Solis Towing was very professional and great communication. I definitely will use Solis Towing if I would need a tow again.

I called several places before contacting Solis towing their prices were $125 and up, Solis charged me less then half ($60) to pick up my car and drop it off to my house. They were there within the hour. Fast and reliable service. I highly recommend

The driver was very disrespectful he had a kid in the tow truck and he wanted me to push my own car so he could tow it... by far the worst towing company I ever had to deal with. I had to wait for 3 hours on top of the driver dont speak English and the kid translating for him...Run people dont ever do business with them, there the worst.

Horrible!! My insurance company dispatched them to come out. 1st they told me an hour and they were located only 20 minutes from where I was. Then I got a call saying they were in Miami Lakes and they would call me back. The driver never called back. I called the company and was told my tow was cancelled cause my insurance gave them the wrong information. I called my insurance and my insurance confirmed the info I gave them originally and didnt know where the tow company got their info from. It all sums up to laziness and no consideration for people in need. Stay far away!!

Worst towing company in all of MIAMI the owner looks like a jockey!They keep you waiting over 2 hours .You call the company the guy who answered barely knows English .He sold my friend 2 cars already both have been junks but charged over a thousand for themSold me 2 cars as well and they both were junkers as wellI will never buy another car from him he buys cars crashed or damaged tried to fix and sell over 1000.He is disgusting having bums at his yard and crack heads while customers are there its horribleVery unpleasant experience if you need a tow keep away from Solis towingtheres a reason why its cheap serviceSTAY AWAY !!!! Is a malicious and fraudulent accusations made about the company.it was made from an employee that was fired by the company however. it is to be understood that business is taking care of in a timely and professional manner.would highly recommend

Worst experience ever called at 3:15pm they texted me and said 2 hrs. 2 hrs pass and still no truck so I call they tell me tow truck is leaving airport should be there next 20 min a whole hour later still no truck and the airport was less than 15 min away. So I call dispatch to see whats going and the lady placed me on hold and hung up so I called back and a different person answers and tells me he does not know whats going on with the tow truck but it should be there in the next hr.after going back and forth with my insurance and the tow company the truck finally arrives but instead of just towing the car instead he wants to try and play mechanic with my car until he gave up and said I dont know whats wrong with it. Honestly I didnt ask him to play mechanic I just needed him to tow the car like he was told to

Attempted to have them pickup my vehicle for a full week, changed plans multiple times and now just denies my calls and won’t pickup.
