If I could give 0 stars I would.I have been waiting here inside walmart at Mechanicstown since 955am, for my 10am appointment.. And calling since Saturday to add another appointment. No one answers the phones here, no signs saying they will either A:not open or B: not coming to work for whatever reason.It is 1045am. I would never, come back nor recommend. Dont waste your time here. Highly disappointed after using Regis locations back in Puerto Rico and LOVED it!Next time, call, text or let customers know that the location will be closed. It will avoid losing customers.

Stylist was late. They left us standing by reception without letting us know what was going on. Person behind desk just ignored us. We left never to return.

They cut my hair for a reasonable price. They do a good job. Sometimes a great job.

To the owner,Read your negative ratings and make changes. I can only imagine the business youre losing. These neg ratings pretty much all read the same. The same experience I had. Not once, but twice. Whomever likes a nasty attitude and rudeness, and 50 min wait time, then by all means, go there. Good luck with that.

I have been coming to this place for years. I have been happy with haircuts that I’ve got here and once in a while I also do just a wash and blow dry. There prices usually as per their website and the card in the salon for a basic (which I asked is just shampoo and blow dry, no curling or flat iron) is $14.97 which I usually pay. Today was charged $26.00. When I told them Thats what I don’t usually pay not only I was argued I was wrong, and was told it was the new owner fault the price increases (which it didn’t) the girl threw my change on the counter and walked away . That sad thing is that was happy with my hair as usual and was going to leave her a good tip, but after that attitude you just lost a loyal customer. Very sad and disappointed

Wow. They changed their hours to a 7pm close. Came in the first time for my son at 20 minutes to 7, was told he couldnt get a cut. Okay, fine. Came back the next day and politely talked to the manager and was told its their policy to not take customers that close to closing. I disagreed with the policy, but fine, whatever. Showed up today at 40 minutes to 7, hurrying because I know their policy now. Guess what? The lady there was in the middle of something and couldnt do a haircut FORTY MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. Why not just close at 6? Or 5? Better yet, why dont wait until you have all the time in the world after youve alienated all your long time customers...

Just got here at 6:30 when store closes at 7. The door was closed and the sign said open, the hours clearly said they were open till 7:00. The lady didn’t even bother coming to the door to ask what i needed, was looking for something pretty simple. Waste of time driving over here.

Was charged $20 for cut and shampoo for my little brother when he only got a cut. The lady who was cutting his hair was forcefully grabbing his head. The next day we notice behide both his ears there we cuts from the blaze.

Went to the one in Middletown NY.. horrible service. The woman that did my hair was good, but the other people had horrible customer service. The lady next to me was working on her daughters hair, and apparently didnt do ombre correctly. So she was YELLING at her mother the whole time. I finally told her to shut up cuz it was annoying and children were there. Then she got up from her chair and acted like she was gonna hit me. Manager did nothing! Oh, and my $19.95 haircut was now $39.95 per the manager. I called corporate, left cell and home number, never got a call back. Will never go back again!! Woman that did my hair said this is a common thing. Stylists working on family members, when they are not supposed too.

Service is very slow, and they are on their phones instead of taking care of the customers.

Get my hair done from them every now and then again always do a good job very nice people

I simply wanted a 1inch trim, she kept talking and started cuting in the back and cut off 4inches!! Then she wanted to layer it! I said no,she said shed convince me next time. So upset,I have used them before,but never again !

Been getting my haircut here for years. Not a fan of the price increase, but I always try to tip the ladies well.

Went at 7:30 closes at 9:00. Lady was alone cleaning her brush but couldnt help me yet because she was waiting on someone who may come back and had to take break before closing. She just couldnt predict how long it would all take... yea please squeeze me in and rush.

Got hung up on, lady sounded high over the phone slurring her words and every question we asked she just said no then hung up. no business for you!
