Stayed standing the front for 20 min and no one came. Second time here with bad customer service. Dont care if I have to drive a little more this is the worst place to do business.

Great service! I was a walk-in and my service was quick and reliable.

The left the inside of the van with grease, fingerprints and foot prints full of grease, doors, roof and seats nasty with oil and grease. Broken plastic parts, God knows from were on the floor, floor mats full of grease, didn’t bother to cover it or protect, they were new floor mats, stained. The Manager and a skinny mechanic was upset when i confronted the damages, tried to tell me it was grease only, and i said the dent is still there, “what you want me to tell you” the manager said, well replace it, one thing is damaged and another is worn out, i said. He told me three weeks ago almost 4 he will call me when the new shifter arrive, i’m still waiting. So sad that they are still open and the service is decadent. The previous store manager was excellent, his name is Marcos. Horrible experience, all was fine, until they finished the job, and it was not cheap either, only reason i took it there because all my cars were serviced there, but never again, NASTY AND DISHONEST PEOPLE.

The guy Who took care of me whas very rudo and unprofesional. I explain to him Im handycap person and I ask for help to unload the old battery from my car I also ask him if Trash have something like a small cart to brink the battery inside the store and he refuse to help. I do not recomend this store and I will cancel my Credit card. Trash company

Thanks tire plus for refusing my business and making me go elsewhere because you didnt want to mount my brand new tires...This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Let me first start off with saying how incompetent the employees here are.... I came in asking to mount 4 brand new tires on 4 brand new rims. Guy asked me if I could come back Friday .... Im like no I need it today. He proceeds to ask me to show him the tires.. I do tells me he cant find the sticker saying its a new tire... I told buddy I just took them off you can clearly see where the sticker just was... And the BRAND NEW lettering on the tirE.. buddy the tire is new said no he cant do it... That since the sticker isnt there it voids it.. guess tire us doesnt want to make money.. should have just told me no from the beginning. They lost my business and anyone else who asks me about tire plus is going to get a negative review from me. Im even attaching pics to show my new tires I had mounted across the street...

Thank you for not turning me away on Sunday when I came minutes prior to closing. I felt safe to drive my vehicle, knowing that I had work early the next day and my kids to transport to school. What an expierence at this location on 137th ave and 152st. When I walked in to exchange the gentle men my keys for an oil change. This individual was trying to sell me everything in the store. Seriously, I let him pitch me four different sales. He first started with his wheel alignment, mumbo jumbo. Next was to purchase a lifetime warranty for wheel alignment, tried to sell me 4 new tires, even said my brakes are no good. Shame on you my friend. Like if everyone is a lollipop in your world. No no no wait a minute over here my friend. My wheel alignment was just done over a period of three weeks ago. Then my tires are basically winter tires that have less than 7k miles on them. Omg, theres more wait for this one. He said I also needed brakes. My friend the brakes are also 3 weeks old. Lmaoooooo. He asked who did the job I replied another mechanic. He even questioned the other mechanics integrity. See there are levels tonthis my friend. The mechanic who fixes my car is a family member who loves me and would never rip me off! Be careful of the Leary crooks, I will never pass by that location again in my life. I will.advise you do the same. His last and final question was what was my occupation... I usually take my car to the Tires Plus in Palmetto Bay Fl. John and his team always provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately today they were very busy so I decided to take my car to the Kendal location on 137th st. What a huge mistake! I called at 9:00 in advance to see if they were busy and made an appointment for 10:00. I was told on the phone it would take about 30-40 minutes. I waited the hour for my appointment and arrived at 10:00. Edgar the manager said that they suddenly were very busy and it would now take an hour and a half even though I called ahead and made an appointment. Upset with the change, Edgar refused to help. He said there was nothing he could do. I decided to leave. When I got to my car Oscar a mechanic who heard what happened approached me and asked me not to leave unhappy. He spoke with another mechanic and asked for my keys. He took my car into the shop and honored my appointment. I guess Oscar knows that I have lots of options for servicing my car and that customer service is what keeps customers loyal. Good job Oscar.

Took Enterprise rental there and the Oil change was 45mins from when I arrived. Best thing is to call and tell them what car and how long will it take. Park in the back so mechanics just pull in. Saves a few minutes. Great job.Ty

A tire shop that does not perform a tire job. The job is the following, remove the tires from the rims on my vehicle and put the same tires on different rims I brought.. according to the staff working here the company does not allow them to do that. Great job 👌

Needed to remove tires off free standing rims, and employee advised me they do not do that type of work. Waste of time.

