Open 8-5, here at 3pm and this place is a ghost town, assistance bell is broken, all doors locked and lights off. Phone number doesnt connect you to anyone but the OK general help line.

Government offices are very inaccessible now when people need them the most. They could at least answer questions and take applications or paperwork through a portal in the door of the building.

Wont answer phones. Hangs up when talking. Rude attitude. Worst dhs office Ive ever dealt with.

Personal is friendly and will do what they can to help you

It hard to reach anyone at DHS by phone. Of course their office is closed. Maybe you can get in by appointment only. My debit card expired March of 2020 I tried for hours at a time by calling the toll free number after three hours of waiting my call would drop. Covid-19 caused all this chaos! The Peoria housing authority helped me to get my card replaced I guess they have a different number than we do to contact DHS? Mariah was a lifesaver for me.

I went in to DHS today to provide verification and ask several questions. When I went to the counter the lady was extremely rude and acted like she had somewhere better to be. She answered none of my questions, I had to go home and call the customer service line to receive any actual help. Not at all how I expected the employees to act.

Wonderfull place to go get help in different needs

Being hearing impaired and trying to get my caseworker to tell me about my soonercare application. I really don’t have a clue if I have soonercare or not. This is crazy.

Very clean and respectful employees absolutely love everyone who works here they are really here to help and take the time to listen and understand.

Dead and confusing... Live in Ottawa county but they have my disability medical case in Craig county which makes no sense to me whatsoever

Computers were down while I was there several timesand desk help wasnt interested in helping clients. Busy on their phones, showing each other recently purchased items and had no desire to be helpful.
