I have only bought tires in the last 30 years from these fine folks at various stores from Texas to Ohio. Nice helpful and fair are how I have always been treated and this store was no different. Fixed a warranty repair quickly even though they were busy. The get 5 stars from me.

In the past 18 months I have I had discount tire do three different vehicles of mine change all four tires two of which were newer trucks one which was an older car.. on all three of the vehicles I was very satisfied with the tires how they rode how they were free from defects and how the pricing was. My issue is on both of the newer trucks after they installed the tires all four of my tire pressure monitoring sensors were bad. On neither truck when I arrived there did they show any indication of being bad but after the tires were switched and I left they were both suddenly had all four sensors bad. They tried to suggest because one of the vehicles was 10 years old that the battery is only last that long so thats why they miraculously went bad 2 minutes after getting the tires done.. what they didnt know is 4 years ago the dealership replaced the tires and the sensors with the factory originals so the sensors were only 4 years old. On the other truck I took them to summers in Centerville and just had them replace the sensors I bought all four sensors online for $50 Somers charge me $15 a tire to replace the sensors.. discount tire wants $60 a piece for the sensors without labor included... this stupid kind of problem was exactly why I was trying to avoid going to a tire place like Walmart because it is expected there but I figured that discount tire was above and beyond that I bought in 12 tires and 18 months I think they have gotten enough of my money I wont be returning.

Went in February and got full set, paid a little over 800 dollars. Today I woke up with a flat and called. They said that I was under warranty. However when I got there one guy says that my tread was too low that they couldnt fix it but the other guy looked and said it was within the tread limit. The first guy says there was one spot on the tire that was too thin to patch. Mind you the spot he was referring to wasnt even where it needed to be patched. I also had a screw in another tire on the opposite side of the car and that tire was fine to patch. I bought them same day and drove to the same places on all 4 tires. So how one is good but another is not is beyond me. So they take the car in and patch the tire that wasnt even going flat and said my car was ready. The back tire is all the way flat. I asked them to at least put air in it so I can leave and they cant even put air in my tire! Told me to go to speedway and get air!! Regret giving them my business in the first place!! I wouldnt take a tire for a tricycle there.

Quick service fair prices

Yesterday we had a flat on the road, we got road service to switch to our spare and then we drove to Discount Tire to bet it patched. The guys were outstanding. They told us we had to wait pur turn but they were very quick, kind and honest. All in all between road service and discount tire we were back on 75 in less then 3 hours! Thank you!!

I went to the Discount Tire in Miamisburg, OH yesterday to have the air pressure checked in the tires of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The message received on my dashboard indicated that one of my tires was down to 28 lbs.-it should be 36 lbs. There is NO CHARGE to have the tire pressure checked and the tires inflated if necessary. You will not find this service done at gas stations! It was immediatèly discovered that I had a puncture in the tire caused by a large 2 inch bolt. They repaired the tire on the spot and I was out in 15 minutes! I could not believe there was NO CHARGE for this service! I am from out of state visiting my daughter and family. I told them to tell everyone they know about this Discount Tire store!

Had a great experience here. Made an appointment online and an employee came out and greeted me as soon as I got there. I only replaced two tires but it took less time than I thought it would. Told me 45 minutes but it only took 25-30.I plan on coming back for service when needed and would recommend.

This was a great visit. I couldnt believe how friendly and helpful this place was. I had contact with 5 employees in my visit. Yikes. So very helpful and very respectful and responsive. In one visit they changed my attitude about having a tire serviced for a small screw lodged in between the tread. This is a great place to take your tire needs to. They will do you right!

Didnt take very long to install 4 tires. Was treated profesionally and friendly. Social distancing and masking up requirements were adhered to. Minor issue in that tire pressure wasnt correct and feeling slight vibration at highway speed. But overall a good experience

I responded to their email to come in for tire rotation. Scheduled appointment online, arrived 10 minutes before cheduled time 8:30am and was out by 9:00am. This was at the Springboro Road location in Miamisburg OH. I always get exceptional service at this location.

