False hope. Do not trust them. They told me the process was 3-4 days. 3-4 weeks later, they said I was not qualified. Which could be understandable but the reason is for something that they could have told me from the beginning. Dont trust, they will put you in a bigger hole. Just stay away. Go to the VA and ask for help. Make sure they dont send you to them.
Its too complicated for them to reschedule or accommodate for a STUDENT. how are you about to make miss an exam thats worth 40% OF MY GRADE and tell me i cant go do treatment another day??? How does a therapist only work 3 times a week? WILL YOU GUYS REFUND ME THE 800 DOLLARS FOR MY UNIVERSITY COURSE IF I DONT PASS DUE TO YOUR INCONSIDERATION OF NOT ACCOMMODATING AND HELPING STUDENTS??????? Why does my and other peoples HARD EARNED MONEY go to such disorganized county programs? LITERALLY lost at words.
The Advocate Program is by far the best company it its business. It seems that all employees really are there to help people. Theyre very nice people, always willing to help.
Ive been calling for three months now. The hours on the phone say from 9-5. M-F Ill call at 9, 9:30, 10; 10:30 etc... and no one answers. When I do get someone on the phone to find out when the class is, they tell me they dont know to call back the next week. Ill call the next week - they still dont know. The next week they dont know but we arent having it this month. Then I do finally get a hold of someone that knows the dates of the class, its full. Ive been trying to get in this class for three months now. They said whats your name? OK well call you back. They didnt take my number but the phone hangs up. I call back. No one answers. What kind of scam is this?
These people dont know how to help veteran. One person says one thing on the phone and when you arrive to Thur location nobody knows whats going on. The only person who I think was helping was the person I spoke on the phone. Unfortunately they are problably going to make it seam like she was the one that made the mistake of telling veterans that they can provide help in this time of need. How come anyone does anything about this. The Miami VA is just at fault for not doing anything about the history of complaints and miss management.
Worst place i hope to never encounter again. Its all a money scam, they do false evaluations which come from a dui teacher (that goes to AA meetings during her Honeymoon) so that tells you what type of people your dealing with right there alone. People thats never drank a beer with there friends before an to them If you drank a beer before your considered an alcoholic an need further treatment.....just to keep you in there money pool the employees are two faced an rude, never answer the phone unless its the bill payment ext. such a joke makes me sick to think about it an how they do people but having to deal with the advocate program alone will most likely make you an alcoholic if your not already
The only good thing I could say about them is their anger management classes are useful. But the staff are out to drain every penny out of you and they dont care if your unemployed.
Very rude! Any questions you ask them seem to bother them. They all look miserable working there.

Carla is the worst case manager, she is immature, rude and has no complete disregard for the people that are trying ro close rhe cases and stay away from her .

I dont have no money and I go every class I come out clean and I dont have a job but they still ask for money or else I cant go in the class I explained to my case worker I dont have money but they wont let me in so now my case is going back to court

I find your attention very bad, I had an apoiment and I lost it I had to pay an extra $ 75 and in my next nickname the “advisor” arrived 35 minutes late and nobody puts them to pay $ 75 for being late
The customer service is very bad, although you have to pay them, they do not attend you all day on the phone, they are arrogant and slow
In my opinion it does not work as it should be a very unprofessional staff such as one of the girl of mental health, I think it is not up to the job and its scarce knowledge affects homes and much more the future of many children and young people, it must from being professionals to being more prepared and no matter how far the solution of the problems climbs, they should find the truth and why, I think they deviate from the starting point ..! that God illuminate their minds and touch their hearts ..!
