Amazing experience! Armand provided me the best welcome and the most awesome bike of the store. I was very much at ease throughout the whole process and Armand made it smooth and easy, even though it was last minute. I cruised along Miami Beach (from south beach all the way up to Aventura) and then the way back all comfortably and with a huge smile under my helmet all along!!!I’m very glad and I’ll come back to test other bikes for sure.I highly recommend thus rental shop👌🏻

This is the place to go for rentals of just about any kind! Armando and Tito are amazing to work with and will put you in to something that you will thoroughly enjoy! We rented a Slingshot, and couldnt have been happier. Both of these guys have great customer service skills and we incredibly personable! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! I really wanted to love this place! I hate leaving a bad review; but I wouldnt want someone else to have the same experience we did.Our scooter rental was supposed to start at twelve, and while we didnt arrive until 12:15, we were unable to start riding until 1:15 because the owner couldnt find the keys. Next, the engine on the first scooter they gave us would shut down if it idled for more than 3 seconds. So we returned and explained the problem, and the next scooter they gave us was missing a mirror and didnt have functional headlights. It was our last option since they still couldnt find the keys to the other one, so we took the one with the missing mirror. Aside from the major scratches and dents, the scooter drove around just fine. However, when we were driving on 2nd Avenue, the door on the back storage compartment fell off mid-ride. So, we had to pull over, run back to get the piece on the busy road, and try to fasten it back on the scooter so it wouldnt fall off again.Also, they did not compensate us for the hour lost because of their disorganization. I am only giving them 2 stars because the prices were competitive and the last scooter they gave us ran fine. However, I would not return to Lux Moto.I do not recommend this place!

Armand was absolutely amazing! Opened the shop on a day when they were closed just to accommodate us. We travel to Miami often and normally go with a different scooter shop. This will be our new scooter rental shop from here on out! Thank you so much Armand, and we definitely will be back!

That, I had to sell it. And I used it as my everyday. To do my JOB. and also, for my personal business.... as a(Uber Eats delivery driver)WHICH I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO DO. DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY MESSED WITH MY MOTOR MY CARBURETOR MY SPARK PLUG AND THE LACK OF LICENSING MECHANICS THAT THEY HAVE IN LUXMOTO RENTALS. INSTEAD THEY HIRED AN UNLICENSED CHILD.1#: WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THE BIKE MY BRAKE CALIPER BLANKLY FELL OFF.2#: THEN THEY CLAIM THAT I NEEDED, A NEW BATTERY WHICH WAS NOT TRUE.3#: THEN THEY STATED I NEEDED A NEW SPARK PLUG WHICH WAS NOT TRUE.4#: THEN THEY STATED THAT I NEEDED, A NEW CARBURETOR TUNE UP. Overall great experience. Responsive on email, attractive bikes, fair pricing, close to the airport, relatively quick checkout procedure. Only let down was that the bike I had booked online wasnt ready when I showed up. But the owner promised himself to drive the bike to my location the next day, while giving me a substitute bike to get to my destination. True to his word he arrived the next morning, and I enjoyed the BMW 1000RR the rest of the rental period (1 week). Thats good service! Also agreed to meet me exactly at the time of my return to Miami on a Sunday, great flexibility and customer orientation.

A fantastic experience at all levels. When I entered the shop, I met Armando who, thanks to his expertise, suggested the best bike among the various models available, and in just over half an hour I was already riding the Ducati Diavel! So let me start off by saying that I had a absolutely amazing experience with Armand. It’s my first time in Miami and I had doubts with all these jet ski / motorcycle centers until I ran into lux moto. I rented out a Yamaha r6 had a very good deal and the process was really easy. The process was explained over the phone as well as when I got there. Had an amazing time on the motorcycle. Then I heard they have jet skis so I decided to rent one out. Helped me with the process of getting my temp boat license. When we went out on the water I had the most amazing experience ever, I felt that Armand was a buddy not an employee. Got videos on my gopro was taken to a sand bar and a couple islands. Definitely got my days worth. If anyone is looking for motorcycle rentals or jet ski rentals I highly recommend Luxmotos. Most definitely will see you guys when I fly back to Miami. Thank you so much for the experience and the memories !!

Great service,great location. At last minute, we decided to rent a scooter on a Saturday. These people quickly agreed unlike some places on the beach that wouldnt commit to reserving one although I was willing to leave a credit card number to hold the scooter. Price was great, deposit was reasonableScooter was pretty,the cruising type NOT the small exhaust-smelling ones. Only 3 bucks to fill up tank. Great way to see Wynwood as a tourist. Ride around seeing all the street art. Even made our way down to the beach via Venetian Causeway. Perfect pickup/drop off location. Right on 24 AND NW 2 Ave. Right across from Panther cafe.

