Very pleasant experience with this business.I dented my 16 inch steel wheel.I bought a used one from LKQ junkyard.I requested a quote from Miramar Tires and Services via yelp for swapping the dented wheel with the one I just bought from LKQ.Mario quickly responded to my request with a very attractive price of $15.The next day I brought my car in with the replacement wheel in my trunk.They were very friendly and started to work on my wheel immediately without delay.We had a problem not due to them, it was the wheel I bought from LKQ. They showed me it wasn’t straight and it wobbles when rotating. I tipped the worker $5 for his time and work, then went to LKQ to exchange wheels.I’m happy this place saved me from a bad wheel and was overall impressed by how honest and professional they are.I would not hesitate to use them again in a flash or even recommend this place.Thank you Mario, for the great experience!

Horrible shop! I came in for a simple alignment, they mechanic who has no idea what he is doing locked the parking breaking and doesnt now how to use thier computer to fix it.Theyre refusing to fix, and I had to file a police report just to get my car keys back.

Not a good place to do alignments they give you 30 days warranty and if something is wrong they dont want to redo the job again. Also they are rude and express them self with bad attitude and using profane words like (F...) dont recommend this place....

Beware if I could give this place no stars I would. If you want to leave with more damage than you had going in to get service by all mean go here. However if you want your car to be handle right please stay away from this location. Today I took my car to get the brakes fix and after leaving this location 2mins later I had to return because my car was way more messed up. the brake that was just repairs sound like a airplane was landing and my car made new sounds that was not there before taking it in. Once I returned I ask for them to recheck the car, and before they did the owner spat at me wen I asked for a refund and one of the other men had to step in to tell him his Behavior was unacceptable. After debating with someone else only then did they take a look. Only to see that another problem did take place and it would need additional service. They directed me to another person to provide the fix for the problem and that person attacked my husband for asking doing we have to pay 150 for your service even tho your sending me to another company to fix the car. He got upset because he did not like the facial expressions my husband made out of confusion. Please beware of this place they will destroy your car and blame you for it.

I wonder about those 5-star ratings. The mechanic that worked on the car is the one with the ankle monitor. After they performed a shoddy job, they charged me again for the same job. The owner told me there was no warranty on labor. I will never go back there. This place is for suckers!

I came here for an alignment and new rear tire mount and balance that i had already purchased separately . Everything was done quickly. The next day when i get on the highway i noticed a shake at 65+ mph. I figured it was the balance. So i didnt have time to return to this shop. Instead i went to another shop for a quick balance of front tires. The other shop balanced them but it still vibrated. I then returned to this shop when i was done and had them balance the tires. They only balanced the front. I asked them to balance the back and one of the techs said “no it’s not necessary, the tires are new.”So i drove it and it still vibrated at 65+ mph. I didnt even feel like to returning to this shop because of the laziness of the tech. Instead i went to another shop and had the rear tires balanced. And guess what? The vibration GONE! So i spent an extra $40 to have what this shop was supposed to do. For this i award them 1 star.

BEWARE OF THE HUSTLER. You don’t get what you pay for and the owner does not care when you speak or complain about it. Just an evil old spanish man. Money hungry. The mechanic lied that they plugged my car. It went flat days later after I already paid. The nail was still there. I went back to fix it. Then when I refused to pay the owner kept my car up on lift would not take it down. This is how they treat women! It’s just the principle. If something goes wrong the OWNER DOES NOT CARE. AVOID THIS PLACE THERE IS MANY OTHERS ON THAT STREET GO TO THE NEXT LIGHT. VERY PROFESSIONAL HEREI told the receptionist I’m going to post this they did not care.

I believe the guy that worked on my tires was Willie. He is a very humble, honest and fast worker. Im not in that area and drive up there just for their service. Highly recommend them.

This place is a scam. They change a tire for me that I later found out that it was patch from the inside. Then when I went back with the receipt they said that it my fault that the bad tire they gave me wasnt good. I would not recommend no one to shop here save your self the trouble and find a tire shop actually worth your time.

If I could put ZERO STARS!!!! This place is absolute garbage! Service is GARBAGE and the people ARE GARBAGE. I needed a tire and they installed it. I asked to make sure the wheel was balanced. While driving the same day I feel the used wheel shacking. I look at it found no wheel weights. I come in the next morning and ask to balance the car. The battery dies now! I ask for a jump and no one can accommodate. You have a mechanic shop and the mechanic can’t figure out a jump start! Bunch of idiots and they have a blonde that’s only good at holding the chair down. I walked down the street to another mechanic shop who let me borrow there jump box which I was able to start the car with. I took it over there and got the 4 wheels balanced and rotated. Now the car runs smooth. I don’t advise anyone to go over there to Miramar Tire. There Garbage!

Went to repair a tire and rotation. Wait time was ok for me. Service man did a good job. However paying was a different experience. Its ok to verify ID when paying with a credit card but the cashier has no right writing your license number. Who knows what happens to those receipts. So I took the store copy from the cashier and scratched my number off.

Bad used tires. They had to try 2 tires before they found a decent one. The tires are Bald and dry rotten. Look at the date of the tire and dont go out at night you going to go messed up.

This place has the greatest price for new tires, if your looking to get in and out this is the place. The alignment guy Jesus is awesome, Hector, Ricardo and all the staff have great customer service. You must come you will not be disappointed!

My wife went there yesterday and got a set of 4 tires and this morning woke up with a flat. We had to call a tow truck and pay for Uber’s to get her around which was a inconvenience. The manager changes the tire and didn’t even bother saying sorry or consider a refund. Stay away from them ! I don’t leave negative reviews but they deserved one.

The owner is rude and an absolute crook. Sold me a defective brand new tire and refused to replace it even considering the original receipt says that new tires are covered by warrantee for 50,000 miles by defect. Tire lasted all of 4 days. I went to get a simple tire rotation and I saw an old man drop my wheel with the rim hitting the floor. I checked the rim and it was clearly scratch. Old man denied it and when I when to complain to the office I find out he is the owner. Now I undestand why no one said anything. Never coming here again. Still paid full price just get out of there. One the servicemen is a crook. Tmy tire issue was resolved but the dude asked for a 100% tip which means the amount for the service is the amount he asked for for a tip. They may fix your issues but mind your wallets because they WILL OVERCHARGE for their services and take advantage of their customers!!!

These people have no ethics or morals. They broke the front rubber rim and then they said it was broken. When it is clear that they broke it. Trying to remove the rubber to replace it. I went for economic and it was very expensive now my repair came out. for almost 500 dollars

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. I asked for a patch of my tire they told me that I would get a plug. I PAYED FOR A PLUG BUT THEY NEVER TAKEN THE NAIL AND DID THE WORK. MY TIRE LIGHT RETURNED IN DAYS LATER. The annoying thing is the Spanish owner did not worry when the worker tried to tell him what happened. He saw no plug and believed me. I refused to pay and the owner would not lower my lift car so I was forced to pay twice! Thieves and no customer service. Bad old man.
