They never pick up the phone! I went there during their business hours and no one opened the door either. Finally when I was able to get in touch with someone they said that I lived outside their radius for pick up when Im only a mile away. What a waste of time.

Absolutely no one picks up the phone including the operator. Left multiple messages trying to cancel food delivery. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.

I have tried to contact them for weeks and no one answers the phone or returns phone calls or emails.They took all my parents information and have not done anything to help.

It is a place where people of the golden age find different services available such as playing dominoes and bingo. It also has an amphitheater where they play music and people dance and declaim poetry according to their abilities. In the dining room hot food is offered to the associates. I think there is also a gym but I am not sure if it is already enabled. The administration and the other employees provide a very good quality of service. Luckily the premises recently received a very good capital repair.

It is a wonderful place, where the elderly are cared for with special care, its dining room is very pleasant, and its balanced food, I liked it a lot.

Since the first thing I saw was a very haughty short-haired lady with a lot of fillers on her face, I went in I said hello and she raised her eyebrow and said 🤨 Tell me !, are you kidding me? You need a good human relations course and a front desk course, making the customer feel welcome with a smile is very important. 🤦🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

It is my clinic and for many years I have been treated with very good medical care and I always recommend it to all the staff

I have been a participant in that place for years, I do not like it very much because there are many activities, you play bingo, dominoes, music, you dance, you exercise, you have a great time in that place and lunch is very tasty and I also recommend you breakfast personally.

We are about to move out of the building and I believe and ask God to be good. This place needs places for recreation and learning, although many are very old people, they are eager to learn something like creating circles of interest in cutting and sewing, textiles, handicrafts, etc. There is a room to dance and talk, which is impossible. do if one does not end like crazy all screaming to have a simple conversation with the next door, right ???? Those responsible for putting the music put it too high. Which leads many to take to the streets and not stay there, this must have a control in the new building and create spacious rooms for other games not only dominoes and bingo. Trips can be made in the surroundings of mayami, this will brighten the lives of these older people. The lunch they provide is hot and good quality and varied and the person in charge of the dining room has a very good character. I think that with the new building we will achieve many more things, I have hopes and that we become a great family, something difficult because we are many.
