Great place that Ive been going to for years. Recently pulled the trigger on one of their monthly unlimited car wash deals and love it. You can go as much as you want. The machines seem to be well maintained and the staff is great.

Havent tried their full detailing service therefore I cant give it a full 5 stars. They have vacuums for use and provide lint free towels after the wash to finish drying your vehicle to be spot free.

This review for their detailing service is based purely on the policies of the owner. The person I spoke to there (Jusin I believe) was very courteous. Booked a Toyota Highlander in for an an internal clean a week in advance, including confirming the make and model via the drop down menus on their site. Quoted price was $145 but subject to change etc. etc. Dropped off the car and get a call 20 mins later saying the boss now wants to charge $200 because its a three row vehicle. I find it hard to believe when setting up the website they were unaware that one of the biggest selling crossovers in the US is a three row vehicle. Also they wanted to increase the price because the vehicle contained traces of sand. Yeah, youre based in a beach town. Bait and switch/timewaster operation. Avoid. Staff are cool though.

NOT a good experience. Dropped off my car at 0800 for a scheduled interior detailing. Both my confirmation email and the employee present said 2 hours. I walked by 1.5 hours later and my car was sitting in the garage, all doors open but no one working on it. I came back 2 hours later, again in the garage with no one working on it. The employee who was supposed to be working on it was chatting with someone else and I asked when my car would be ready and he said it was only 50% done. I told him that I needed it done sooner as I had plans for today and the 2 hours allotted had passed. He said come back in 30 min. I came back at 1030 and the car still wasnt done, another employee went to go help. At 1041 my car was finished and they wanted me to pay FULL PRICE ($95) for something that was nearly an hour late! The employee told me it was taking longer because of the dog hair but also told me they started it late because he was late getting to work due to traffic and the other detailer was not in today.Heres the thing, I dropped my car off at 0800. If no one was there to start at 0800 because they arent showing up to work on time that should not mean I have to take more time out of my day to wait for the service. I spoke with the manager, Dave, over the phone and he was completely unhelpful. His employees were late and did a rush job (pictures attached) and I got charged full price.As you can see in the pictures the attention to detail is lacking. The back cup holder and the small compartment were not even wiped out. They didnt vacuum the trunk nor between the door and the seats. Would not recommend and would not go there again due to very poor customer service and quality of work.

For an automatic car wash its one of the best Ive come across. Light touch, strong dryers, and reasonable price. Cant complain.I cant speak about the detailing service as I havent used it yet, but it does seem to be well priced.

This place is convenient in the winter time but it is machine washed and its a okay job.

Dont take your car there and expect that there will be no damage or if you expect a resolution from the owner when there is. The first time I had scratches on my new vehicle, I couldnt be sure if it was from the car wash, but I suspected it was. I had the scratches professionally repaired. Ever since, I would check my vehicle before and after it went through the car wash. Sure enough, similar scratches occurred again this past week. I am absolutely sure it was from the time I entered to the time I exited. The owner just refused to admit that there was any chance it was his fault.I cancelled my car wash subscription with them.

A little pricey considering its 100% automated but there isnt much else nearby.

Brand new 2020 car went to get it cleaned came out with car full of scratches that were not there before I went in. Complained to owner after I was furious (brand new car) and he made excuses after excuses they buffed out my car getting most out but some still remain and noticeable and the buffed out ones you can still see. He gave me an attitude saying this was a 250 dollar detail job your welcome, (my A$$ it was) if it was scratches would be completely gone or never accured at all. Have over 12 scratches on my brand new car which now I have to take to dealer to fix. So thank you for your great service.

I have two Huskies that shed a lot, my car look like a dumpster inside. I dropped it off. When I came back I walked by my car, I didnt even recognize it was mine, thats how clean they made my car. I was very satisfied with their work. They told me it was a little extra because of all the dog hair, I even tip them it was well worth it. Nice bunch of guys. I got to meet the manager, told him how satisfied I was. I then brought my old truck in and had it run through his tunnel. It looked like I polish the truck thats how clean it came out

They definitely benefit from being the only show in town which is reflected in their price. That being said, their silver and above washes are good and include a brief human provided power wash, an undercarriage spray, and turn through a modern automated wash.However, their basic wash does not include an undercarriage spray which is essential in NE and their prices are on the unreasonable side - even when you buy a book.

Basic car wash was only $8 seemed to do a pretty good job. It is not touchless. So your car will be touched by the cloths that are inside the car wash alleyway.

It looks very disheveled and rundown. I only went to vacuum out my car and I felt like I was playing a role in a horror movie given the ambience. On the plus side the equipment did work, and wasnt overly expensive. Its a very no frills place.

Get the unlimited deal. For the price it is the best deal in the region, and makes it a snap going through, with discounts on other products. One complaint: The dry cycle is not thorough. The first few times I just thought it was a fluke, or some part of my truck retained water to only come out later while driving. Nope. Three other places no issues. I was behind a car that just made its exit, and it barely looked like it was dry. Looking at spots and streaks 10 min after a car wash is disappointing and fixable.Take care of that and it would be 5 stars.

Quality carwash! Staff is friendly and will help you figure out what is best for you and your car. They run specials throughout the month and often do express details. The vacuums are a little expensive at 2$ for 2min but they also offer free towels for customers to use to dry off the residual water after their wash!

Of course the car wash does its job and washes my car, but its the friendly staff and great service that keeps me coming back. My back windshield wiper flew off while going through the wash, and staff helped me right away with no issues. You guys rock!

Awful experience had an appointment made a week in advance, I arrived on time to learn that they were unable to accomidate my appointment. The manager never called to let me know. He suggested that I come back the next day. I arrived as requested only to learn that the quote of $180 was now $250. I will not ever use this car wash again. Customer service is obviously not a concern.

I bought the monthly pass thinking that I would be able to wash my truck whenever I came in during business hours, unfortunately they always seem to be closed when I go during business hours. This has discouraged me from ever buying the monthly pass again and will be using a more convient car wash in the future.

Bait and switch. Prices advertised are NOT what you pay. Got an exterior detail here and was upcharged $40 more. still stuff on my paint. Half ass job. I was able to finish the job myself with a towel and spit...
