I sent my Longines in for a repair on the crystal and upon return the movement didn’t work, the case back was scratched, the warranty card wasn’t filled as requested, none of the dates of completion were accurate. I called Swatch customer service as I’m well invested in the watch. But the seconds hand doesn’t work! How does this place even qualify for any of this? Garbage.
I sent in a relatively new Omega Seamaster professional with a defective helium escape valve for repair. The watch was gone for several weeks. When it came back I saw there was absoutely no mention of the repair on the invoice, just that the watch was in working order. Thats because they never fixed the broken valve. I have since emailed them three times, with accompanying pictures, and now been on hold for over 30 minutes. No reply to my email, and no one answers the phone. Pretty terrible service considering the cost of my watch.
If I could, I would give them Zero stars. The building has no parking for guest. You have to park across the street, if you are lucky enough to find someone to let you know.I dropped my watch on Oct.4th. Cost to fix was $48.00 on the receipt. They said I would get a call in 3-5 business days. Never got a call. I called them 10 days later. Price jumped to $72...(cost of labor added was not disclosed originally). Took 3 weeks to get my watch back after multiple calls. (Part of the delay was due to the repair going through the Quality Control department).Day after picking up my watch, the pin in the bracelet fell off. Had to take it somewhere else and pay an extra $12.00 to get it fix properly.I rather buy a new watch than to have it repair by this expensive place, difficult to get to, and with very poor quality. Never again.
Fast and friendly service. I have gotten my watch fixed, battery replaced and links taken out of several watches. Each time i just walked in and he fixed it on the spot. Watch batteries are $6. He didnt even charge me one time when he took a link out. Really nice guy. Huge selection of watches and clocks too, if you are looking to buy one.
Dropped in for a strap swap and they took a look immediately. I didnt have one of the screwdrivers and neither did ravits next door. A+ for service, price, and quality.
Fast great service they changed my battery on my seamaster in less than 10 minutes
Was able to fix a 40 year old watch great service.
Very quick repair. What I was told would take at least a week at Omega in London took 30 minutes
Really needs to update their hours of operation on the internet and their phone system!!! They close at 4:30 when their phone message says 6pm!
Excellent staff