What a scam we needed front brakes on a 2010 Pathfinder with 30k miles on it we were told over the phone if the rotors can be resurfaced it will be $180-190 so we dropped it off they only had 1 customer there. We get a call about 4 hrs later that we need new rotors we should have the brake fluid flushed we should have the injectors cleaned we needed new wiper blades we needed a new cabin air filter and we need a new air filter and so on. After they quoted us $ 690 we went and picked the Pathfinder up and had the brakes done @ the dealership for a little over $200 and they resurfaced the rotors with no problem the dealer told us the brake fluid was fine and we did not need the injectors cleaned till about 60k miles . Little do they know I had a new cabin air filter installed less than 1000 miles ago and we installed new wiper blades and a new air filter 2 weeks ago. I will never ever go to this place again I have no idea how they stay open. What a complete JOKE bait and switch

Stay far away from this morally bankrupt shop. They run a multitude of scams, most commonly they always qoute at an inflated price at first on tires, so that they can give you a special discount to try to get your business. More seriously, they very frequently exaggerated or flat out lie about the conditions of wear-and-tear items on the cars such as brakes, batteries, and motor oil. They offer replacement services for all of these items, and will often tell you that your car needs one or all of these things, even though it isnt necessary. While I have taken multiple Vehicles here, the most egregious example came when I brought my car for tires, and I was told that my rear brakes were unsafe to drive on and have to be changed immediately. When I politely declined the service informing the manager that I could do this myself, he actually told me that if I try to do it myself my brake calipers would explode. Im completely serious, word for word thats what I was told. On top of all of these things, the service is slow, and the attitude of the multiple middle-aged men that work here are universally terrible. So they rip you off, AND theyre unhappy about it. Despicable. This shop will try to prey on your lack of knowledge.

Do not go to this place..you go in for one thing and they try to sell you something else. Called ahead to repair a flat tire. Hector Said he could do it..when I get there after an hour wait they call me to advise that they couldnt fix the flat because tire rolled on it and it was a road hazard, not only that when I told them I didnt roll on it since a put fix a flat immediately, they advised that they cannot work on any tire thats been treated with fix a flat..really..wow..they claimed it was all a liability issue but were more than happy to sell me a new tire..really dont need to go to a place that is either trying to babysit their customer or up Sell them something..when I can get the same tire online for half price..and they didnt even have thre tire in stock...waste of time and money. Save yourself some time..and aggravation..go somewhere else..

I purchased lifetime alignment for both my vehicles, they aligned my Nissan Pathfinder. When I left the shop every time I hit a bump the rear of the truck sway. I took it back and the manager claimed he himself drove the vehicle and found nothing wrong with it, that I should take it to the dealer because something else was wrong! I drove the truck for a week or so with the trucks back end swing from side to side. I Took it to NISSAN and had the alignment checked! Turns out the alignment on all four wheels were out of spec. Were the manager at tire plus assured me that he himself drove the vehicle and there was nothing wrong, HE claimed nothing unsafe about the car! I have been long time customer and will not be doing business with tire plus anymore. I spent hundreds of dollar on my vehicales there. I didnt appreciate the attitude or lack of concern when I dressed him about my vehicle.

Customers need to be listened to, respected, and valued. Everytime I take car in afternoon, they cant take it. A general car inspection requested turned into me getting them on the bad side after me confronting the fact that they didnt listened to my request.

Insanely long wait times for the most simple procedures. I was just told a flat tire repair was going to take 1.5-3 hours long. When I came here earlier this month, I waited 5 hours for an alignment, rotation and balance, and oil change. I mean, seriously? The only reason I HAVE TO come here is because I bought my tires at a Jacksonville, Florida Tires Plus, with road hazard and alignment. What is the point of buying tires here if when you come to service then and your vehicle, you will have to waste an entire day to do so? If the problem is no mechanics, then hire some! Have some empathy towards the people who keep your shop open by spending money there.

I was exhausted from driving, camping, hadnt slept and got a flat, they took me right in, fixed my flat and I was on my way in less than 30 mins. Great customer service ! Honest and reliable, I wont go any where else .

I arrived at the store at 6:45 am and was the second person in-line. Gentlemen in front of me was an alignment and when it was my turn he says it will be an hour you have someone in front of you. Was 7:15 and garage doors still not opened they were having breakfast first. This place is a joke will never be back.

I went to Tires Plus for tires for my Prius. They put a set of tires on my car & after driving my car I learned that they werent the tires that give the hybrid gas mileage I was used to getting. I went back to tell them I wasnt happy with the tires & immediately Farinel the store manager showed me the tire for my car & ordered it. My car is now back on track with great gas mileage! Even when I went in the first time after the first set of tires I was a jerk because I was upset about the tires. They were very professional & kept a respectful attitude with me. I will be a customer from now on!

My husband took his car here to get 2 tires installed and they chipped of the paint off the rims which were custom paint job well over $1500 and they didnt even have the decency to pay for the damages they caused. They flat out said that they were like that, keep in mind these are custom rims for a Bentley. I will proceed with a legal dispute.

Had paid for a three year alignment package when I purchased 4 tires. Last 2 times I came in for service they refused to do alignment for whatever reason. Ended up having to purchase 2 tires elsewhere and getting alignment elsewhere. Fyi $120 tires only had 20k miles.
