Store is a regular store but staff is amazing. Every time I enter, I feel the warm welcome from each and every employee but I had the chance to deal with Juan Pablo. One of the best jewelry boutiques I’ve been to in Miami. Customer service is impeccable, Juan Pablo Zapata is an absolute gem. When visiting I would ask for him, extremely helpful and caring he’s all about good business. He takes pride in making sure that I am satisfied with my purchases and makes sure to follow up. I’ve been a consistent customer now for the last 4-5 months now and never have I encountered the slightest of trouble, every transaction has been very simple and joyful. Not welcoming or friendly. Asked about a Rolex and to be put on a list. Was told they don’t do lists. So, you can’t buy the watch out of store here and you also can’t wait for it. They never gave me an option regarding how I could get any Rolex. I guess I wasn’t good enough for one...even though I own several. I understand these watches are hard to come by. I understand you need a relationship to get these coveted pieces, but a relationship starts with a human connection and good customer service. Not what you purchase. Sales people seemed uninterested to sell anything. So I went to the Miami design district where I was helped promptly by another Rolex store. They were much more friendly and willing to help.

I always have a great experience when visiting. Kirk’s has a pleasant atmosphere and staff is knowledgeable. Michele has helped me several times and got me my dream watch. They also have a beautiful jewelry collection which is an added bonus. Love their new location in Brickell City Centre!

I walked in about a month ago with my wife to order a Rolex to gift my sister in law and was treated great. Yesterday, I purchased another watch and had the best experience I have ever had buying a Rolex out of the 10 Rolex I have bought in my life time. My sales person Dénisse was a true professional and made me feel how you are supposed to feel when you buy a Rolex. I’ll start by initial impression of the boutique. Initial walk in is impressive, extremely clean & very neat. When you walk in you are welcomed by a sales associate immediately with a smile. The boutique aesthetic and walk around is an array of history and luxury. I’m probably a bit annoying to a sales associate because i tend to walk around and intake every bit of the store. The history and documentation that are framed including some vintage pictures are a sight to see. (Don’t want to spoil your experience you should see it for yourself).Moving on to sales associate and the buying experience. I was in the market for a timepiece, so i gravitate to the Rolex showcase section. Quite honestly always a decent amount of watches on display. The Rolex section is very clean, the walls are embedded with windows showcasing some premium watches. Everything is neat, sales associates are very polite and knowledgeable. I have been to the boutique many times and it’s a great experience every time. By far the worst customer service experience. I would never support this location. The representative was beyond rude and lacked basic customer skills. Save your money and go elsewhere. This store only sells to specific clients and if you are not their client they won’t service you. The representative clearly told me to go to the store I purchased the Rolex on my wrist from. Apparently, he only serves his “clients.” I would never spend my hard earned money with this store! Such a horrible experience.

I’m an avid watch collector and have been to countless AD’s throughout the years. Kirk Jewlers really stands out, they are family owned & operated, plus they’re customer service is top notch. They don’t play games, and they are straightforward. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. They are my go to AD for Patek, Rolex & Tudor!

I’ve been buying quality Swiss watches, including Rolex and Patek timepieces, from Kirk Jewelers for over 20 years. It’s a wonderful family-owned business with a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive team of staff members that are always a pleasure to deal with. Kirk’s place at Brickell City Center may be the most beautiful watch and jewelry store in Miami.And this is why I was bothered by the bogus negative feedback by three postings by people supposedly named Ranna, Tim and Mufid. By pure coincidence, I was at Kirk’s picking up a new Rolex Submariner when these people were there. They walked in with a terrible attitude, speaking loudly and looking for a confrontation. They deliberately misconstrued all good faith efforts made by store employees to deal with their rude and inappropriate behavior, and their conduct was so wrong that a police officer was forced to escort them away from the store. Of course, none of these facts were disclosed in any of the false rants contained in their poor criticism of Kirk. It’s too bad that Google doesn’t promptly delete public comments made by lying liars who lie about great businesses such as Kirk Jewelers. Pay no mind to Ranna, Tim and Mufid—they should not be welcomed by any reputable business. They are shameless troublemakers who are quick to concoct untrue stories to try to damage good people.I know better, which is why Kirk Jewelers will continue to be my main go-to business for my passion for high-end Swiss watches of the highest caliber.

