I hired them in a while back 2015 and after paying 15% deposit ( $ 3,808.50)...they never did ANYTHING for 4 months. I had to be constantly calling and begging for service and nothing got done. When I requested to cancel contract, owner requested to talk to me and apologized for bad service. I gave him a 2nd opportunity and 145 days went by and he never gave me any responses. I cancelled contract bc they never serviced my project. I then got 1/2 of my deposit and they claimed that the rest was bc they had to pay the engineer to do the plans... which are no use for me as no one will sign off on an engineer that they do not know. It has been 5 years but it was not until today that I thought of writing a review. DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE... they werent good then...

The real deal. Seen multiple projects.. excellent work and quality.
