I have been taking my brother here since he requested that he wanted to look decent for Church. He was preparing for Baptism and is a serious, vocal customer whether they do a great job or not. Patrick is the greatest, most caring man we have met there and we have gone almost weekly for 2 years now. My brother is a special needs client and I pay well for the great work we get. Sadly, another favorite local barber passed away and we do not have a back up location any longer. I recently took a picture of my brother and Patrick together and family members loved seeing it. If you want to meet an honest barber that cares about how you look, you now know where to find one. Ms. Martina, please read complaints carefully, some of the people making them are less than honest and should be dismissed.

Hayley did a great job with my hair! She took great care in cutting, putting layers in, and drying my hair. It looks and feels amazing :) the manager and rest of the staff were also very friendly and engaging!

So far so good. Definitely some hair artists in there. Plenty of entertainment while waiting and getting worked on. Sometimes rowdy but always a hoot! 💙

Took my daughter in for a haircut, which btw, is nonverbal autistic. The guy who cut her hair,(I believe his name was Patrick), did an awesome job with my daughter! He has a great personality and definitely will be coming back in the future!! :)

Hello if I could post a picture I would. I asked for a fade and told the lady I was legally blind and asked her to please make sure I look good. I was wearing my glasses normally I wear contacts so I can see. I had to take my glasses off so she could cut my hair ( I couldn’t see what she was doing) when she was done and told me to put them on I was in shock I’m bald. I have a super short buzz cut and not a fade I look goofy as heck!

So I normally don’t leave reviews anywhere, but this was probably one of the best like times I’ve had getting my hair cut. I’m a trans man, and my hair was getting like super long (in my opinion) I picked out a haircut off Google and came in, (I’m super bad with names but I know her name started with a B) she did an awesome job on it and I feel like 10xs better. They talked to me a lot which to me I enjoy because sitting there in silence makes me feel awkward. Patrick (the one name I can remember) made me laugh a bunch. They were very welcoming and generally made my day. I don’t trust many people with my hair, and I really like how it turned out. Will definitely be coming back next time I need a haircut.

Went there today. 7/24/21. The big guy was rude and very unprofessional. We will never be back. He still with the girls and talking and looked over at me and then continue to talk in his group and ignore me and I had to ask if I needed to sign in or not and he said if you want to. We will never go back there.

I got my haircut here and the woman had no idea how to cut it even though I said just to trim the edges and cut my bangs evenly. I had to fix my hair when I got home because it was incredibly uneven.

Went in for a quick cut and was greeted professionally and promptly. The cut was so good I brought my son in the next week. Patrick was excellent with my 4 year old. I recommend you bring yourself and your kids in. Facilitys was exceptionally clean as well. PS. Patrick can cut womens hair also.

I took my son for a haircut. Patrick is always friendly, but this time we decided to try Bridgette. She was very rude, actually seemed mad that she had to work. Shes really good at giving mean looks to clients. I regret tipping her, she did not do a good job. This will be my last time using supercuts, we just needed a cut in a hurry. If you dont do a good job cutting hair, atleast have a decent attitude. Very dissatisfied, and disappointed.

Patrick the Manager cut my Grandsons hair...he was patient and kind..and put him at ease...we will return and recommend him to other parents and grandparents who has children who has sensory issues.

They absolutely need more stylists, especially on Saturday before Valentines day. They had 2 people cutting hair, and had to turn away, probably 12 people (walkins) while I was in the chair, and 3 telephone potential customers were told they were completely booked.Brittany was great, though.

Made an appointment, then showed up to be told itd be an hour and a half wait. Whats the point in an appointment if you cant keep it. Wasted my time and my gas.

The haircuts at 2 my boyfriend got there this past it was Sunday seems like you had barely any hair taking off he didnt have a card or another guys name that cut it so not really sure what to do about it very dissatisfied

Very professional hairstylist took time to fully understand what I wanted, and explained how their #4 clippers compare to the #4 clippers used at other salons. They were not ruffled by the fact that I showed up at 8:30 at night for a mens haircut (they close at 9:00 PM.Price was reasonable at $15 for a mens haircut.I definitely recommend this place.

I told the guy( don’t remember name) several times how I wanted my hair cut . Told him more n thought he was doing ok, but all him n the other guy cutting hair could do was talk about the gay pride thing downtown tonight n being able to walk around n drink beer . When I got home it looks like I have a mullet. He didn’t even cut the back half enough. I was so mad I was shaking. I get my hair cut here because of the convenience. You dont need to make an appointment here. Its first come first served. It is constantly busy but Ive never had to wait more than about 15 minutes. It all depends on who you get but over the years Ive been going there Ive only had one bad haircut. Give them a try. They do it all.

Stacey is awesome! My hair had been cut at another salon two weeks before my visit here, but my hair, which is naturally curly looked horrible. I didnt hold much hope to be honest, but decided it couldnt get much worse. Stacey sat me down, and began cutting and by the time she was done, it was the cut I had originally asked for at the other salon, but didnt get. Curly thin hair is a challenge for most people, but Stacey got it! I will never use anyone else! Thank you Stacey!!

The girls at the store are fun loving and talkative. I have a blast Everytime I come in. Only negative I have is the management turn over is horrendous, regional manager is out of state. Who gives a regional mgr a store 40 miles out of their territory? So, I give -1 for new management all the time.

Mixed feelings about this place. Costly and the lady didnt even cut my hair evenly. My side burns were one inch off from eachother.

My second time comin here wasnt as great. We had to wait about fourty minutes, which I could understand. My stylist turned the water very hot on for my shampooing. It hurt to be honest. But the pain went away after a while. The cut was decent and affordable. Clean and nice staff.
