I needed a haircut. Before coming, I washed, deep conditioned & blew dry my hair. Instead I got an eye roll and to quote the first stylist after walking in to the shop; Im not busy, but maybe someone else can help you. If I could give a minus one on this, I would. And buyer beware, had I known of their sales tactic (black sharpie to all prices on products) I would have found the $30 equivalent of moisturizer that I was soaked for on that day.

Basic haircut was okay, but not great. $18 seems high, but pretty much going rate for simple cuts. I checked-in online using their app & even though many others waiting I was 3rd on long list & I was indeed in the chair after 2 left. Made some not very happy, but get with the new age people!

My daughter and I had a great experience at Supercuts. It was really clean and Olivia did a wonderful job trimming my daughters hair. You do need an appointment at this time.

Wonderful staff. Made me feel alive and beautiful again. Cant see without glasses and I trusted Olivia completely. Wasnt disappointed. Shes a gem!

Brought my Mom in for her first haircut post Covid and didnt look like they did anything beyond charge my card. People whod seen her at our hotel asked us when wed just returned from supercuts where she was going to get her hair done.

I have gotten my hair colored and cut several times here. The stylist is always very friendly and listens to what I want done, and makes suggestions. I have always loved the way my color turns out. Even on busy days, the staff is efficient and gets the clients services, mostly haircuts, done quickly. I highly recommend.

Just moved to the area and needed highlights and my husband need a haircut. I called to schedule an appointment and was promptly given 2 appts for the afternoon. Christina did a great job with the highlights and Olivia did a fantastic cut for my husband . Both ere professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend these 2 stylists!

I was extremely disappointed with my last attempted visit. I understand that we have a mask mandate but there are many of us who cannot wear one for medical reasons. When I stated to the hairstylist who answered the door, it was locked as they are taking appointments only, I stated that Ill do whatever I can to keep everyone safe but I cannot wear a mask due to my medical condition. Is this going to be an issue?, she stated you cant be in here without a mask. And then closed the door, locked it and walked away. After going here for over 8 years I have never been discriminated against or see such intolerance from here before. I would not recommend going to this business ever again. I may have to make a call to the ADA.

A greater alternative to area Great Clips! I have visited Great Clips on University near Pot Belly as well as the one near Costco and have not been satisfied with their efforts. Olivia at Supercuts asked clarifying questions and the best one was: What is bothering you about your hair? And she took care of it! Reasonably priced and if you sign up online, you get a two dollar coupon.

She spent about 3 minutes on my hair cut and took over 3 inches off when I just asked for a little(my hair was only 4 inches to begin with). Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Will not go back.

I was a walk-in for a simple trim--the stylist said that she had about 15 minutes free and got me in right away. That said, it wasnt worth it. First thing, I told the stylist that I was growing out my bangs and that I wanted two inches off the bottom with some simple layers. The length of my hair wound up perfect. The two inches taken off of my bangs will have me pushing them out of my face for the rest of the summer.The stylist also didnt dry out my hair all the way--I didnt get to see how my hair looked until I got home. She didnt really talk me through what she was doing--important for a glasses-wearer like me, so now I look like Tina from Bobs Burgers. Its great.Ive normally had pretty good haircuts from Supercuts, but after this (and the over-sharing/stories from my stylist), I wont let anyone near my head with scissors for a very long time.

I have been going here for over 4 years, and Ive been consistently happy with their work. The stylists are friendly, and the price is good. The only downside is that appointments can only be made for later the same day, which can be inconvenient.

Have asked for different styles and cuts and never been disappointed. This location is busy for all the right reasons.

The manager Melody is fantastic. She is the first stylist who has taught me to tame my fly away hair. She has come in on her day off when she had to reschedule a previous appointment. She does an excellent job on my difficult hair always in a cheerful way.

Terrible, The guy seemed to care more about hanging in the back with his co-worker than doing my hair. He came out licking his fingers 😵. He spent less than 10 minutes just chopping away and didnt even mess with my part to see how it would all go together. Now i have to find somewhere else to fix his mistake.

Great stylists and service was excellent!

Stylist was more concerned with his coworker complaining about being carded for trying to buy a lighter than what he was doing. The cut was terrible. The left side of my hair was longer than the right side. I went back, and asked that he fix it. He paid no attention to what I said and started cutting the right side even shorter and made it worse. I just left, and will not go back.

I have been going to this supercuts for nearly six years. They have always done a good job on my hair. Recently I was quite late for my appointment, and I could tell it was stressing my stylist out since I was going to make her late for a meeting she had across town after work. However, even though she was running behind on account of me, she proceeded to take her time giving me a great haircut. Thank you!

I like this place. Good price and good stylists. Yes, they can get ver busy but that is a management thing and Im sure it is hard to know which nights will be crazy and which will be dead. But as for the service I get when Im there, its great.

Called 2 times and nobody answered. one of them was during open hrs and when they didn’t answer they didn’t even let me leave a message. now i need to call somewhere else because i can’t risk them not having availability.

Terrible experience, I showed a picture of how I’d like the sides and how I wanted to top of my hair still long and movable but I just wanted to get it trimmed up a little bit. Instead the sides of my head is like a buzz cut and the top is just a little longer than a buzz cut. So just payed 18$ for the opposite of what I wanted.... thanks a lot. Looks like I’ll be wearing a hat everywhere untill my hair grows back.

Been going here for 3 years. My first and every hair cut is on point. Even new people I am skeptical but they have done an excellent job. Even when I tryed cost cutters in sauk they butchered my hair, i was very displeased and supercuts in middleton Renee fixed it right up. Very very satified Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE. My hair has longer patches all over my head. I shouldnt have tipped. I feel silly, look silly and will never go back. I felt like the receptionist cut my hair and didnt know how to do it. I asked her to correct it twice and after that just gave up. Being soft, of course, I felt obligated to tip and she acted like she was in a rush for me to leave.

Took my 3 and 8 year old children for a hair cut. My 3 year old cried when she saw her hair and the lady took it personal and her attitude was horrible towards her and me. The cut is completely uneven!! The other lady who cut my sons hair, made tiny cuts on the back of his ear lobe.Never going back to that place.

Very disappointed, they advertise no appointments but the last 2 times I have tried to get my haircut they are booked. Calling ahead and putting your name in and the time you want seems like an appointment to me. Possible I will not go back to them.

We made an appointment and showed up on time. We waited 30 minutes then left. I expressed concern that we had someplace to be. They had no sense of urgency or concern about wasting 30 minutes of our time.

Hard to get a hair cut when their hours say they are open put the doors are locked and no one answers the door or the phone and you can leave a message.