TRUE STORY!! I recently bought two tire down the road, two weeks later I pulled a screw out of the center of one and they wouldnt stand by their repair warranty as promised. I went down the street to Discount Tire and after learning of my situation, they went above and beyond and stood behind Tire Discounters sale when they certainly didnt have to, not only did they stand behind it for the repair, they replaced the tire completely for less than $20. UNBELIEVABLE, just when I thought you couldnt trust sales people anymore, they restored my faith. Thank you, I will be a customer for life and will be directing others your way.

I called up to discount tires after waiting 4 and a half hours at another tire shop for a tire repair. I told them what had happened at the other shop. They told me to bring my car in and they would try to repair it. I got there About 515 and talked to a gentleman by the name of Justin. I told him my situation about the tire. He told me they would repair it for free if it was repairable. I waited around and found out it wasnt repairable. Justin didnt let me leave with that bad tire. I am so grateful that these people care about there customers and make sure everything is in tip top shape before you leave. Thank You Guys So Much. You Guys Are Amazing.

I utilize their tire air pressure check regularly. While Im not crazy about the wait or loud music, I do appreciate getting tires checked and pressure adjusted as needed. I will always have tires quoted here when needed.

I get all of my tires for all of my cars here. Best selection, best service, best warranties and best prices. As a engineer by education and trade, I understand the importance of a wheel alignment. But to get one every time I get tires, that its completely unnecessary.

Called up to the store and spoke to Justin about getting some tires that I bought mounted. Went up there and tried to have two of them mounted which after they were on and it my car I could hear them leaking bad. So Justin tried a couple things to get them fixed. Went home and found that they still were leaking. After going back up there and him trying a couple more things we came to the conclusion that the tires were bad from the factory. After speaking to Justin he helped me order a set of tire and we were able to get them mounted with no issues. I can say I honestly made Justin lose his hair as the new tires I brought him gave them nothing but head aches. But Justin tried very hard to make them work. After that issue and the way Justin handled it I decided to order 5 rims and tires for my jeep and have them do the install since Justin was so helpful and understanding. I dont plan on going anywhere else. Their moto is to make the customer happy and they did it. Thank you.

I had a flat and put the spare on. Called the closest Discount Tire center to my location and ask if they had time now to fix the flat and they told me yes, I was less than 5 minutes away. When I got there I was told I had to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot and it would be another 45 minutes to fix. Bad customer service. Dont lie to get someone in the door.

They were very nice, and honest. I went by myself, because I had been losing air in my back tires. They checked them out and found one had a nail, and the other had a screw in it. They fixed them for free, and I was there less than an hour. They also let me know when to replace my tires. Overall great experience.

Very slow service. Called in and was told come right to they would get me right in, I get there it takes 25 minutes to be seen then told another 2 hours before they could put 2 tires on. Very very poor customer service

I ordered a tire online, and it was set to be delivered on Friday. My appointment for install was Saturday. No one bothered to called me to let know the tire wasnt in yet, so my drive to the shop on a spare tire was pointless.

I recently moved to the area and needed to get my oil changed. I knew my rear tires needed changed but they guys here kindly showed me the real extent of wear on my tires and explained why they were in dire need of being changed TODAY. Realizing what a financial burden this was for me after just moving here they were very kind and worked out a deal for me. They have earned my loyalty and I will now always bring my car here!

Tires and wheels are always balanced and mounted perfectly. These people are pros and they take pride in what they do. I LOVE THIS SHOP! I stopped in with a slow leak in my tire. They took it back right away. I waited in the very clean and welcoming store for about 20 minutes when a lovely, kind woman came up to me telling me I had a screw in my tire. They were able to patch the tire AND they changed the casing for my tire sensor FOR FREE! The staff were all very kind and helpful and happy. It was the best experience and I will being going to them exclusively for any tire related issues I have.

The people that work here are fair and honest. I have purchased all my tires here for several years. I was at the store a few weeks ago getting my tires rotated and balanced. The van drive better when they were finished.
