Be careful when you go for service specially if you are a,woman or maybe older. Make sure things are done like filter change and complete all fluids from your engine. Rotation tires should be free no 25.00. Just be on the ward i already went thru a bad experience but i learn a lot not to trust ....be alert

Went here for the low income energy assistance program (LIHEAP). They wouldnt call welfare to get proof. They wouldnt call FPL to help me get the bill in my name.

They never answer their questions and never have money to pay for the light bill.

Two machine not accepting credit/debit cards at the Culmer Metrorail Station, MDT making life easy. Let me explain: I had to walk all the way back home, because I don’t have funds to pay for fees using the atm machine, if one is there, to get cash to pay for a pass to get to work. Yes, I am late for work and life was made easy today by your lack of proper working equipment including the trains and buses.Please use our tax dollars wisely and invest in upgrading all equipments needed to have a safe and clean and properly working transit system for guest and residents without such ongoing difficulties as not having current payments of payment to purchase fares!

Wow sad ... I called with hopes of getting some typeOf help from these people and I literally rudely got turned down.... like first of all resource center to help the people of the community yet u are onlyOpen on Tuesdays and Thursdays??? And today is Wednesday and I have to wait till Tuesday cause tomorrow they r full..... Jesus by then it’ll be too late ... I needed help with my family’s taxes and a fraud that was done to us and by then tax date will be up! Hello!.... and the girl who answers the call too seemed kind of like depressed ...... she really didn’t have answers or will for anything dude ..0_o