Don’t walk away .....Run away!!! These people have no customer service skills . They refused to sell my party a watch because we weren’t a “client” of theirs . Then why are you open to the public ? Management refused to defuse the situation by addressing the employee that was assisting us . They stated he is correct and proceeded to tell us to go somewhere else . By far the worst experience anyone can ever encounter. What a poor representation of Rolex. The rude employee insisted that he doesnt serve OUR KIND whats that supposed to mean? Requesting to speak to a manager the owner jumped out insisted that he did absolutely nothing wrong and went into his defense without hearing our side. When I asked for his name to report the situation to corporate she refused and insisted she is corporate. Smh... cant wait to call corporate Monday morning.

I was visiting Miami for business and wanted to check out the new Rolex Blue and Black GMT in person. I didnt want to go to the normal pushy big box store and give them false hopes. I chose this place because it was close not knowing what to expect and it turned out to be one of the best shopping experiences I have had. The staff knew everything about all of the timepieces they had and ones that they didnt. I ended up purchasing the watch I wanted that day and they were even kind enough to take the Submariner I was wearing and have it serviced free of charge and mailed it back to me. What a sophisticated looking shop. I went in to get an appraisal and to have some work done on my wifes ring.The owners are a brother and sister team who are knowledgeable of their product line and of the diamond industry as a whole. They are friendly, willing to listen to your needs and I can appreciate that they provide courteous service without the need of high pressure selling.I like the fact that they are able to share real life examples of their previous work to give you a better understanding of what a finished product might look like, especially when its not in a magazine page.

Outstanding service. I recently purchased a Patek 5167a from Kirk Jewelers. I had been on the hunt for this watch for a while and had dealt with other authorized dealers and the service that I had received from Jeff at Kirk was nothing short of exceptional.He was extremely patient with me, explained every aspect of the watch, and did not pressure me to purchase. The store has a family feel to it and everybody who works there makes the customer feel at home.Jeff followed up with me after the sale with emails and has been very responsive.After dealing with Kirk, I cant see myself every going back to the other larger dealers in the area.Definitely stop by the store in Downtown Miami (they validate the valet and the store is flawlessly clean) and take a look at the extensive collection of high end watches.

Truly an amazing experience!Where do I begin?I was on the market for a new watch and I visited every Mayors jewelers in South Florida. Every single chain store I visited was the same thing, bad service and I never felt comfortable.I happened to hear from a friend that there was another Authorized Dealer in Miami that wasnt affiliated with Mayors. Thats when I called Kirks. I called and spoke to Jeff, he was very corteous and took the time to speak with me over the phone to answer my questions. I made an appointment with them and came in. They have valet right in front and they validate.I got to meet the whole staff and I really felt comfortable in their store. They are very knowledgable and answered all my questions, they let me take the time in selecting the right piece. They by far had the best price, service and warranty than any of those chain stores. I couldnt be more grateful to them for the experience and wouldnt recommend anyone else.They have a long standing track record of happy customers and now I know why. Its no surprise theyve been around since 1947!

After going to four locations and being told to go to the Seybold Building, I stumbled upon Kirk Jewelers online webpage and decided to give them a call instead. I was greeted over the phone by Caroline, who was very kind and helpful. First impression was great so I decided to stop by. I was very overwhelmed walking in through the front doors but again, I was greeted by Caroline and immediately made me feel comfortable. After speaking to her of what I was looking for and my price range, I was reassured that working with my budget is the number one priority. After two meetings, the ring I was looking for was chosen and within weeks, I had the stunning ring in my hand and she said YES!!
