Worst towing company ever. They completely messed up my car. Front bumper and rims all scratched up. Car seems to have mechanical issues. They dont accept anything but cash. The lot is not secured. Worst towing company ever.

Expressed empathy after my car accident, was cery helpful in getting my wrecked car unto the driveway which was pretty difficult but he was able to haul it in effortlessly.. Go Torres Towing!!!

Driver was very kind and professional. His driving was smooth and safe. Honestly wouldve been 5 stars, but it took about an hour for their driver to contact me after their dispatch told me that Id heard from them in 20 minutes. But after the driver contacted me, it was about a 5 minute wait time for him to show up, strap my car and take it to my house. Also, service was cheaper than I expected, which is rare in Miami.

They were very nice and helpful and kind they allowed me too do what was best for me they are good people GOD bless them especially alex

Wow look at all the 1 star ratings, not surprised lol this place is a joke to start with so another bad review Im sure wont matter to them, but a report to the BBB and a letter and legal action from my attorney for fraud should get their attention. They are trying to charge me for towing a car I havent owned in 3 yrs!!! And when I called and told them that they said well you owned it at some point! And than when asked for proof of closure on the bill they sent me so it wasnt turned in on my credit he told me to #uck off!!! I wonder how many people they have done this to because they are so lazy!!!

My car was towed to this yard. Of course nobody likes their car to be towed. Especially, when your in the right. But, the first time it was towed I realized at an untimely form how I needed a decal to park where I stay with my mother whom I care for until she is moved to better living circumstances & recoops from a fatal stroke which almost killed her.However, a second time they towed my car I had a decal but claimed it wasnt sitting on the dashboard. I know i had it on display. Well, narrow the story for this second tow incident, they released my car without pay because I showed them my decal.

Illegally towed my car from a private residence no where in my condo does it say visitors have a amount of time moving vehicle... thieves you cannot have a remote control for a private residence to come in and tow cars that’s totally illegal because on your lease it does not say we towe your car if you parked longer than this time so you guys are in a minor problem with the condo because they had to be the ones to give you gate access and I talked to the manager he says you guys have a personal control to get it you will be closed and sued....

These people are horrible. When you call them to tow a car, they never show up and then lie and say that you never called them. I dont know why my building managment company hired them. They are a waste.

These guys are criminals!!! My car was parked in the same place legally for the last 3 years. There were at least 10 other cars next to mine. But obviously since mine was in the front and easiest to tow they took mine for now reason. No one called in the property or the condos in the area. They just do this for money.

Dont contact this company unless you want to get sued. They Tow illegally. And put liability on whoever signs tow slip. I am an owner of a repair shop on 441 and i did not authorize a tow. They Just took my personal property and played dumb. Police investigation showed 38 illegal tows with fake signatures. They are Fraud. Owner Angel is the only adult in the company. The rest are 20yr old kids. They will just demand payment and ignore your concerns. I spoke with an Ex employee of Torres and he admitted that illegally towing is promoted here. stay Away. Contact Big Pine towing or Dannys towing. They are 5 star and affordable.

We as customers informed the management things are being taken. They tell me take it to court, I was out with my granddaughter going Christmas shopping. Between gift cards from the students and the cash they stole $575 out of my car and they tell me to take it to court.

This place squeezes every penny out of they can! My car was stolen and when found taken to Torres towing, they did not notify me it was here until the next day but still charged me for the extra time. On top of that their card machine wasnt working . They forced me to pay more money for an uber to the bank and back! The staff were rude and condescending blaming all the problems on the weather and the owner, and when I asked to speak to the owner they refused to call him. It was very clear that this business takes advantage of the fact they can hold onto a car for as long as they want and cause serious problems for the owner. They dont care about hardships of the people who are unfortunate enough to have to go there. This place should be shut down and the staff charged with extortion

Worst ever on google it says they’re open 24 hours and once I arrive there (5:30pm), they said it was closed. On their door it says they are open from 7:00am-6:00pm. That’s messed up, these people really want the money. I hope they suffer. I truly felt disrespected, just pure awful.

Asked for a flat bed truck due to my car being AWD and they couldnt even bring the proper truck. I had to call another tow service and wait another hour. I do NOT recommend using them.

DONT use this service, they tow innocent peoples cars illegally, stealing your money and more importantly a waste of time. Uneducated thugs... beware of their trucks # 22 wont stop even if your next to the car, most likely hes always impaired when hes driving, will damage your vehicle ....would prefer to run you down just to take your money.

Just moved into a new apartment complex the office was closed for the weekend so I was not able to obtain a parking sticker for my vehicle . They came along and towed my car from my assigned parking space when nobody ever called them or complained or anything even close so in other words they were just on the hunt to ruin somebodys day and make a quick 124$ and I was about to head to my daughters first birthday party when I realized they had took the car and to top it all off they give me a horrible attitude and hung up on me oh and they are breaking the law by releasing vehicles to whoever has cash in hand.And if I could I would rate this company in terd symbols rather than stars

Worst place in all of Florida, hands down. Took my car in the middle of the night from my parking space AT HOME because they didnt take the time to make sure that my sticker was on my front window shield. When I asked if I can have my car since they over looked my sticker, girl said I must speak with main office (funny thing I called back the next day and the girl in the morning said that is the main office, its all a lie to get your money) Then the girl takes my CC and license to the back to write down my information saying she needs it to charge my card only to give my card back and ask me to swipe it on the machine. Then proceeded to get into a fight with my husband and insulting him calling him fat because he called her out on taking my information for no reason. They have a sticker on their tinted black window saying they are associated with the BBB. I CHECKED they have 12 complaints filed with the BBB 7 of which have been unanswered. They should be shut down immediately for fraud. This place is a all a lie.

I dont want to even put a star on this company. They crash my car really bad and the lady that works there didnt even care plus her treatment was un respectful at all. I called the police and they told me to go to court you know what that means I gotta pay all the court fees plus waste all the time that takes for nothing. thats what the officer told me. To conclude this company have the right to tow your car crashed and leave without any problem at all. Scammers... Pick up cars and paints on the ground where they removed the car NO PARKINGOnly to notice a month later in that same spot the no parking was painted is not there anymore, they painted back over it. SmhI wish I was making this up but the sad reality is im not.

This company is full of crap, they towed your car from your apartment parking lot even with permit. They only care about getting your money, they only request the payment and the key to the car. By law only the owner is the only person that can picked up the car with the registration, driver license and the payment. This baster release the car only with the payment and the key to the car.

I hope their trucks get slashed tires.... Just saying.

I just want to know who gave the permission and license to provide a service in this County to these cheeky and bandits.My car was towed without even having reported to the police and as if that were not enough, I have the recording of my satellite camera in my car where the whole transfer is seen and at the speed they were going: 74 miles. A pity that nothing happened to the car if I do not put the demand. But tomorrow morning I am calling Miami Dade County to file the complaint.

I have taken the car of my own condominium and have thrown the sticker that was very well attached inside the glass. DO NOT CONTRACT this company, they will only receive complaints from their customers and this will give your business a bad image.
