This yacht company is Wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone. I would like to personally thank Dani Wolf the owner for his kindness, understanding and professionalism. I had a family emergency to come about and I had already paid my deposit, I called him and advised him of what was happening and immediately he went to bat for me and I was able to receive my entire deposit back. I’m very very satisfied of the service this far and I will definitely be returning to use them at a later day. Thank you Dan soo much!! You Rock!!🤩🤩🤩

There is something about “Grace” the name of the yacht upgraded by Donnie of SFYC. I’ve been chartering from continually this year!I’ve experienced other charter co. yachts some Not clean or status missing the provision of Luxury.However blinded I can call & Give Donnie the image in my head & he delivers!The rain put a Damper on the entire cruise, he offered a disc. Rate to continue in the spirit or Miami as the rain ceased at return to dock.🤬😂But what I can say is; I have never been disappointed in the choice of Yachts pix or description!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I contacted the concierge for a recommendation for a boat & jet skis. He connected me with someone at this company, and I was told jet skis would be included if they were available. He was transparent in saying it was a busy weekend & there was a possibility they would not be available, but ensured me that if they were, they would be included in the $2500 I paid. I told him the jet skis were our main reason for wanting to book with them. I even have a text message notating this. When I arrived at the boat, I was told jet skis were available at an extra, hefty cost. This was upsetting enough, but when we were on the water, I asked for life jackets so that we all could jump in safely. He had NONE. Only 1 throwable flotation device. He also told us several times that he did not want to go to jail and if we were pulled over by police to tell them we paid him for the service. This was off putting especially with everything else that had happened. I have evidence of this as well. To top it off, the boat was not properly docked when we were exiting and my friend slipped in between the boat and dock and lost a $800 bracelet and her iPhone and had to pay $700 for a new one. The person I originally booked with and paid deposit to was very rude and argumentative when I tried to call and discuss all of these grievances. I’ve given them almost a month to rectify this, and have not heard back. They only accept cash or zelle so that you cannot dispute charges. I’ll be reporting them to better business bureau now.EDIT:A few weeks back, he called me again and offered $50 to take down this review. $50 for this entire, awful experience. He said it wasn’t their fault and that they no longer work with that captain. I asked him why he did not reach out when I initially tried to get this situation handled, and why he only reached out once he saw this review. He insisted that the ordeal was not their fault. No accountability whatsoever. He then became argumentative again. I recorded the entire ordeal in case this goes any further. I would never work with a company like this again. Good luck to anyone who tries to.

Donnie was so accommodating and patient with our group! He even picked up the phone late at night for us. He had different yachts for us to choose from. When we finally saw the one we choose, it exceeded our expectations! We had a BLAST! The yacht captain and crew was awesome as well! The overall experience was amazing and we will definitely use South Florida Yacht Chargers again!

Doni was the best at booking my yacht charter! He was very responsive and on time when meeting at the dock. I recommended him to my girls when they come from out of town!

From the moment we enter the yacht the service was exceptional and welcoming it was one of the best experience from the cleanliness to the music to the sailing and the complimentary champagne we enjoyed it all ! Will def use their services again! Job well done!

Call Dani Wolf!!! He will take care of you. I had 10 guest on the yacht and he accommodated for everyone. The boat was beautiful and he called the night before to confirm and then after as well. A++ service. Will use him again when I’m back in Florida.