When I spoke with the lady on the phone and told her I was on the way she never suggested making a reservation. Furthermore, I had proper footwear, no slippers as you said. You would have known that had you showed up, but you were a no show and it cost me $30 in Uber fees. Just acknowledge that you all messed up.

Got a call within minutes of placing the online reservation, was greeted as soon as a walked in the entrance by the owner who went out of his way to try to accommodate my girlfriends needs for a motorcycle rental as well. Purchases two bikes from here. The first bike had to have the battery charged for it to drive off.. I called to let them know the bike will turn off at every red light/stop sign. I was told thats normal even tho it only happens with one of the bikes.. and now it simply wont come on at all. Ive only had the bikes for 3 weeks. They said it was my fault for draining the battery. Also, during the time of purchase I was told someone would come out if there were issues. Now that theres an issue, Im told I have to come to them (with the dead battery). DO NOT SHOP HERE! Had problems with this bike since I drove off... they aslo, charged my card and tried to tell me the payment declined dispite me calling my bank and verifying the payment cleared.

Superb vehicle quality and amazing customer service. Ive rented motorcycles from a few shops in Miami and, by far, the experience at Lux Moto Rentals has been the best. They took care of me within minutes of calling them and made the rental and insurance process a breeze.

My wife and I were in South Beach for our Anniversary. I called Lux Moto Rentals to confirm someone would be there. After spending $15 for an Uber to get to Lux, no one was there. My Uber left. I called the number for Lux and the guy on the phone said he would be there in a few minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting in the heat on the sidewalk, he never showed. I had to spend another $15 for an Uber to get back to our hotel in South Beach. Im out $30 and a wasted hour for an unprofessional business. Edit: I had proper footwear, which he would have known if he showed up. Since he was a no show and cost me $30 in Uber fees there and back, he now wants to make up some story about safety. Some people just cannot admit when they blow it and apologize. This guy is one of those people.

I was in town for a long weekend and needed some wheels to move around. Found Lux Moto and they had the motorcycle I have been wanting to ride for the longest time ( Ducati panigale 959 🤤). Bike was in near perfect condition, well maintained and an absolute dream to ride. Amanda checked me in very quickly, went over the specs and details of the Bike and had me on my way in no time. Armand, the owner, was a really chill guy. He made sure I had an enjoyable experience and was very knowledgeable about all the bikes he had in stock. After returning the bike, armand sent me back to my destination in an uber free of charge. Thats what I call excellent service.Overall, awesome experience. Highly recommend checking them out if you are interested in riding a really clean bike. I am DEFINITELY going back next time Im in town.Thank you LUX Moto team. I rented two scooters to ride around Wynwood and the design district with my family for my birthday and we had blast. .Armando provided great service...I called ahead for assistance with a bunch of questions and he patiently assisted me and was great in setting me up to ride when we arrived..I wasnt too confident initially but he took me for a test drive around the block to me started..the ride and scenery were awesome...great adventure...highly recommend it..

This was the best experience ever. Armand was so helpful with everything I needed done. I was stuck on the site of the road and this guy came and called s tow truck for me got me towed and he is fixing my bike for me now. This was the most amazing customer service from a mechanic/ scooter rental place that I have ever received. I thought I would get robbed and decieved with the repairs. And this guy is so transparent and ready to help in any situation that I am more than grateful. I only bought lunch for his help so far but I owe this gentleman way more than this just for being so courteous and prompt. I will definitely recommend all my friends that ride to come to this business. And he even set me up with s rental while I am waiting for my bike to get fixed. This really is a one stop shop. And I can not believe that he is actually doing s motor lounge in the business. So this will be my new place to frequent and socialize with the local riders. I rented Ducati Panigale 899 red for a day and everything starting with the bike and the service was absolutely great. What a fantastic experience! Panigale is considered the most beautiful bike ever made and it really counts when you cruise the streets its definitely a head turner. Me and my girlfriend made a trip to Key West and had some highway experience, handling and comfort on the bike is superb.Armand from luxmotorentals is a great guy, very social and fun, he delivered the motorcycle to my apartment, walked through controls and even gave me the summer riding armor (mine was winter leathers definitely too hot for the beautiful sunny day).The experience was very pleasant and smooth, luxmotorentals also have some nice extras such as highway fees pre pay (very useful in Miami). Overall the customer service really makes you feel a VIP which is exactly how you feel when ride a red Ducati Panigale.
