I am highly disappointed. I’m leaving a review so other patrons can be forewarned. I initially found this company on Groupon thinking it was a good deal. When I scheduled the time they told me the Groupon only covered the booking.I continued with the scheduling because of the reviews and initial customer service. However, I was completely mislead.The company scheduled a time and a place, and did not commit to it. The company overbooked and stated it was getting hectic. They gave us a time, pushed the time back, and was over an hour late. We made the mistake of trusting the company, planning our day around it, and it backfired tremendously.If you’re thinking about renting a Jet Ski company DO NOT use this company.

An experience so good, I thought I was dreaming!

We had a really fun time jet skiing with David & his crew! This was my second time & my bf’s first. The only part we felt could improve was the timing of pick up (we were scheduled for 12p but didn’t get picked up until about 12:30p). Other than that, David is really easy to work with & does a good job making you feel comfortable around a jet ski. Would recommend this experience! Thx David!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Best I’ve seen in a while everything was super professional, I was there at the time I wanted to ride the jet skis and they were there on time went to the whole process with me and explained everything. Definitely recommend and would give more then 5 starts but I can’t!

Made it easy for us to use the jet skies and accommodated us and treated us very nicely compared to other jet ski rentals :)

Jose and David know exactly what theyre doing, Ive been to many other jet ski rentals throughout Miami over the years and this is by far the best experience Ive had compared to any of the places Ive been. Aside from amazing service and location, they even offer lessons for beginners and tours all over the Miami area. Would highly recommend to everyone looking to have an ACTUAL fun Jet Skiing in Miami. Had a lot of fun with these guys when I visited Miami, The views and the area were great. They made sure I had a great experience and made sure I was safe on the water. Alot of fun, visit if you want to have a great time.

David and Jose provided and excellent experience as soon as we hit the water, and even taught us some beginners tricks in the jet skis; definitely would recommend your next jet ski experience with them!
