I returned and I needed to get the car washed desperately. My local car wash had been closed due to the rain. Since I was in the area of this car wash I was willing to hand wash my car. Spent $5.00 and fifteen minutes convinced I did a decent job. However after going to an appointment in the area, to my dismay I see my car looking just as dirty ( no change!!!) as it was before spending my money or time. This car wash did nothing !! Is there a lack of soap? Good products? Who knows... but I won’t be back . Waste of time and energy . I used to use this type of car wash in NJ with consistent excellent results so I know it’s this car wash !

Great staff, clean car!

Not exactly what Id normally get for a $110 detail. I was kinda expecting a bit more of a polish and compound as there are still swirl marks around my car and a lot of random polish drops left over plus water spots.. Look at your car in the sun light before you go.

Great wash & detailing

The staff there is great. We got both our cars detailed there and they did a great job.

By far the most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered at any business having a customer experience. You would think the business model for a car wash would be repeat customers. Numerous times I have been treated disrespectfully and will not use them again. The quality of the wash and interior is inconsistent and subpar at best.

Do ot yourself or drive thru, good place to clean your ride.

Unlimited wash member. Every time we go through the end, there is a nasty musty smell that is created and spreads into the inside of the car. They need to do a deep clean of their equipment. Will be finding another location of this isn’t fixed. Ruins the experience of a clean car.Update: owner said they made adjustments to their system. Still has a horrible order and the top spindle has created so many scratches on my vehicle in specific spots. Will be canceling my monthly plans.

First and LAST TIME here. Other reviews stated best car wash in town. New to Middletown. Its a shame this is the towns premier full service wash. First time here, after paying for detail, I pulled out of wash bay and didnt know where to go, park? Sit in the car? So I put the car in park and went inside. Was NOT even greeted. Asked where do I park, and the gentleman behind the desk said for what? I told him I paid for detail. He said pull into the bay. Yet again not a sole in there. Floor slippery. Id rather wash my car at home. Then be treated as If I were a bother.

They are all very friendly and considerate. They are very good and quick. I just wished they looked a little closers to the details. I will go back there for sure.

I actually had my vehicle hand washed and waxed. The vehicle had water still on trunk and traces of wax not rubbed into the paint. I just could not believe they waxed a vehicle before it was completely dried.

One of the best car washes I have been to. The dryer in the automatic wash will actually dry your car. The self service washes give you about 15 minutes which I found to be plenty of time. Affordable detailing services offered.

Paid $20 to go through the automatic car wash and it scratched the whole side of my truck up. They offered to buff it for free and they did, but a week later my paint is worse than it was before they buffed it. Do not go here if you own a dark colored vehicle.

$5.00 self service carwash, clean facility, lots of vacuums, the $20 interior clean and vacuum is definitely worth it, friendly staff.

Hit or miss, 15 dollar wash and dead bugs and dirt everywhere still and I asked about it they took care of it, but almost like I inconvenienced them by asking to clean it again. Might try somewhere else but its close to where a friend stays so I used a few times.

This car wash is nice and has great prices. On the downside is did not found a cash change machine to get quarter and had to use a credit card to pay ate the self wash Bay.

Terrible employees.. they are not professional at all. I witnessed this to one patron in particular. To say I was shocked as to the way he was treated would be an understatement.

Both brush and spray wand had leaking hoses, wasnt the first time Ive gotten wet in the self wash bay due to faulty equipment
